The 2nd one is 3 pages longer, for starters.
Math behind the move to pennies:
Let's take Monster as an example. At the moment it has a market cap of 27.5 billion dollars. This comes from it's current share price of 134.45pps x 205 million shares.
BTW I'm not hyping this and trying to say that DNAX becomes Monster overnight.
The thing is, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO. ALL DNAX needs to do is get 5-10 percent the market cap of that big co. Actually, it doesn't even need to do that right away. All it needs to do is demonstrate the POTENTIAL (in the minds of investors) to reach 10 percent of that market cap. (this would come through either a merger or partnership deal along with their new proprietary products).
Ok. So 10 percent of 27.5 billion is 2.75 billion.
I think DNAX has 6 billion outstanding shares.
Divide 2.75 billion by 6 billion. I come up with a .45 pps.
I already know what the negative Nancy's will say. "They'll never get 10 percent of Monster or the market."
How about 1 percent? At 1 percent I'm coming up with .045 pps.
And remember. Perception becomes reality. Ya gotta believe.
Good point. There are a lot of moving parts here, and the Aug 24 letter highlights this.
Nice work Crusader. That's what I'm talking about!
Ed, I know you are an absolute expert on everything... but do you have any idea who the lawsuit is against? Do you know what companies are tied to the underhanded deals that were made on the company server?
NO. YOU DON'T. So, because you do not have that information, maybe you should back your Genius Bus up for a minute and get some street sense.
20k in legal fees is all it takes to go public?
Look at the $$$$$$ of underwriting it takes a company to go public. Facebook for example had billions backing its IPO. A half mil for a pink is nothing. And once people find out what is going on, it can skyrocket and the rest takes care of itself.
You might be impressing a few people on here, but I am not one of them.
You didn't even know some basic facts about the company last time I responded to you.
Not sure who you are or what your game is.
The lawsuit could very well be tied to a potential reverse merger.
As much as I like your idea of a big beverage company coming in, I just think that's very unrealistic. However, I do think that maybe a Rockstar or Xyscience or one of the lesser known energy drink companies that is NOT YET PUBLIC, might someday want to go public and why not via REVERSE MERGER? I doubt that Rockstar would go this route, they are already worth billions and seem to be happy as a private company, but one of the others might see this as a great opportunity. DNAX is just a great ticker symbol. That in itself is work something.
I can think of a few energy drink companies that are not currently public. Can you imagine if one decided to go the reverse merger route through DNAX?
Just noticed this, maybe it's nothing. But in the past when I've typed in DNA Energy Drink into a search engine, the company came up like third on the list. Now it is at the top with the header, "DNA ENERGY and DNA SNACK STICKS." I know it's a little thing, maybe it has always been like this. But I think someone at the company has been working to put it at the top of the search engine. I know there are ways to do this, to make your web presence more prominent.
GO DNAX!
BTW ED, you don't need a lawyer to file a criminal complaint.
If u did any DD then you would know that Mel owns that other CO he doesn't work for it, so you areWAY OFF on that analysis.
Ed, as much as I enjoy and respect your opinions, I have to tell you that I think your conclusion that Mel is going current just to throw a meaningless bone to a bunch of IHubers is simplistic at best. First, NOTHING can happen unless they are current. Second, being current shows that DNAX has not given up. Now, to really move the PPS, yes, I agree they have to have something of substance. I'm not bashing you Ed. I think you've been looking at this too long and have been hit with a never ending wave of doubt that has produced some serious cynicism. If it was so easy to go current, then why did they drop out in the first place? Also, unless Mel has become a liar, which I DOUBT HE IS BASED ON HIS TRACK RECORD, then stating in a company PR that they have electronic evidence on their company server should send chills into the company(ies) that attacked them. Any defense lawyer worth two cents would take a look at this and advise his client to settle, unless he wanted to milk them for every dollar, then have them lose the case.
Guys-just read SANTIOWNZ sticky, especially the bottom part. Fowler did all of his dirty work on DNAX server. Not only is he toast, so are the outside companies that were involved.
Furthermore for those of you that say "oh this will take years" or "the money is gone" guess what? IT DOES NOT MATTER. The market will recognize their legitimacy and they will be rewarded.
Lawsuit Analysis:
If they took their time and used an expert in electronic evidence gathering, (captured emails from 2 or more conspiratorial parties), then believe me, Fowler and Co will either flee or settle. So many people think email is private...so funny
A good idea without sales and marketing follow-up is what that was. They should have given it away in a few bars just to build their brand. It would have paid off ten-fold
You may as well put Rainbow Flags on the cans if Ur going to use a shirtless guy in advertising, not that there's anything wrong with that.
What if
They announce a new HQ on the same day of their recurrent status?
And let's say it's in CO
Step one: File
Step two: get current.
Step 3 "this will make us more attractive" (to potential investors/partners)
Best day DNAX has had in a long time. We now know for sure that they haven't quit.
I want a helipad...
and a Hughes 500 D, and a cool black guy to fly me around in it, his name will be TC, we were in Nam together, and there will be this grumpy British guy with two dogs he calls "the lads" AND HOT CHICKS with problems will be hanging out at my mansion all the time
Yeah, sounded like a subtle bash to me, trying to put doubt into people's heads. We're supposed to believe that after all this time in silent mode, that Mel spills the beans to some anonymous guy on I Hub? I'm calling BS
They finally took down their Xmas lights
The only glimmer of hope in this report is the fact that they are still willing to put out reports. As far as we know they still have the office in Boco Raton. The company has 8k of cash on hand, and some of the partners, which could include the top execs are owed quite a bit of money. BTW this is money that they sunk into the business. It looks like they didn't get very much from Big Lots. However, we don't know what the terms were, so there may be more revenue on the way. These guys lost a few million of their own cash on this thing, and it still remains to be seen if they have a winning formula to bring it back. For all the THC Fans out there...I would not count on that. These guys are not about getting high. I'm not sure if they really want to help cure anything...because the cold hard messed up truth of the matter is, cancer is big business, and the medical industry isn't about to kill its cash cow.
Their phone still works. The greeting is, "Welcome to DNA Energy, home of the best tasting energy drink..."
They really need to release some information. Social media, especially that one that begins with an "F" is notoriously known to have holes in it that you could drive a truck through. The last thing they need is for more incorrect information to get out. It's nice that they don't issue fluff, but they need to show that they are still in control at the very least.
Makes no sense. Why would that happen on a day like this?
Yeah. Who trades one share of zilch?
Steve Martin once did a SNL skit for this crazy drink called Ocra Cola. I think these guys could literally put purified swamp water in a can and it would go to a penny. But I think they have a much better plan than that.
Does anyone here really know anything? I hope these guys come through, they seem like the types that are not going to just throw everything away. However, I for one, don't even know what I don't know. The A/S are maxed out, and they haven't issued anymore, that is one thing that I can say is probably true, for now.
Is that supposed to be some sort of snide comment about our Greatest President of All Time? He kept you in business didn't he? We've got more GIs full of holes since Nam. So just shut up and get back to sticking IVs and applying pressure dressing.
DNAX in its current state is not
ready or in alignment with Marks' other business endeavor. This is why I don't see it as a THC stock. Also, using his kid to pitch tooth rotting sugar water is just not a cool idea.
IN it's current form DNAX is not much different than all the other high calorie high sugar drinks out there loaded with vitamin B and caffeine and whatever else.
Cancer has been fought naturally with some success by getting the body into an alkaline state. This is IMO the most likely direction that DNAX would take. Alkaline Energy. In this way they could separate themselves from all the other HIGH CALORIE sugar drinks out there.
Yeah they won a taste test, but look at the calorie content on the side of those cans. Not good. Not healthy.
That Dr, the research guy would never advocate stuff like that.
New DD:
You can draw whatever conclusion from this that you want.
Here's a guide for anyone that hasn't done this yet:
1. Look up a social media site for kids called gromsocial. (It was created by Darren Marks' kid).
2. Next, navigate to the About Gromsocial header.
3. You will notice some familiar names like Mel Leiner. You will also see some unfamiliar names.
4. One of the names is a Dr., a graduate of Yale that does cancer research.
5. Although Gromsocial is not a household name, and may never take off the way that Darren's son hoped it would, his Dad was able to get Dr. Drew of CNN to talk about it on national TV in 2013. IMO this shows an ability to generate PR, if DNAX does in fact create a patented beverage unique to the market.
All of this is just my opinion based on those associations. I have no idea what stage of development this new drink may be in, OR if they have even done anything at all.
There is a research guy (major understatement) that is directly connected to people at the company. Have no clue if he is working on the project, but Is there even a project? I don't think it's MJ based on profiles of those possibly involved but my guess is that their intention would be to create a product designed to HELP people. ANYONE can easily find the info and put 2 and 2 together like me. This is not a reference to the Dr that was mentioned before. It's all a guess on my part, but I got a little hope today from 10 mins of DD.
Dude,
We've all seen the letter to shareholders. You keep posting it as if it's the 10 Commandments.
Don't get me wrong, I like your enthusiasm. I just wonder if you're a cheerleader, waterboy, or a player?
Bid at 1 ask at 2? Is this correct? What are they cooking in there? I say again WHAT ARE THEY COOKING in there, inside the place with the laptops and the DNA posters? If it was toast, then someone else would be in there, or it would be empty by now.
Thanks for the info. I live on the West Coast and was in Jacksonville FL last month and thought I'd have time to go down there...it shows you how messed up my sense of geography of FL is...it's a 300 mile drive and I just didn't have time. I really enjoyed FL, I have a sense that it is a great state to do business in, lots of activity.
Dumped into the market? There had to be buyers right? Why would such large amounts be purchased?
I want it to happen. If these guys can come up with something that is pro health...whatever the underlying base product is...Pot minus the THC is ok with me...a pure thc play is illegal and will not work on the stock market, people should pull their heads out of their asses and realize this...YOU CANT SELL WEED IN A CAN NATION-WIDE, and honestly if they try that shit, I'll bail in a second...but if it's the non THC derivative, then fine, I feel it's legal and would be willing to hang on.
Filings will have to come before anything. How can they legitimately issue a PR if they are not current?
I am as hopeful as anyone here, but first things first.
This is why Mel can't really say anything.
IMO a group came in here the last few days hoping to capitalize on the fact that we are now entering that 6-9 month window which was highlighted in the last PR. NOTHING is going to happen until there is financing and filings.
