Are you bored?
Bro, we all know you are not really short on TMDI. You are just trying to be funny and get a raise out of people. Problem is that now it's getting old and it's not really funny anymore. You can stop.
This isn't the actual law right now. Just proposed law. So chill.
Does anyone know the current outstanding share total for TRXC? And also any warrants they may have? If TMDI is around 127 million in a buyout, what is TRXC at? Thanks.
HC777, can you do some math now with the news and give us total outstanding shares in a buyout? We were at 117 mil before today. What's it look like now?
What are some other good companies you guys think are worth investing in? What do you have in your portfolio that you think could pop in the next 3 years like Titan? Anything really undervalued at the moment? Is there anything you know of where the timing is right? I invested in Titan way too early like most of you. But have averaged down. Looking for that one where the timing is just right. I've enjoyed following this board for years and value everyone's opinions. Thanks!
H777, you're a knowledgeable guy. How exactly can management orchestrate this price movement and all the shares changing hands without insider knowledge? Thanks.
No one can buy on inside info.
Because that would be breaking the law. They can't purchase on insider knowledge. They have to wait 2 days after making public any material info...then they can buy.
$1.68 Break even.

Go to the last page of holdings..
According to this link it looks like they just sold their entire position of 2.3 million shares. So I'm not sure that they ever owned 18 million. Any thoughts?
Can you post where you saw this please?
I could see this as a positive. Since they aren't desperate for funds right now, I'd rather have 116 mill outstanding shares than 132 mill in a buyout. Wouldn't you?
Last year you thought this was worth $3.7 Billy.

3.72 Billion friend !
If McNally can only make money at $0.88 or higher, then I would feel confident that come BO time he would take nothing less than a triple from there.
Thanks. I just wish there was an easy, clear cut document that shows how much each board member has/ or can purchase. It would give me clarity on the value moving forward if say McNally can only make money at $0.88 or $3.25. And that he has to actually put up his own money to buy said shares.
So these 9 million shares were issued to them already or they have to purchase them like options? Just trying to get a little clarity here. I'm trying to see what equity they have right now or if everything is an option for them to purchase. Thanks.
Can anyone on here please confirm what managements options are priced at? Are they over $3 or down at $0.80? Thanks so much.
You're absolutely right. The only way this is a negative is if they do a raise. But Titan only wants to split to stay on the Nasdaq. So the reverse split is a moot point.
We don't need to raise though.
Everyone needs to relax. It's still ALL about the BO number. Regardless of reverse splits, if the company sells for $2 billion then you get the same amount of money. Chill!
BK, that is one person's opinion. What happens if they don't get the other $10 million from MDT? What happens if they don't get FDA approval? It could happen and that's why I was curious what the WORST CASE SCENARIO would be. I really don't think the whole company goes bankrupt in a worst case scenario. I think they would do a fire sale. $400 million sounds right. Am I wrong?
And I'm VERY long. I have high hopes for Titan. I was just curious on other's opinions for the bottom of this adventure.
What does everyone think is the worst case scenario? In the worst case, do you think this company is worth $400 million? That would be my guess.
Roll you are mistaken with your math. The acquiring company doesn't care about the share price. They care about the buy out number. It's all about market cap. The share price in the end is the effect of the buyout. So reverse split or not, the share price doesn't matter because the buyout figure will give you the same amount of money in the end.
So they have how many shares now???
I don't think I've heard your buyout thoughts HC? How many billi's you think this could snag in a buyout?
Bought more today. Averaged down to $3.67. Happy with that because I know McNally is in the money at $3.40. No way he isn't making money on this thing.
I don't get it...I'm watching this Medtronic presentation and nothing they are showing or saying is any better than what Titan has. The difference is that Titan has a smaller OR footprint and seems more economical. Why would a hospital buy this Medtronic robot over SPORT??
You shouldn't leave. I value your posts. It brings balance here and you share really good points of view. Don't give in to the noise 777!
Nice cost basis! You should do really well here.
What is the motivation for Titan to bring him on JUST to give him options? He didn't do anything to earn those shares..so why the charade? Is it just the appearance of going at it alone?
I have to believe this company is at least worth $ 1 Billy. If we can keep dilution down we might come out alright. I'd like to see a buyout for $2.5 billy with OS at max of 64 million.
HC, just curious if you will share your cost basis? I've been here 5 years. I'm at 10,200 shares at $4.48. Thanks.
I'm curious and I'm seriously not trying to be rude..but why are you here? Do you own shares? If not, why are you posting frequently? I can respect your articulate and long posts but doesn't this take quite a bit of your time?
People who own shares feel justified in posting all the time to this board. Some people have tens of thousands of dollars invested. But if you don't own, then why put so much effort into this message board?
You may be a fast typist but you probably spend at least an hour each day posting and reading posts? What's the motivation?
TITXF18..what do you foresee as a few potential buyout or partnership scenarios? What do you feel the company is worth? What's the best and worst case scenario with a buyout from Medtronic?
I'd like to know what his comp package looks like. Does he get options immediately? If so then I think that's a good indicator for a early buyout. It not, I think that shows Titan believes they are going at it alone and he can get the options over time. If I'm Chad, I say I'll join your company with some options attached because of a potential buyout in 18 months.
I've been holding since 2015. I read the board everyday but rarely post. I'm only 33 so I don't need the money right now. Cost basis is $4.52. I'm positive I can at least double my money in a fire sale. But I truly think this company is worth a billion in 1-3 years. No rush for me. Even if they dilute to 75 million shares that's still a triple for me. I think that's a better return than I could get with any diversified portfolio of blue chips. Keep focused on the long term people! Remember this is still pre-revenue.
This is amazing! Game changer!
