Someone put out a 911 alert, last time that happened PPCB put out the R/S alert!!!! Nothing happened because it has no date of action.

Website was off for updating...go look and see what they changed.
I agree with the R/S filing with no date included, they need to amend since they put that S1..

Good point Penny, this was done years ago when they threatened to do something and changed their mind, stock went up through the roof after they rescinded the order....could happen!
Can't understand why we are getting hard buys after the notice, it may change when they get a date plus 20 days for the R/S to happen.

The Reverse Stock Split will be effected by the filing of the Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. The Certificate Amendment will be effective upon the date and time of effectiveness of such filing, which is no earlier than 20 calendar days after this Information Statement is first mailed to our Stockholders who did not execute the written consent of the Majority Stockholders. The Reverse Stock Split will occur on the Effective Date without any further action on the part of our stockholders.
