Either way, nothings gunna happen this month with the chill or the ticker...I would be shocked if anything besides the court case resolution happens. It's not like the Form 10 will be filed at the end of the court hearing and magically the chill will be lifted and a new ticker will be here on the 16th...come on...
All I'm saying is that big news happens with TEMN all the time and PPS does nothing but consolidate and decrease and flounder in the low .0030's. Don't be surprised if PPS is in the dumper by the 17th because the MM's here won't see the return they thought the case resolution would bring them and they will start to sell down to longer term holds IMO.
Until...
....you pick up a hot one and it burns a hole through your pocket and all your other pennies fall out...
Fear? No. Anger, yes.
Let's hope you are correct, because all I see at this time is a close at .0032 or less...an open in the .0035 range tomorrow and lower leading up to........nothing as the court case has nothing to do with TSB's main business (as has been stated many times). Yes we may see a ticker change by December, but we already know that court case or not it has no bearing on the business of the company....so I doubt it will have a bearing on PPS. Let's hope I'm wrong!
Lol you know how many suckers they get like that though? Lol yeah if it tanks with bad news you go right ahead and keep buying...I'll sell to you!
It's all a mystery, but this is headed for the toilet anyway at the rate it's going....tomorrow low 0030's and perhaps triple 0's by Friday if case is delayed or there are hijinks. If there are I'm out...pps is in the toilet here and it's about to be flushed if we don't see some proactive management...
If it tanks there would be no point in buying....soooo yeah uhhhhh
None of that is true
There will be no global hold or block and TSB and has done nothing incorrectly. I do not think MR was in cahoots with AP and I do not think this is a pump and dump scam. Just because the whorehouse is getting sued does not mean the whores are. Share count here has always been messed up and then when we see the correct number, finally, it's supposed to be some conspiracy? Please. Let the business start up already. If you notice they don't consider themselves actively trading even right now per their website. As someone else stated; this is getting in below the ground floor here. This is getting in at the basement level. Let the company progress.
I had many questions and one by one they have been answered by tangible evidence, not vapor. Go TSB!
Here today we saw new product in good looking bottles and a new silver bottle. This is wonderful and who in their right mind wouldn't be pleased by this? Typical TEMN, good things happen and PPS tanks.
EXCITING!!!!!!
YES YES YES
...I wonder why that could be.....
I have full confidence in TSB, I just wish communication was better. I have no idea why anyone would sell now, besides MM's to wash out weak sellers...
What in the world is going on with this POS now? Everyday it gets more and more convoluted...I wish TEMN would either go already or get off the pot...
20, 24, 25.....teenage wasteland....goodness. If they get any younger....amazing to see whom the scammers actually are!
That would be wonderful, let's hope that this happens
Yeah, if anyone says its now December or January before anything happens this thing is the biggest scam....
Thank you! Thank you so much!
I've been trying to get to the bottom of some of those things for a while now!!
Well....anyone? It sees as if it's just throw some numbers together and let's play press release games and make up whatever we want.
Well well well...
...so at this point this is either the most elaborate scam I have ever seen, or it's going to pop and make a few of us very wealthy.
SOOOO MANY QUESTIONS!!!
Need to get Top Shelf out of the bargain bin...
PPS is seriously recessed...
Exactly...
There was no new issuance of certs. Some shares were exchanged for goods and services (PR/glass bottles).
We have a total listed with bogus Certs as well. IMO we will see a reduction of 400MM that should pop us at least into the mid .0050s.
As long as the mistakes have been just mistakes, TEMN is a real winner. Finally. I have seen enough fluff PR from AP actually come through to be correct (albeit vastly delayed and kinda shotty on the PR front) here that I think we may have a good deal of gains soon IMO.
I'm thinking settles at 0.0046, .0063, .0120, 0.057, 0.10, and 0.13 spots for a bit, then up from there...over the course of a few months here so long as product is a hit and demand is satisfied.
Todays PR about retaining the logistics firm is actually HUGE news. HUGE.
Not sure why there has not been significant volume today. Huge news. But, thats Top Shelf so far...
PPS slipping into mid .0030's again...seems we'll be in that area for a while still then. Close today will hopefully be better than .0037, but IMO could be at .0034 unless someone snatches it up...
Who ever is selling is just paying flippers to drop PPS at this point...
Exactly...
We need dates and definantes, not conjecture and mistakes!
It would seem that way, yet now we have flippers to worry about....so my guess is tomorrow if we don't go up to .0045, we will see the mid .0030's again....
No it's not...
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/consolidation.asp
Definition of 'Consolidation'
In technical analysis, the movement of an asset's price within a well-defined pattern or barrier of trading levels. Consolidation is generally regarded as a period of indecision, which ends when the price of the asset breaks beyond the restrictive barriers. Periods of consolidation can be found in charts covering any time interval (i.e. hours, days, etc.), and these periods can last for minutes, days, months or even years. Lengthy periods of consolidation are often known as a base.
Investopedia explains 'Consolidation'
The levels of resistance and support within the consolidation are created through the upper and lower bounds of the stock's price. Once the price of the asset breaks through the identified areas of support or resistance, volatility quickly increases and so does the opportunity for short-term traders to generate a profit.
Accumulation is accumulation
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/accumulation.asp
Definition of 'Accumulation'
1. An individual investor's cash contributions to invest in securities over a period of time in order to build a portfolio of desired value. Dividends and capital gains are also reinvested during this process.
2. An institutional investor's purchase of a large number of shares in a public company over an extended period of time.
3. The retention of company profits in corporate finance for reinvestment in business operations, as opposed to the payout of earnings as dividends to shareholders.
Investopedia explains 'Accumulation'
1. When an individual investor is attempting to build up the value of a portfolio, he or she is said to be accumulating wealth. The reinvestment of profits over the course of the investment time horizon can greatly boost the pace of accumulation through the benefits of compounding.
2. Large investors and financial institutions are limited in their ability to move in and out of securities because they deal with large numbers of shares that would drive the price of a security up if ordered all at once. In order to buy their intended number of shares, institutional investors spread their accumulation of shares over a period of time.
3. As opposed to paying dividends out to investors, accumulation of earnings within the corporation boosts business expansion and growth and may produce extra value for shareholders in the long run.
Just be careful everyone, this is so up in the air and could go south at any second. It could also go north and that would be splendid.
Directly, we need to know:
Why TEMN was incorrectly listed as being "A NASDAQ COMPANY" in paid for print advertising?
Why or what happened rather to the supposed 5MM credit facility from Rivernorth, (again listed in printed PR, but I could not see it in yesterdays financials)?
Why is share count suddenly 600 MM shares more than it should be? Or is it?
Why is market cap listed, not only in print, but also on various investing and financial websites subject to discrepancy? Is it 3MM or 9MM? Or what?
Why is TEMN using non-effective PR services repeatedly and constantly showing no return for the amounts paid?
These would be great to know as well:
Product launch dates? Sales thus far from supposed tastings?
The effect of the tastings that supposedly happened BEFORE the final formulation was announced by Flavorman? Does this mean there will be new tastings?
More information on Archangel, the other product that is supposedly launching here in less than 15 days as well?
Just a launch date in general would be nice....
Market is down, thats why this is up? lol thats funny
So, nice little bump today. I hope it will last.
I'm not sure about swapping shares for services as being dilution. It looks mostly straight forward. I see shares paid for PR and legal, and one to the glass manufacturer I am assuming that would be the Asian gentleman?
Entertainment expenses do seem a tad high, but for a startup liquor disto it seems OK I guess.
We seem to be out of the lower 0030's and thats a good, seems to have broke 50MA, but considering this beast I would not be surprised for a flat close either.
This share count number thing is just about as sloppy as the claim to be a NASDAQ company, the claim of a 5MM credit line (not to be seen in the docs released yesterday) and the multiple market cap number claim that is literally different on every other site you look at.
If AP would just address these sloppy 'mistakes' it would make many of us feel a lot better.
One nice thing I did notice is cost of product on hand vs. value of product on hand retail and that looked or seemed to be really good. But how can one tell with all the....um...issues that need to be addressed.
Consolidation is generally regarded as a period of indecision, which ends when the price of the asset breaks beyond the restrictive barriers.
Once the price of the asset breaks through the identified areas of support or resistance, volatility quickly increases and so does the opportunity for short-term traders to generate a profit.
But there hasn't been any consolidating. MM's are dumping for each sale. A little more each week.
We are literally in the same place we were in Feb.... If consolidation was happening PPS would not be flatlined in the low .0030s...
~ How?
The base got hosed since MR had their fun here and between them and the MM's....the base is pretty much still the same IMO.
I mean flipping about $40 worth of certs around day in and day out to drop price? Who is behind that? How is that strengthening the base?
I'm honestly asking here...
"strengthened the stock base considerably"
Really? Realllllyyy?
Please, if that was the case this POS would have been rolling in March IMO...
Don't buy anymore of this tanker until we know what's up with the float and share count IMO, this thing can go to the dogs in 20 seconds if they start playing with share count...
Also there is no point to add more shares, as you instantly lose equity every day at 11AM or so as they take your cash and put up a wall to flip or whatever it is they are running to grab those dollars every little bit at a time. Not sure why, but the BS about someone selling off 2MM shares a day is just BS IMO...
Oh boy hold on to your hat...

.....and it's by Equisolve so this confirms a previous PR statement.
THIS IS NOT OUR COMPANY:
http://drinktopbrands.com/index.html
This is some random website that has nothing to do with us. Supposedly.
Why would a liquor importer merge with an energy company? This is the most ridiculous thing yet on the board. They share a virtual office, and that is all.
I pointed out that Top Shelf used a vapor office back in March and again in May...there are almost 500 companies with same address and phone number at B of A Center in Houston.
DD needs to be better than this guys.
How about details now?
Hopefully! It's just been a revolving door since late April now...
It's been any day since March...LOL
Do we have any idea when that is supposed to be?
It's trying hard to pull out of this BS...
