In a nutshell, Nyxio has no money. They owe money all over the place and have no funding for the production of their products...no money = no product = no capital. Their main source of funding is their stocks it appears...as long as they continue to pull funds to re-pay their debts, which is still a lot, this won't be moving any time soon. Unless something drastic changes and they manifest funding from thin air, their products will become obsolete before they are available for purchase IMO. It reads that they are putting forth a valiant effort though. haha

Except he had the Viosphere available in 2012.....so all your hoops and legal aspects for a product should've been button up 2 years ago. How can a company worth nothing have so me legal problems? It falls into the hands of the CEO....he is the big D on campus. Even IF he wasn't apart of the problems they had/having internally, a CEO is the leader. He needs to lead by making shit happen instead of spit out vague PRs of ideas they have with no substance to follow through with them. All we (the investors) have recieved since February is empty PRs about:

*An announcement of new patents that are.....nonexistent so far as I can see
*A street fair that no one has heard of
*A shipment that produced only 1 of each size Viosphere available through a company no one has heard of
*A review on how awesome the street fair was...who cares?
*and a cross over into the video game realm.

I don't see a bit of any of this in real life thats made any impact. Its all just ideas with no substance. I mean I'm still here, still playing the hoping and wishing game like Andy Dufrain did in Shawshank Redemption, and like Andy crawling through shit day in and day out with this company. I'd like to see the light buuuut I'm still crawling....

Well his "mouse trap" has been around since 2012.....once it was available, in 2012, but been a unicorn since then. By unicorn I mean a myth and nonexistent with a lot of fairy tale PRs to fuel the belief.

Its at adorama and we see that but Nyxio has never put out anything as to where to buy yet or that anyone could even buy. Last PR stated "it went great at the street fair" thats it. Its all research to see what the public thinks. Its not going to just conjure out of nowhere folks.

NYXIO NEEDS MARKETING AND FUNDING FOR ADS FIRST. The demand needs to be established first. With demand comes supplies and suppliers. I am convinced there is a strategy here that GJ is doing. One move at a time. Its all playing out slowly and methodically. Announcing the shipment, then a trial run with the fair for public opinion to include placing it on Adorama's website, next is funding from.....???? Thats gotta be the next move. IMO

This has huge investor written all over it. 8 billion share dillution= $2.4 million investment.

Thanks, it just dawned on me how unbelievably easy that would be, cost effective, and really the best and most honest way. We are society of trends and wanting the next best thing. This is EXACTLY that for home entertainment, board room presentations, and/or for an office. I imagine the military would easily find great uses with the Viosphere for planning, presentations, et cetera. And because I have served I know they don't care about the price. Our military itself would be a huge customer if it were presented to them. The key here is marketing. I was speaking with a friend earlier today, and we literally had an hour long conversation about the Viosphere and Nyxio. Would I have done that a month ago? No way. This thing is trending big time and its all happened because of us on here, on Best Buy's site, on the social media sites, and by word of mouth. So simple, we get the word out, the interest builds in Nyxio, the right investor pulls the trigger, Nyxio comes through with ads, and becomes a household name. Here is another thought, the Viosphere hasn't been a secret. It was introduced what 2 years ago? If there was a competitor that had a similar product, they've had 2 years to debut it. Instead they came out with a curved tv. WHO GAF about a curved tv? My walls in my home aren't curved! eff that thing. Put the Viosphere beside a curved tv and hands down I'm buying a Viosphere. I'm not saying that as an investor either, I am saying that because I am a normal person who'd rather get more out of my electronics then just a different shape. That tells me this really is "WHAT EVOLUTION LOOKS LIKE" No competition on this level yet.

If you want your shares to grow in value, its up to all of us right now to get this word out. The harder this trends, the better for all of us.

So this tells me that all of this Adorama website, amazon, is nothing but research to see how people are reacting to the Viosphere. Which is why there is only "2 in stock". This really isn't even available yet. All of this is nothing but The company doing DD on the public. So why? Well for the past 3 days a ton of shares have been dumped to keep the price down. If Nyxio has a potential big investor eyeing the company, all this is, is a strategic move to gain the attention of an investor or investors so they will invest. If the price is low, the more shares, the more favorable it would be to someone with a lot of cash. If the public is reacting in favor of the Viosphere, even more reason to for an investor. A huge investment would mean ads, marketing, more products shipped, and R&D for future products. I don't even know if a company can do that, but seems plausible in this case. Feel free to correct me if I am talking out of my a$$ here. JMO
