We are all worried about orders and selling scooters.Wake up we have patents and are working in Hong Kong. we are working on a Bike that gets 100-150 mpg. I will admit not thrilled with the debt but it's not horrific. We have all of the good stuff to come when the name changes. And I'm not pumping just being real here. This didn't go public to announce 30 mill in debt it went public for the demand about to be thrust upon us.

Those disheartened by the current share price need to calm down and think about it this way. I (APT) am not putting to much good news out on a company that will not exist in a few weeks.(FROZ)
We have been beaten down to this point to help pay off the debt that got APT to where they are today.When this all started to unveil in March there were many posters that said I will just buy now and check back in June when the dust settles. The run up to .03 was not justified IMO and was all speculative. Should we be at .004 now? NO!We will realize significant gains in the coming weeks.IMO.
If you bought FROZ as a flipper you probably made some bank. If you bought APT as an investment remember we are still not APT officially yet. That day will be upon us soon. This will all be addressed when the FINS and the name change take place.
Oh and I am down over 35,000 and am holding strong for the good news that will be coming on a steady basis when this is all official.

That's what I've been talking about buddy just addressing any concerns this jerk off put in anyone's mind.

I am long to the point of no return. And I love these prices right now. We are on the verge of getting license #1 any day and then we work on #2 . Don't discount the hemp side and I have said that for weeks now. If you read the article Parry even says the hemp is big. Why do you think " The Team" is going to holland and Germany?it's not vacation trust me, Bill is all business. He will not except anything less than 100%effort.
We are good here and time is our friend. These prices should be scooped up and locked away.

It would be unbelievably surprising to see this get halted. As a matter of fact it would be really strange to have the people that are on this BOD sign on to a stock that has the POTENTIAL of being halted.
All of the BOD were already millionaires before they came to FITX. They all come from wall street. They all have extremely impressive backgrounds. And if these guys are willing to stake their careers and reputations on FITX I am willing to invest 100,000 of my blue collar hard earned money. There is a lot of far less secure investments out there but what investments are really secure in the OTC? When I got into the OTC PH@T was the straightest shooter out there. OH YA they robbed the shareholders. Bill might have some speedbumps along the way but I firmly believe he is not robbing or misleading anyone.

I believe there is a variable when we talk about debt.
New or projected revenue.
If APT says they have 25 mil in debt but signed a contract to be the exclusive provider of all carburetors for Honda well where do I sign up.
Without knowing their revenue projections going forward I don't know how much is too much.

We need to look at it like this right now yes right now H.C. has companies providing MMJ and the going rate is anywhere from 8-12 dollars a gram.
FITX wants to grow the best and sell it to those that need it for the best price.
Bottom line $7.00 a gram is a good place to start. for 100,000 pounds we would generate 313 million dollars.
Guys and girls we have other businesses that generate income or will be soon.

Oh and by the way we are leaving out all the research we will be doing that I'm sure will be subsidized by somebody?

That is why the share structure is the way it is with voting rights and such.
This prevents a hostile takeover by putting the vast majority of the shares in the executives hands. They will not be converting these preferred shares back ever those are the shares with voting rights.
