Try to plan your exit to lose as little as possible. If I sell at 0.0003 I will actually make a little money.
But if there isn't 1) a website redesign, 2) videos of D-20 production and 3) a formal press release by March 31st at 11:59PM I will start planning my exit.
There's limits to my patience threshold just like everyone else here.
Today marks exactly three weeks.
The last blog promised a website redesign in March that would include the latest D20 videos. This not happening by March 31st is my personal indicator that this company is going nowhere.
Seeing proof of current D20 production will go a long way in increasing investor confidence.
The worst case scenario is that this entire Korean D20 fuel launch is an elaborate scam designed by MS & Ecolocap in an attempt to settle all debt.
Without volume there would be no way to settle all the company's debt without exhausting the bid. The promise of eventual revenue from D20 keeps the volume up, hence the constant delays and distribution changes. It's the perfect way to ensure those with loans that were converted to shares will actually be able to sell all their shares.
I'm not saying that this is happening, but it is a fear of mine.
It's very surprising to me that on Monday people were claiming that by the end of the week there would be some kind of substantial run.
I wasn't sure what theso opinions were based on since all the posts basically said 'Go ECOS! Huge run by EOW', instead of an explanation of why they thought a run was inevitable.
There will be no significant movement past 0.0003 without a formal press release and YouTube videos documenting D20 production and proof of revenue.
It shouldn't take tea leaves and the Rosetta Stone to decipher what the CEO of a company is trying to convey. It should be clear and unambiguous.
The only thing that's clear is that there is another three week delay. Pictures of the equipment, or videos of the quality control process would easily build share holder confidence. Every cell phone has a camera, so there's no excuse for a short YouTube clip not to exist.
This makes me sad.
Delay is what I'm reading. And since some, not all heaters have the problem, why not start selling to the farmers with compatible heaters?
Interesting that they added the SEC filings section to the website. Hopefully in anticipation of more traffic if news breaks today...
I don't think we'll get news tomorrow. Not to say there won't be news at some point, but if there hasn't been any news by now, the last day of the month isn't going to magically change that.
There's going to be a lot of pissed of share holders on Saturday morning.
I won't on March 1st if there hasn't been a production announcement via press release. Not a blog, not an email, not Morse code or smoke signal. A press release.
Do you know something the rest of us don't or is that just speculative?
A press release detailing the start of production is the next step up.
That's funny. Actually, there were a few spelling, grammar and syntax errors. Lol
I've written four times and have never received a response. What exactly did your email state?
You probably won't. I emailed over a week ago, and again two days ago and haven't received a reply.
No one found it strange that the email from Joseph Lambert was @gmail.com? lambertfunds@gmail.com. When you Google him his email is joe.lambert@lambertfunds.com. And the 'contact us' section of his website lists the contact email as admin@LAMBERTFUNDS.com.
Someone also filed a claim on a website called ripoffreport.com:
'Lambert Private Equity / Joseph Lambert - fraud. He and his so called fund does not have the money he claims. He offers to invest hundreds of millions of dollars he does not have and operates from a bedroom in his house.
This is the address he send to companies:
Lambert Private Equity LLC
1031 N. Refugio Rd.
Santa Ynez, CA 93460
If you look at this address on google maps you will see it’s a residential address. His website doesn't have a phone number, because he doesn't want people calling his house and figuring this out. He tries to hide this by putting a po box on his website.
If you are foolish enough to do a deal with him, insist that you meet him at his office and see how that works out!'
Not sure what this is about, but it seems like the lambertfunds@gmail.com is a fake.
How do we know this?
I wonder what happened to the full story of Esterhol and the videos that were supposed to be posted...
I was just thinking the same thing. It's officially the end of the week. But Monday is a holiday...
From the AES website:
AES Capital has a unique investment strategy that utilizes both economic fundamentals and technological expertise. We begin with macroeconomic fundamental analysis to determine growth sectors, and concentrate assets in those sectors. At the moment, that brings us to resources, alternative energy, and precious metals. AES Capital then utilizes a rigorous stock selection process to find companies with 10X potential within those sectors. The fund seeks outstanding results by finding a small number of truly unique investments with asymmetric risk/reward profiles and defined realizable catalysts. The fund employs extensive bottom-up fundamental analysis.
Specifically, we seek prosperity through discovery. We utilize our technological expertise to determine which companies are about to discover, or recently have discovered, new resources or new technologies and are capable of bringing them to market. Considered most important are catalysts (such as the introduction of new products or patents, the discovery and buildup of a large resource, corporate restructuring or market repositioning, and any special situations) that will improve the perceived value of the company. AES Capital will seek to buy and hold such stocks until the event sought occurs. We may invest in these companies at various stages to bring such events to fruition, including investing in PIPEs. If necessary, we may aid with the acquisition, merging, or breakup of companies to increase value.
Interesting. I wonder what this means for ECOS.
Hopefully. I don't know how interested I'll be in the story of Esterhol if an update on D20 isn't included.
That's exactly what I was thinking. And/or raising capital for related production expenses (worker wages, overhead etc.) Without knowing the amount of CVP 's 'major investment' it's hard to even speculate what all it was used for and what, if any, additional expenses could be covered by all this dumping.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
Sorry. Here's a screenshot of his reply.

So I wrote MS the following today because I wanted to know the production/revenue time frame:
As a long time investor I am excited about the current projects you have in motion.
I wanted to know the time frame for the start of D20 production with the three week delay you mentioned, and if a press release is still intended to be issued on production day.
Have the pumps arrived from Germany and can we expect revenue in February now instead of January?
Any time you take answering my questions is appreciated.
His response:

"We plan to be in production in Feb. A release will go out at that time."
New blog!
All he said was look for more "comments" so I'm keeping my expectations low. I'm expecting another production progress report as opposed to the start of production, or an explanation of the share increase.
(Morning Loop!)
I didn't wait. I bought today at 3's.
It was down for me but back up now.
Amen. I just bought a million more shares. I'm just hoping tomorrow's update doesn't drive the share price down.
Let's hope all future blogs and press releases are proof read and edited by CVP to prevent that.
Most likely, since he said look for more "comments" on Thursday. I'm thinking it's an update on production instead of the start of production.
Which do you all think will have a bigger impact: production press release or April's earnings statement showing revenue?
Seriously. And it's only 10AM.
I think certain key verifiable facts support ECOS not being a scam. Receiving "major investment" from CVP is one. This investment was detailed in ECOS 8K filed with the SEC last October. It was also announced with a formal press release the day after the SEC filing.
The delays seem to be a legitimate set back, but you're right about it being a short wait to find out.
Meaning, three weeks from today means production won't begin until end of January. A three week delay from initial production date would mean production within the next few days. Maybe that's what Thursday's update will be.
Now the question is, what will Thursday's update entail? Will it be another blog post or a formal press release? And announcing what?
More importantly, he said they were only three weeks behind schedule. Is that three weeks from today, or three weeks from the time production was originally supposed to begin (middle/end of December).
Very exciting. BBB!
