Is there anything positive that can come from this BS. When somebody says "we are about shareholder value" and then turns around and F's us it pisses me off. If your gonna do that at least give us a kiss first.

There are penny stocks that are loosing 6, 7, 8 cents a share and still trading in the pennies. According to E-trade ILIV is loosing .00409 cents a share. Its a penny stock, and its my favorite one, but, its still a penny stock and I know what my risks are. As far as the web sites, who f'n knows. Time will tell. I know this post is all over the place but I cant seem to put my thoughts down they way I want. And Hell, I aint even been drinkin.

Its all good down here in AZ. They said 80% chance of rain today and the sun is out. I will continue to avg down to, I wont be able to catch up to you though. Hoping to pick up another Mil next week but I have to make sure I pay my bills first.

I just wish It was Christmas so I could ask Santa to make all the cry babies on this board sell there shares. Drive the price down to .0003 so I can buy more by Nov 15. There are penny stocks that people have not heard from(the company) in years. ILIV is working and making money. I know there not profitable yet, but that's why its a penny stock. Ok, thanks for the quick response. We could get PR's at anytime for updates with the company but I think the next filing is what will start us moving in the right direction.

I just got back into town and read the "letter to shareholders". All I want to say is I like it. The fact that they know they have been to quite is a big plus in my book. Cant buy more this week but maybe next.

The fact that they filed is good news. The "On going concern" about there money wows is just part of business. I wish everything worked like clock work and we became rich by now but if penny stocks were that easy everyone would be doing it. As long as they are still working, we are still in it. No worries Brooksie, I haven't lost anything till I sell (and neither have you). And I have no plans on doing that at a loss. Im an all or nothing person. I fully understand the pit falls of penny investing, probably is why im drawn to it. Good luck to ya bro, this fight isn't over yet.

I keep telling myself the same thing, speculation and rumors. But Hell, they don't have to put out a PR, they could post on there website there still working hard for Brooksie and Septic dude. That would make ME feel alot better. LOL

And don't forget what they do for a living. Health and wealness. All there doing is giving me and you some major stomach issues.

A lot of us are invested here because of what this company said about being transparent and providing shareholder value. If they had to use shares to make the company better? More power to them. Now just deal with the situation you caused. If I hear the company talk RS Im gonna be pissed. That's the same as running up your credit cards and saying your not worried because your just going to declare bankruptcy.

Im not trying to start an argument with you and hope you are completely right, but high profile execs and directors. F that, I pump out septic tanks for a living and I know tax day is April 15th and plan for it accordingly.

Atleast there is no big sell off. I guess this gives us more time to avg down Brooksie. Those are the only two things positive I can think to say. Its two days away from Friday and im really needing a couple of beers. And after this maybe a few Jack and Cokes.

Well, It is what it is, and it is BS. So they cant get there SH*T together to file on time but they sure weren't slow when it comes to handing out millions of shares as rewards. And rewards for what? It wasn't for doing a good job. This is the kind of crap that gets people a blanket party! OK, done venting.

I thinks so to. I invested in a lot of them and my plan was to slowely narrow my investment down to the best stocks. I always intended it to be ILIV. I just never thought I would end up with 12M.
