Lots of convertibles out there and as the 10k clearly states they only have $47k in cash and cash equivalents and that they need to raise additional Capitol.

Bingo. The future is dim. The only reason for the good revs was due to the Merck royalties which are now as disclosed yesterday cut off. The next q I expect to be horrible

They are losing the milestone payments from Merck which was the majority of their income.

The Q was great, but the the termination of the Merck deal is horrible especially losing the milestone payment.

The next Q will be brutal for shareholders if they don't find a way to replace the income stream.

THLD should run big tomorrow. Keep an eye out.

If they plan on selling they will find another buyer soon. If they are raising money they must have a plan or no one would lend them anything.

Float is only 9 million shares and there is no dilution. Patience will pay here
