I have to agree with you Dr. Penny. The stock has been rising off of the fundamentals, not hype. It could very well get to silver (.05) and could be a target for .20 within 60 days as well. The combination of the CEO retiring shares, the P.O. and overall company outlook mean that this company should keep going. The CEO has been good to investors and the company has tweeted numerous times about wanting to keep investors long term on this. While building a long term base with penny stock holders may not be realistic yet, the company seems determined to show a stable and profitable business model that will hopefully attract a long term base at some point when the price is higher.
No it isn't. We are protected and have a higher starting point for when HJOEs file. At this point, either you are locked in for a great ride or you are on the outside looking in
No going to grays would have dropped price. HJOEs protecting investors
I agree. HJOE's wouldn't have worked with SEC to stop from going to the grays unless they wanted to protect investors
I think you and many that have said derogatory things about he company are wrong. I believe they will come back and stronger than ever. I also believe that anyone that owns a significant position will see a very positive outcome within the next 12 months
I know the Indiana dealer is killing it right now in jerky sales. Las Vegas and New Mexico dealers also doing well.
I agree with you Dusty. At this point, you are either in for the ride or you are not. When HJOE's settles with KBM and files their returns, the stock could be worth 10X-15X. My guess is .02 and then higher after more momentum builds for the jerky sales.
I'm okay with having a low IQ as long as I have a big bank account to go with it when HJOE settles their case and catches up their paperwork in 2017
Big Day for Hangover Joe's! I can't wait to hear more details from the Twitter post below:
Big win today for HJOE and shareholders! The SEC has held our backs and later there will be address! The detractors of the Company lose!
The videos on Facebook from the Michiana dealer really showed how much the people at the fair enjoyed the HJOE's beef jerky. I had known about this dealers Facebook page but this was the first time I had seen the videos and how satisfied everyone was. Thanks for posting the link I-Glow
Proof provided again...thanks!
No cure for the cold either but people take medicine to help with the symptoms. HJOE's is no different. I did my own test with my co-workers and they all felt better and on average said the shot brought them 80% back to normal.
The HJOE's bowling shirts do look hot so there you go. I do plan to buy black one when it becomes available :)
Do you have proof of these accusations? I'm guessing you don't
I am a serious investor. I know other investors who have over 50 million shares who have already made multiple tens of thousands of dollars (some over $200K in realized profit). There are many who have watched and invested in the company for over 4 years and have great money on the stock when it hit the .0001 and.0002's. Many of us are ready to make much more when the filings become current. If you are an investor on the outside looking in, you may never see a sub-penny stock with this many product this close to breaking out. GLTA
Because HJOEs is such a great buy :). Surprised the price isn't higher
Not backing away at all...just anticipating the increased revenues from a great new product as well as the increased revenues from the trickle down effect the jerky will bring to the energy and recovery shots

HJOE can't pump the Hangover or Energy shot swill - so now they are a beef Jerky company - this stuff is too funny.

I think the beef jerky will be HJOE's flagship product moving forward and lead to bigger sales for their other two core products.
How will this happen zero national advertising or marketing?
IG
That would be great if the same thing happened to HJOE's :)
Adding more products shows the company is growing and moving in the right direction. The SMS Model (same one for Tabasco) is tried and true being used for HJOE's. Franchisees are spending $25K and much more for some for each territory. When a person spends this kind of money for a franchise, they don't give up easily. This gives HJOE"s free boots on the ground to help sell the product. More great products motivate the dealers to sell more and more. I have heard a story of a dealer that didn't get traction with the shots at one store but called back about the jerky and the C-Store owner told him to come back and could now put in all 3 products.

Your friend couldn't be any more truthful. I think the beef jerky will be HJOE's flagship product moving forward and lead to bigger sales for their other two core products. Exciting time to get involved with company as a dealer. Thanks for all your research!
The company was under financial pressure after the packaging debacle with PLN when they took out these loans that may be looked at as predatory and illegal by the courts. Although millions of shares did convert, the company now has the resources to fight for their shareholders and try to prevent any more additional conversions. Just because you take money from a loan shark doesn't mean you have to keep paying the loan shark off. The company has previously stated that they will getting their returns in order by 2016 and that the future looks bright. By just filing and the stop sign coming down, the stock price could should up to .02 quickly IMHO
"The KBM lawsuit was over a very small amount of money - HJOE has already converted similar notes for hundreds of millions of shares which caused massive dilution for shareholders."
IG
When you keep changing lawyers, it is never a good sign. I'm not a fortune teller but switching of lawyers points to a positive resolution for HJOE's on this case in the next month or two. I also wonder thing the Jerky will end up being their home run product. HJOE's is poised for great things to happen within the next few months. Someone wise once said that it is a marathon, not a sprint. But with HJOE's gets the KBM case resolved, gets their returns in order shortly after, and shows growing revenues from the jerky sales, the future looks bright
I agree with you Dusty. Lots of positives coming investors way on this stock
Where did you hear this rumor? Link?
The Cost of a Hangover- Interesting article I saw that shows the need for hangover recovery
Drinking too much has well-known personal costs—headaches, nausea, and regrettable 4 a.m. text messages.
The Centers for Disease Control has put a figure on how much it costs the American economy: $249 billion.
That includes spending on health care as well as the economic toll of lost productivity, car crashes, crime, and deaths attributable to excessive alcohol consumption.
The biggest economic drag from tipplers manifests in the workplace. Alcohol cost $77 billion in impaired productivity at work in 2010, according to the CDC's breakdown published in the American Journal of Preventive Health. Adding in absenteeism and other factors, the total productivity toll from excess drinking approached $90 billion. That's not counting losses from alcohol-related deaths. The CDC has previously estimated that one in 10 deaths of working-age Americans are caused by too much drinking.
The total cost of excessive drinking to the economy is rising. The last time the CDC made a similar calculation, excess drinking was blamed for $224 billion in costs, estimated for 2006. The increase, about 2.7 percent annually from 2006 to 2010, outpaced inflation. Most of the costs are attributable to binge drinking, and 40 percent of the total is borne by the government.
More from Bloomberg.com: Wal-Mart Heirs See $11 Billion Vanish in a Day on Share Fall
Measuring such a big and abstract thing as economic damage from drinking is inherently imprecise. If anything, the CDC says its estimates lowball the true cost. It counted only factors in which alcohol was considered the primary cause, so illness or deaths from other causes that drinking may have exacerbated are left out. "Intangible costs like pain and suffering were not included," the paper noted.
So drink responsibly. The economy will thank you in the morning.

What makes you think that another distributor will be announced?
Toxic Dumping Question:
Can there be toxic dumping if the company is late on their filings? I had heard no but have heard a couple from both boards use toxic dumping as excuse for price drop.
The reason for the dump could be the speculators leaving because they weren't overly impressed with SMS (I was happy and am in Long) but I still wanted to know answer to the above question if someone could answer it
Couldn't agree with you more...the shares are a real bargain at this price
Great SMS Update
The update was concise and really hit home. The potential is huge and the SMS released statement cements Hangover Joe's as a truly long term play. Getting approved through the Korea version of the FDA was a long-term play that is paying dividends now. The SMS partnership will help numbers gain steam in 2017 and beyond. I couldn't be happier to be an investor in this honey pot of a company and believe the company is positioned for long-term sucesss
Hey Arc,
It may be a little early to project the partnerships impact on expected revenue. I concede that it could be a politically correct email that is positive about the partnership and the future potential.
That being said, I think the company is on its way to firm financial footing and truly believe that increased sales quarter over quarter are on the way starting soon. We should start to see a number of things happen over next two months (taxes filed, PLN settlement announced...yes I said that, forward guidance from Veal on the 3-5M revenues estimate from Dec, etc..), that should really positively impact HJOE"s future. I like everything I've seen over last couple months and look forward to being long term investor in HJOE"s.
I believe that shares have been changing hands from short term flippers to long term holders...JMHO
GLTA
I'm excited to learn more about the social media post and update from Partners
Appreciate the reply
Reptos, Wanted to ask your opinion.
I've been watching Hangover Joe's as a stock for a little over 2 years and invested in them for a year and a half. This is the only Penny stock I have invested in. I would say I have a pretty big position but not as large as some on the other board.
My question is with the way HJOE"s has been so good at updating their customers are possible news on social media, how much can the run really be if we have a lot of the pieces of the puzzle already (most on the other board were saying .01-.05) ? I'm asking for the below examples:
1. Lets say the announcement is on the new distributors and the new distributor is the Glazers. How much will that impact the stock price if most everyone who is invested in the stock is already anticipating that anyways?
2. A possible PLN settlement would impact the stock favorably but as Smalls as pointed out on the other board, they will in all likelihood never release the number and say settled favorably. At this point with PLN changing lawyers at the last minute, most are expecting HJOE"s to do pretty well in this but how much would that impact the price if investors will never know how much the settlement will be?
3. I do think the elimination of toxic debt/ favorable new financing from that new company mentioned from Texas would strongly impact the price of stock. This component as Thunder and Smalls pointed out on other board would be huge.
You've been invested in more than a few companies and I've ready many of your posts so I am curious what you think. I don't post that often on this board but we seem to getting close to game time this week so I thought I would through out the question. GLTA (especially those that have been here for over a couple of years)
Steven (ashoksd2000 on other board)
2. Now I get if the
Master Case Revenue Potential (per Casey on other board...thanks Casey):
There are 144 shots in each master case. So 100 cases would be 14,400 shots per pallet. Using the 85 cents per shot mentioned in the previous Korean agreement it would equal $12,240 for each pallet/100 cases. There should be 10 pallets in each 20 foot container of $122,400 worth. A 40 foot container, twice that. I just don't know if the 85 cents per shot is still the same. Less
The Gilstrap investment was one of the strongest signs. Now true, he could have been putting in the last part in at .03 because that was the previously agreed on price and he is a man of his word. But no business savvy person is going to make that last installment payment without talking to the company about about the reverse split that was previously mentioned by management and knowing managements plan for coming out of this. I don't believe the R/S is coming and part of me even wonders if the proposal of the reverse split was defensive to prevent competitors from acquiring too many HJOE shares.
And don't forget a potential settlement with PLN :)
HJOE's is going to kill it in Asia!
It's funny Reptos. In Penny Land, its mostly about hype and quick sells. Assuming the partnership gets announced and the toxic debts get eliminated, I can't see any reason a person wouldn't want to see where HJOE"s goes with this long-term. We are truly just scratching the surface of quarter after quarter large spikes in sales growth.
