Let's be realistic. Is this a pump and dump...absolutely not. I've seen plenty of those, this ain't one. Are there challenges, and additional risk involved? Absolutely. Be smart, dont bet the farm. This is not a pump and dump though, that's ridiculous at this point. It could still fail, but it's not a share selling scam.
I ALWAYS take in to consideration what bears, and bulls say. I want to hear the good and the bad, but if this is a PnD, it's the most well executed we've ever seen....that alone is worth a quarter!
Um, what's uber make?
Just a quick update, it took longer than expected (about a week) but I just opened the Driver app and saw that I was approved and was able to mark myself as online.
Hrm, mine let me upload everything then said waiting for admin approval. That was late last week. Now it says waiting on background check which is supposed to be the last step. Seems like its moving through the process.
Lol, it's like 11mil shares. Not worried about that. If it was a typical stinky pink, you'd see FAR more at this point. I dont think this helps the bear case.
Are you saying that no app ever comes in and disrupts the market? Tell that to MySpace. I'm not saying that many don't fail, I'm simply stating that the possibility is there and execution will make all the difference....
Uber launched in 2009, didnt get their first ride until 2010. Just saying we wont know how this plays out right away.
Lower rates, better commission?
Right on, thank you.
Has anyone here registered as a driver, submitted docs and been approved yet?
Hey, I dont fault you for being skeptical. I am as well. I'm here to see what happens with it, and appreciate any DD provided...good and bad. Have to assume the worst with ANY pinky. I'm waiting to see how many drivers/passengers get signed up. I think that will be the big clue for one side or the other. They say they have started marketing in Florida....lets see how it goes.
per the tweet 20 minutes ago, still 51m
Could be interesting, I am skeptical of a company that doesn't finish their website....http://app.carsmartt.com/faq
ok, 5x the vol yesterday, 1/5th today. Whats the catalyst?
Hey, Id love for it to move but lets be honest....it traded 10 grand today. Why? hasnt moved for years. Is something going on here?
Personally still holding about 20mil shares. I'll be writing it off this year. I've moved on to bigger and better, f the otc lol. go short FRED...thats my current play. GL to all, OTC is nothing but scam artists. Good for playing the pump, but thats all they are.
No position here. Just heard about IDDR in my group.
So whats different/better about IDDR technology? I read through a bunch of info and there are a few statements that concern me.
"MS supports BHOLD still today but has been unable to port it to the cloud. Correct, er sort of. They didn't port it to the cloud, and discontinued Forefront Identity Manager alltogether (which BHOLD was part of). Pieces of it may still exist in their current offering https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/identity-management.
After selling BHOLD, we envisioned the industry would migrate to a cloud-based model and began developing IDdriven. Microsoft is a key — and enthusiastic — IDdriven channel partner. Meh, not so much. They have their own product. They don't really partner with Okta or Ping Identity either, in fact consider them to be direct competition. They do allow anyone to sell solutions in the Azure Marketplace once approved, IDDriven isn't listed."
I tried to dig deeper into their product(s) but unfortunately there isn't much info on the website. No whitepapers, case studies, deployment guides etc....
This is a large market, agreed, but its also extremely competitive. Not a basher by any means, just doing some DD. I've submitted a request out to IDDR for a demo, maybe I'll find something I've overlooked!
They specifically mention working through VAR's, and being Channel focused...has anyone called any of the major re-sellers to see if they've heard of IDDR? I can check with the likes of CDW, SHI, Insight, and some others.
I don't hold the last paragraph above as upmost importance with a startup, Nutanix was brand new to the scene not long ago (they also weren't ever OTC as they had plenty of financial backing).
Thank you all in advance for any information you are able to provide.
1.00 "and other good and valuable consideration"
Who knows what that is. We will have to wait and see.
wouldn't there be a possibility they would have to return shares if it does?
show me another OTC play with that kind of coverage :)

This was less than 2 months ago...Do you all realize the potential here? Don't forget why you are holding.
KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- APT Group, Inc., a propulsion technology company that manufactures and distributes advanced, environmentally friendly transportation, recreation and utility powersport products (www.powerapt.com), today announced that it has been invited to present the Sonic Flow CSI engine to space industry leaders and experts in the Space Power Systems category at the upcoming Space Resources and Planetary & Terrestrial Mining Sciences Symposium at the Colorado School of Mines.
The specific focus of these meetings is to advance prospects for the commercial development of space resources. The meeting convenes on June 10-11, 2014 at the Colorado School of Mines, in Golden, CO.
Space exploration organizations such as NASA are seeking an ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Solar Independent Propulsion for Lunar Polar Exploration rovers. The challenge is recharging Rover battery power systems without access to solar energy. The Sonic Flow CSI is an exotic ICE (internal combustion engine) and is considered to be one of the leading prospects for this solicitation.
The meeting will be organized to accommodate technical presentations, expert panels on specific topics, and roundtable discussions with all conference attendants. As with all past SRR conferences, the white papers generated from these discussions provide decision makers with technically sound recommendations for incorporating space resources into new exploration programs.
"The SonicFlow(TM) engine holds mission critical advancements necessary for the hyper technological demands of Space Exploration and also able to satisfy current environmental crises. The SF CFI Engine is a light weight multi-fuel ultra low emission, high output two stroke ZERO oil consumption engine. The ICE development community continues to return to two stroke operating principles such as the SF CFI. Two strokes offer the greatest promise for high density powerplants," said Corey Dyess, Inventor and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at APT Group, Inc.
This is yet another invitation and engagement directed at APT from expert and leading organizations that are seeking ICE technologies such as the SF CSI engine. APT Group, Inc. is honored to be selected to participate in this elite symposium.

A non-compete/non-disclosure was signed. These guys broke the terms of the contract. pretty simple.
Umsted, Francis, Salander and the Rice's used the contacts, connections, etc in bad faith. You can't sign an agreement, leave your employer and take confidential information (or information information gathered on the company dime and considered proprietary) to a competitor. That when lawsuits happen, and that's what we see here.

Just posted on APT's facebook page
"Here it is. Navy submersible diesel two stroke outboard.... with a carburetor."
I see its on a testing bench, didnt catch that at first. They dunk it in the water....
What? Its here. Also shows up in fidelity.
and the sticky is gone.....
Now we can get back on topic
You think this post is worthy of a sticky? Abuse of mod power at its finest.
I get emails about aapl and msft, are those pump and dumps?
Was this a paid promo?
APT needed capital to move forward. They got it from Investors that see the potential. Isn't this how it's supposed to work?
Was this a paid promo?
Just curious
Being that we haven't seen v or b selling....is there any possibility that APT is working out paying off IR with the new found profits from the thousands of units ordered recently? Is that even remotely possible?
They did just present at the symposium in golden, which was by invitation only, which as I've read, impressed those in attendence. I'm not ignoring share structure or the impact of delayed financials....don't ignore the potential of sonicflow in UAV's and rovers.
Sonicflow is a game changer and I just hope APT will see it through... (I personally think they will).
I was in the military and purchased equipment for DOD. I'm very familiar with GSA. I've seen one man operations that build out of their garage get GSA approved in just a few months.
If the DOD wants sonicflow, how long do you think it will take for them to approve APT?
Does anyone still have a link to those models of electric motors APT has?
I remember seeing a 600+ hp that weighed something like 300 lbs...
Tesla competitor, maybe one day...
DOD supplier, perhaps not too far off
global distribution of smaller, affordable cycles (with smartcarb)...coming very soon.
So much more to come.
All IMO
sonicflow and D.O.D. contracts in the works IMO. Patience is key....
Very exciting stuff...and just the beginning.
