The thing is these yoga products are not gonna make a difference for us. The recent ups and downs in SP had nothing to do with the announcement of the distribution of these products. The author has just taken a quick look at this company, the chart and the latest pr. The article is plain rubbish
Huh? This article is beyond ridiculous for reasons so obvious I won't bother to mention them. Those looking into NRTI should certainly delve a little further.
Same for me. I reduced my stake to 130,000 shares a few months ago. I feel more comfortable since. If they go to zero, it would not hurt me. If they ever reach .23 again, i will have regained the loss i took. Both scenarios seem plausible to me. So i will just hold 'em forever and see what happens
The risk is one day we might run out of gamblers and idiots to put extra money in. The company can't sustain itself.
We don't know the terms of the deal with TRTC. I don't actually think there is much of a deal. It's more of a gentlemen's agreement between the CFO of TRTC and the CEO of NRTI, in my opinion. It has worked well to bring attention to NRTI and that's what it was meant to do. Just my thought of course.
We know TRTC is coming with their own range of products. If those are to be sold next to the products of NRTI in the same dispensaries, owned by the CEO of TRTC, this is going to be a very weird situation
I'm not worried about TRTC taking a large chunk of the profits. There are plenty of people who have put their money on the line at Inergetics, and I mean serious people - I don't believe they would let this happen.
This kind of product could do pretty well online, i guess, as they are aiming at people who perfectly know what they're looking for.
As soon as these products become main stream, it will become very difficult for NRTI to compete. They could be bought by a bigger player by then, but only if they can gain some competitive advantage. Let's hope this won't happen too soon, cause there would be little money left for common shareholders if they're bought at this stage.
Margins are without a doubt going to be awesome. In that sense it could be the lifeline this company so desperately needs
NRTI has always been very clear that the CBD line will be sold through dispensaries.
Just looking at TRTç figures. Omg, feels like we're doing really good here. Maybe Mr. James is right after all not to make wild projections and not meet them afterwards
Anyways price is holding up pretty well, all things considered. Let's see what the SF trip brings
Neither of both i guess
What a nice coincidence - i was just talking about you in my previous post (;
Looking at the business side of things, to me Bikini Ready is still the biggest opportunity. Social media marketing is a capricious thing these days. Let a few influential young blonde youtube blogsters plug the products and we could be off imo.
Looking at the shares, it's quite obvious CBD is indeed the thing to look for. Let a few more young dumbheads discover the stock on a MJ-related PR and they'll be freeing up a few bucks to invest and drive the stock price up again lol.
I'm not that confident in the CBD initiative from a business perspective. It's gonna be a niche thing, and if it becomes main stream all the big guys will step in overpowering our beloved company in no time.
Just my thoughts, of course. I love to be proven wrong. Proven by the facts, I mean (;
We've been looking out for "the first full qtr" for this and that for over a year now.
I have to agree with the captain here. If the total revenu does not increase, every added revenue stream means the rest has been constantly fading
When reading "Cannabis extract can have dramatic effect on brain" I thought you were about to explain some of the quotes of Mr. James lol
True. In the end the fact is the Martha Stewart brand doesn't seem to work for vitamin pills. Companies can only try to deliver some value. Consumers have the final say.
But then again, at nrti headquarters they keep stating that everything is working out fine.
With this attitude, why on earth would one think they re going to succeed in this cbd business
It's the same calculation I've been making again. Total turnover divided by number of sales outlets has reached an all time low. There's no way to find a sensible explanation.
The decrease in gross margin could mean that they're indeed giving the stuff away, just to get it out there.
Actually the increase of Cost of Goods Sold from 310K to 360K could indicate they've been selling more products, but at a lower price.
It might work in the end but they also need the money to improve their balance sheet.
And if they go for cheap, they might probably as well drop the MSE brand (which maybe is what they're trying to do, but they can't just walk away there).
If only they would start communicating and giving us some numbers to work with. Now we can only guess and hope for the best.
The statement about the debt issue "now out of the way" is not correct. Extra funding is needed soon and it's gonna be more expensive than before.
yes, they're still behind on their payments
"During the fourth quarter of 2014, the 31 Group LLC converted $184,979 of principal and interest into 14,164,787 common shares."
I guess you don't want me to calculate SP
I had rather seen them completely dominate the hair skin and nails supplement market by now
Bikini ready is a fantastic brand and i really appreciate the efforts they do To promote It. Such a shame they dont have the dollars To push it
Earnings today? I'm curious but only expecting slight increase in revenue. Not enough to make SP rise i guess
We might be well into 2015 before the products are launched. Take a few more quarters to see the effect in the figures and we'll be celebrating 2016. Plenty of time to load imo
Wonder if he will join the band when going to SF.
What a nice and balanced answer. I had not expected that (;
I'm a bit confused with your answer though, cause the hardest part is getting above .10 imo. If it's able to reach .10 again I'm pretty confident we'll see .30 also. Which means I will probably be buying shares from you once we get to .10. How funny is that
CN I think you still have some personal attacks to delete. Or does that only apply when people who are desilusional about NRTI are attacked. Just asking
okay, have a great weekend
I should have a word with your old man. I think he's been right about your investing attitude (;
Yeah sure, silly me. Why bother. We're gonna be millionaires anyway. After all it's only the guy who's to present his work to the scientific board in a few weeks
Guys, funny as you are, let's not forget this forum is about discussing nrti. Carl Germano leaving is really an important issue imo. Any thoughts on that?
I don't like anybody here
Thanks for sharing.
Has changing names become some frivolous habit of executives at NRTI, or would James Kras be another person than Jim Kras.
It's becoming a nice family business maybe.
Weird family though. First Mr Germano sells his part-time yoga products business to NRTI, then he leaves?
ok thanks all - just wondering cause if i have understood this correct, if Group31 starts converting at these prices, we'll be stuck here for quite some time
Wonder what Mr James will we wearing in his hair when going to San Francisco next month.
Last PR about Martha Stewart had me counting again. They have these products with this well known brand name in 18.000 stores by now. So how can they possibly end up with such "low" turnover?
Either we must be in for a big surprise soon, or there is something really wrong with the brand. I just don't get it
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
MSLP is far from running lean and mean - that's for sure
I do agree in the sense that they should reach out to consumers with such a story - not investors
Who is selling so many shares in the last few days? Are these all different traders, or is a big guy getting out?
The actual name the brothers applied for was CHARLOTTE'S WEB HEMP PRODUCTS
You can search the name on http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp
and read all correspondence there (for some reason I can't copy the exact link as it says 'session expired' when using the link again)
But to put TM on your product, it would mean you have filed the application for the trademark, I guess.
Here in Europe you can start using the name before the registration process is finished, but it's the date of filing which determines who is first
Anyway there are 2 companies who have filed for the TM Charlotte's Web for the same application area, neither of both having the products on the shelves.
The brothers had also applied but they had something like Charlotte's Web Hennep filed, which was refused
