I'd like to know why Leo wasn't able to negotiate a shorter follow up. Remdesivir was 11 days and we're at 29?! Seems to me we should know if B is working within less than 11 days.
LOOKS LIKE A WHOLE LOT OF NAVEL GAZING. WHERE'S THE "LET'S JUST DO IT" PRESENTATION THAT LAYS OUT THE TIMELINE TO IMPLEMENT THE TOOL, VLN, TO SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE SMOKING AND NICOTINE DEPENDENCE......
That would sum up the reason for trial in Russia, in addition to their quality processes...."Some of the experts have claimed that compared to the US, Russian sites offer approximately 30-60% savings to sponsors depending on the complexity of the study, study-specific procedures, patient population, and etc."
Looks like the real world to me
" Brilacidin has already been successfully tested in clinical trials and shown to exhibit potent antibacterial activity in Phase 2 clinical trials for treatment of Acute Bacterial Skin and Skin Structure Infections (ABSSSI), and anti-inflammatory activity, as supported in Phase 2 clinical trials for treatment of Ulcerative Proctitis/Ulcerative Proctosigmoiditis. As such, brilacidin has already demonstrated HDP-like therapeutic properties in the clinic."
Here’s some big news from Canada. Reduce COVID deaths 44%!

Looks like the loan sharks covered all their bases
$53 million from Barda to SAb for a phase 1 therapeutic...wow! What could IPIX get after a successful phase 2?
unfortunately overpromising and under-delivering is in his DNA. He would have way more credibility if he under-promised and over-delivered, at least half the time....
Dosed the first patient June 15, 2020......and only 32 subjects....hopefully this will make Leo look like Lightning Leo....
It’s scary to think BP would prevent a fatal blow to COVID from coming to market only for the sake of threatening their gravy train
Didn't the US medical association take the FDA to court once already because they were being too slow? How long before the next (winning) lawsuit?
I sure hope they sped up their regular meeting timing....”Proposed meeting date (propose 6-8 weeks in the future)”
Wow HGEN from $.30 to over $6.00 in four months. Can't wait for our turn next! They're also testing in combo with Remdes....I see a trend here!!
NVAX 8.3 billion market cap and its vaccine candidates keep failing.....compared to 100 million IPIX with B therapy that has never failed yet....where would you rather place your bet?
CYD* down more than IPIX today
The group’s goal is to bring two to four new antibiotics to patients within a decade.
Seems like B would be a shoe in!
What was Trump’s hyped up big announcement today?!
Leo should request funding support from Mexico and other countries....
CytoDyn and NIH of Mexico Complete Memorandum of Understanding to Conduct Small Covid-19 Phase 3 Trial for Severe and Critically Ill Patients

looks like VLN is tailor made for the courageous country of Australia.
How can IPIX have a market cap of $170 mill? Bring on the human trials!!!
"Fresh on the heels of the first data from human tests of its Covid-19 vaccine, Moderna sold $1.3 billion worth of stock on Monday at a price of $76 a share. That’s a fourfold rise from price where the biotech’s stock started the year, and a market value of $30 billion for a company that has yet to sell its first product."

Tamiflu sales almost $1 billion/yr before generics and for this?
"the medicine reduced the duration of flu symptoms on par with Tamiflu to about 2.2 days, a day earlier than in patients getting a placebo."
Anyone have Gates Foundation on their Rolodex?
“Research is continuing on the other treatments. The research is funded by government health agencies in the United Kingdom and private donors including the?Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.”
Maybe we can promote compassionate use program for B.
Maybe Leo should hold an auction.....put the B (illions) in Brillacidin
Where’s the low nicotine mandate verbiage?
Time for XXII to start working directly with individual states to mandate VLN. Seems they’re the only ones courageous enough to put public interest ahead of lobbyists...like legalizing marijuana and banning vaping....and mandating VLN
The same cities and states that are banning vaping should be approached to approve VLN!!!
FDA could take forever. Too much political/BT influence. XXII needs to start working with individual States. They have proven they can take positive action regardless of the Federal government swamp. Maybe start with the progressive states that weren't afraid to legalize marijuana. Let's get this ball rolling!
The individual states seem way more proactive on issues that the US Federal Govt...MJ legalization, e-cig bans etc. I'd say give the Feds till the end of the month then start working on state action to approve VLN.
So what do you think 15-20 mill
How much do you think will be budgeted for Phase 3 OM study? Will cost depend on number of locations?
I'm guessing based on the incidence of OM it shouldn't be too hard to get participants? Need what 450?
Are we talking 3 or 4 mill?
What was it 200,000 shares voted against? I guess that means DUD voted his 1 mill shares for lol
I especially like this one
SP05-Tobacco Control Endgame: Making It Happen

Just one tobacco customer who regrets getting hooked. Very sad. 500,000 a year just like him die every year. Time for FDA to ban nicotine from cigs and vapes. Stop the insanity!!

I like the announcement from Rite Aid today. How long before others follow their lead?
Rite Aid (NYSE:RAD) says it will start selling CBD products in more than 200 stores in Oregon and Washington later this month.
The drugstore chain plans to offer CBD creams, lotions and lip balm at the locations.
During today's earnings call, Rite Aid COO Bryan Everett said the company would stop selling e-cigarettes amid the crackdown on teenage usage, but continue to sell cigarettes.
Wow can we trade Leo for IFM’s CEO :)
Ever heard of Master Settlement Agreeement.....BT can't be sued they continue to kill with immunity.....
FDA needs to be publicly shamed for not taking action....the government needs to feel the political heat. Is a lawsuit the best or only way to do that? Maybe a gofundme campaign to start a anti nicotine crusade?!
It's criminal that 10 years have gone by and FDA has not instituted a limit on nicotice....so simple...so sad. They have take action but need a good swift kick in the pants to pull the trigger. Could immediately save lives now and for generations....just limit amount of nicotine in cigs / e-cigs / vapes. Easy solution for horrific problem.
According to NHTSA, seatbelts saved 14,688 lives in 2016. Tons of action by government, investment by automakers, and cost for consumers. Yet the FDA is dragging its heels on saving 500,000 lives a year. If there were that kind of risk in autos the whole industry would come to a screeching halt until changes were made. 10 years and still waiting for FDA. Maybe they need to replace Gotlieb with the Commissioner of NHTSA.....
imagine if we years ago IPIX simply gifted big pharma B for ABBASI in exchange for them paying for development and double digit percentage of sales.....could be making millions/yr in royalties now.........
