Are you purchasing your Ripple and MD 20/20 from AVEW's beverage stop?
You can Red Flag AVEW for several valid reasons probably burt not this one as its not valid. AVEW stated in the past they never gagged their TA. Transfer Online has an internal policy not to provide some information. They stated so when this first came up a year ago or so. Call for yourself. Transfer Online, Portland Oregon if it is meaningful to you. This is ols stuff and beating a dead horse. A very, very long dead horse.
I don't see where one has to do with the other. The audit is the audit and the acquisition is the acquisition. Audit deals with listing upgrade. Acquisition deals with company building. I guess you suggest not acquiring any other companies and remaining a small pool constructor?
I would hope so. Maybe they will include the Q1 from 2015. We'll see in 2019.
That makes sense to me Chuck. Thanks.
They're at McDonald's. There's a special today.
Specifically you said the audit was BS and fluff. Is it or not? Are you retracting that statement?. I don't have any idea if Countryside is a tired business. Company indicates otherwise saying its growing. Over inflated price? I don't have a clue there so no argument from me. Yet, anyway.
You are certainly right about the stock price and certainly wrong about the retail space which the company stated they no longer were interested it the space because they were going to use Countryside's retail space so that was addressed and answered.
Specifically you stated the audit was BS and fluff. Is that the case or not?
More BS and fluff? Are you telling us there is no audit going on? Is that fact or made up? I seems like their auditors HAVE been auditing Exxon instead of concentrating on AVEW.
One poster here keeps harping "why would any successful company want to be part of AVEW" and the answer I think might be "why does ANY company want to be publicly held?" Stock in a public equity is part of the bigger picture.
I would assume some traders became bashers when they weren't nimble enough. Investor wise its the long road ahead not what happened back when. If it was a buy at 001 002 and 003 they got to like it here post reverse at 012 tom 02 (.00004 to .00007) with a bunch of the dirt now cleaned up and productive revenue producing assets added and more to come. Yield sign to QB. Big step.
Pepe I think he was referring to the run up from zero bid .0001 offered to .0034 right after current management took control by a bunch of speculators when the company didn't have much. There was a lot made on that run.
And probably awake with a headache if you waded through the constant butchering of the English language. I need readable information on AVEW not jibberish.
I really don't think you can bring other investors down with you. That would involve them paying attention to what you are saying.
Yes, AVEW building a company all right and the naysayers stay negative no matter what AVEW does. I wonder if the naysayers are also building companies or just stand around watching others work at it.
I don't know. Did it go broke? I just saw the pictures on Facebook.
A flipper trade gone bad now stuck imo shudda bailed.
Re today's announcement: Da Vida Pools llc and LLC on Facebook. Designs that will turn your heads.
AVEW appears to be getting serious about high end pools. Take a look at Lisa North's work.
Wrong. You're dragging people down. Was it an "investment" or a "trade" gone bad?
I don't perceive DTCC as stock manipulators. Naivety I suppose. Maybe I should go to work with a broker. Brokers yes. I do envision that.
Why on earth would DTCC have a motive? Can't see that. Iam sticking by my math on AVEW having a PE Ratio of less than one though assumiing Countryside (the company that never heard of AVEW LOLOLO)
Another part of the game (ALL SPECULALTION):
Countryside $7 million insales
$700,000 in profits @ 10%
equals +- 2 cents a share
Add other divisions
Speculation AVEW is trading way less than 1X PE Ratio
But then some say Countryside never heard of AVEW so go figure LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
P.T. Barnum was at least entertaining. Hope AVEW acquires his business and gives clowns jobs.
With a General Manager from the AVEW Board I wonder if someone will recognize Countryside has heard of AVEW now. Laughable creds. Progress being made, progress being made.
Reversed in August one for 300. New cap under 29 million last count.
looks thin. Big spread for a cheap stock. Few hundred bucks moves it up 35%.
For sure it will trigger a chain of events very positive for the company including having some expansion cash for the first time. They have built what they have on very little cash, low priced stock, and a bigger picture for current players.
I agree that. Countryside will be the core they will continue to build from. What is amusing is this forum harbored so many that stated the CS deal was phony even saying they visited CS' place of business and was told CS never heard of AVEW.
Just sayin', those subs don't work for free in the construction biz while management pockets all the money...doesn't happen that way so I think your statement $23,000 a month going to AVEW management is light years off. Number speak for themselves
The $26,758/mth also includes wages to contractors on the $75,000+/month in sales reported for the six months so your $23,000 in management pay appears light years off target. Looks like management getting paid little or nada to me. That's the appearance anyway. Somebody actually doing the construction and service work is getting paid before management as would be typical in the construction business. Somebody in the construction business may correct me if I'm wrong here.
Why do you "fully suspect" AVEW to be on that suspension list? What would be the point of spending all the money and effort becoming a fully reporting company? Thanks.
Thank you for that information. They HAVE to be getting toward an end to this I would think. I also think the uplist goal is real and believe it the primary goal of the company and closing the outstanding acquisition of Countryside.
Could you tell me what the company could possibly gain from lying about an audit? What benefit?
Your post makes sense and sometimes I feel there is a lack of it here...but then I am not the brightest among us. I'm not jhappy about my losses but if I didn't think the company was on track to grow into something I'd have sold and moved on as well.
"They don't have one" what? What don't they have? Thanks for clarifying.
What isn't 'LEGIT" about AVEW? Their address? Phone number? Names of Directors? Not in pool design and construction? Listing in OTC Markets? What isn't legit? Please help me here.
You've slammed about eight companies so far this month. Is there anything you like? AVEW is at least a reporting company currently under audit with revenues, a model, and a growth plan. Yep, stocks in the tank and I get that. Looks like AVEW is doing what it takes to move the company forward. I notice the management is loading up on stock for some odd reason. Wonder what that reason might be?
Did the company buy them or did insiders buy the shares?
Well I agree with you on that. Down is large and not good. At lease we can agree on that!
You keep referring to a "note" deal that does not exist nor has the company ever announced they were issuing a note. That is your contriving not AVEWs. No, I cannot prove the subs are currently profitable. Obviously they were in the 1st QTR. Nor can you prove they are not. Your statements are your entitled opinions not facts.
