No, thank you. I believe you. It just has no bearing on whether or not STBV goes to no bid. None of the business deals or revenue being pursued do at this point. Several people here have made it clear that the lower this stock goes the faster the dilution will occur. I doubt that was at the forefront of driving the price down to this level but regardless it has had the predicted effect.
Business agreement. They are in a synergistic relationship. STBV gains more by having Bearpot and Bearpot gets exposure through STBV. 1M shares is $300... pretty weak severence package if that's what you are implying.
No. Bearpot is Robert Coffy's private company. What happens to STBV will not affect it in any way. It is a separate company in a separate state owned by a separate individual. We can only profit from it here, no determine whether it succeeds or fails.
If the stock fails, it fails. Won't be because of lack of effort or vision, just lack of support for the company. In 2 years it will trade again regardless of what happens now.
I couldn't agree more... This whole argument about everyone from Ron Franklin, the CEO of Soapbox, in California to the Exec VP of Deepblue in Atlanta being in on the gag here is getting old real quick.
How fast do you think that production team would be calling BS on this if they weren't all on the same page.
Before you can write up a contract, you need to have an understanding of what will be in said contract...
Neither has anyone else... There is nothing but planning taking place everywhere. Everyone wants to get into the game but none of them have the money to. At least STBV'S plan is realistic for their business model. No public company can touch marijuana directly. This is the best plan by far. Not only that, but it also allows them to continue to expand their existing business without tossing it aside to start a whole new venture.
It's hard to get much more transparent as a company... They have expanded rapidly into a new market. They have raised money by being direct with investors about where the funding for this project is coming from. Like it or not, this is the most upfront and unapologetic CEO you're going to find around here. He flat out said this company is going under if there isn't enough support to keep it afloat. And people bought in to the plan and he's been moving along as promised so I don't see what there is to gripe about. He's accomplished just as much, if not more, than any other CEO down here in the last 2 months.
Again, I do not understand why the profit margin of literally a couple of people is preventing the other 700 of us from being able to share in the wealth. No one raises a complaint when they buy any other stock at a penny knowing a handful of people have been in the game since trips there too.
31 billion shares up for sale, 12B confirmed O/S with other 19B released as they can be sold.
STBV is world wide!
Waiting for all of those 2 bids to turn into 3s so we can keep moving... even if the price goes up as long as they are there is going to gravitate back to them.
I know. That was a refill so they could unload these 3s today. I'm just happy to see that no one is joining in on the 3s. The buying I understand...I'm just happy to see that once people get filled they are holding and there aren't a billion on the ask every tick too.
Perhaps the one and a half billion bid that isn't getting filled at .0002 is what is keeping us down at this level... Just a thought...
Way to be on point Jaylin!
What difference does it make? People already understand they are buying a smaller share of a real thing instead of a big share of no thing.
Hasn't been updated yet but it's on Etrade. The words we told you so come to mind.
$TBV markets:
"As the world economy gradually improves in 2014, so will advertising spending. We now expect global advertising revenues to grow by +6.5% (previously: +6.1%) to reach $521.6bn, which will be the strongest year-on-year growth since 2010 (+8.4%, following
the 2009 recession).
Digital media was the fastest growing media category in 2013, increasing 16% to $118B and reaching a 24% market share globally. Within digital media, social networks generated more than $9bn of spend in 2013, growing by +58%. Social media was also one of the catalysts (the other one being Search) for a jump in mobile advertising revenues, which almost doubled in size (+85%) to reach $16bn (14% of global internet advertising)."

"The proposal outlines plans to spend some $99 million next fiscal year on substance abuse prevention, youth marijuana use prevention and other priorities. The money would come from a statewide 12.9 percent sales tax on recreational pot. Colorado's total pot sales next fiscal year were estimated to be about $610 million."

Them wanting to move shares is separate from them being a non-profit organization. BMAK moved over 6.5B shares by itself last month. That whole time it has been accumulating one tick under what it's selling for here. That's not always the case, I've seen them more than 100% apart on the bid and the ask in some stocks. In this case, however, they are most definitely accumulating cheap and reselling at 25%, 33% or 50% profit. ETRF and the others are obvious but there a definitely a handful of MMs that are swapping a ton of shares back and forth.
I didn't feel bad for myself being down $3500 earlier this morning because I know that the people that still want to buy, still want to sell too. People dictate stock price, it generally has very little to do with the companies themselves. There are stocks around here that do absolutely nothing for years that skyrocket 100% a day for no reason other than they saw someone else buying it so they must know what's going on... I have little doubt that I will come out fully green in this as do most buying here.
I find it hard to believe that you feel like this is you against "the man" instead of everyone here trying to one up everyone else here...People don't care about how much you paid for something. They just want to buy it as cheap as possible. I have never seen such a thing as 1.5B shares begging to be filled below the current value. That is simply obscene. Those "MM" codes are brokerages like E-trade and Charles Schwab and Fidelity and Scottrade and whatever else there is out there... and behind that bid is someone waiting for the price you paid to drop so they can buy...
We are all being offered the chance to accumulate millions of shares at rock bottom prices to build this company up to a higher level so that we may all become a little bit wealthier peon investors. People that bought today have essentially already experienced a 50% gain in their investment. There is a ton of money being made daily here, don't let all of the gloom and doom convince you otherwise.
MMs do it all the time...How do you think they stay in business? Before most of us ever hear of a stock someone has been quietly accumulating millions of trips waiting... When you are unloading a stock at a 200% or 500% gain does it occur to you that you are in essence the same persona you are begrudging now?

Looks like a perfect match for STBV to me
If history is any indication, STBV had not been able to complete a single full offering in any past years either. Supposedly, there was one in 2012 & another in 2013 which resulted in the previous 1B OS. It seems highly unlikely that he would be able to completely unload 30B shares before 2015.
How did 900M shares just get dumped @.0002 and it didn't phase the 1 1/2 billion bid at .0002?
Why would there be a fourth Reg A? This one does not expire until Jan 2015 and he can't submit another until after then. I'm also confused by the constant mention of previous Reg A filings as being relevant to this one. I'm not even sure how far back in time you are going to reference them. Hypothetically speaking, regardless of how low he offers the shares at, they still have to be tradable and convertible to a penny amount. And the amount of dilution per share has to be documented in the offering. He can't dilute his share price to a negative amount to sell more shares. This offering accounted for .0014 of the price drop. The negativity surrounding the offering accounted for the other .007 loss.
There will not be a R/S of these 100B shares this year or next. They were created for the sole purpose of raising funding for business operations. It would be entirely counterproductive to eliminate the remaining 90B shares just because current demand for the shares is crushing the current stock price. Any offer had to be based on the current price per share and at this point, it will not support any further shares being released. If this gets planted at no bid, it's game over. There is nothing Andy can do to revive it. It will be all on shareholders to move this out of the grave.
BMAK is based in California and they have moved about 40% of the shares in the last 30 days so it seems entirely likely.
A sit down interview is not a press release. A statement that he doesn't want to give out a dollar figure until deals are done, partnerships are finalized and contacts are signed to estimate how much revenue will be generated from the venture isn't a statement that they do not have the means to produce such things; simply that it is still a plan in progress.
He couldn't do anything with it 2 years ago either but R/S it twice for some cash. This "company" is and always has been Volk and his wife sitting in the living room watching TV.
STBV isn't getting into the pot growing biz, Bearpot is. Disney isn't scraping the Magic Kingdom to build a football stadium just because they own ESPN. STBV is remaining focused on their media and advertising delivery outlets.
Stockholders will have one vote per share for each Share owned by them in all matters including the election of Directors as provided in the Delaware Corporation law However Mr Fellner as result of his
ownership of shares of Common Stock and all of the shares of Class A
Preferred Stock will be able to control the outcome of any election of Directors or any other vote of the stockholders
Page 12 of the offering submission
While I'm digging back through it...to answer the million dollar question, the money raised from the Reg A offer was not earmarked for Bearpot...that is occuring with or without these 30B shares.
"The net proceeds of this offering will be used primarily to hire full-time
sales people to install equipment in various venues which want to use our
Streaming Site and to implement our digital advertising platform which
uses our Streaming Site In addition some of the proceeds will be used
for other corporate purposes Expenses of the Offering are estimated to be
approximately $15000"
Common stock vs Preferred Stock... He is in no danger of losing the majority vote with this offering...
Didn't think you were still here...
Because volume doesn't affect the price if no one is trying to move the stock. Everyone is simply waiting to bore sellers to death here. There should be 100k sells driving the price up instead of 200M shares just waiting for the taking. JMHO as someone who would like to see the price rise sometime this year though.
