I rarely put faith in the CEOs of any companies, let alone penny stocks. The company isn't hyping the stock up - I completely agree with that. The marijuana investors community has been hyping this though. Im sure this is a decent company. I just dont think it is worth $65 million. I said the same thing about MYEC when it was around .07-.08 PPS range and everyone was offended because it conflicted with their fantasies.
I'll end my posts on TTDZ now because I don't want to create a negative sentiment that will cost shareholders money. That's the exact opposite of my intentions. I just want people to take a step back to reality and be careful with their investments. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. You can call me out from your yacht when you become a millionaire off of TTDZ, although I doubt that will be your first priority.
I recognize that, and my response fits within the confines of that analogy.
Cant argue with that BUT nobody pays $65 million for the foundation of a house.
Where's all the weed at? Hemp products have been around for ages and have very little to do with marijuana. Anyone ever been arrested for applying their hemp lotion in public?
It's not my goal to trash the company, but this is a $65 million dollar stock (based on market cap). I could build a better version of that website and start drop shipping similar products in a matter of hours.
I have no ulterior motive for this post. I don't own shares currently, nor do I plan on buying any unless the technical setup is right. I've made money on this stock in the past, but I sure as hell would not hold it long. Just be careful. I've seen a lot of hype and not a lot of delivery.
I've been out of this stock for awhile now but it seems to be getting back to a more appropriate price range. Hopefully Ed has some news to revive MYEC. It was definitely hard to support that run with consistently positive news.
I know Ed wants to move to a better exchange, but it seems pretty difficult to do with the current share structure. A move above .10/share would make this a $300 million company, and they don't have the fundamentals to back that up quite yet.
Ill probably buy more shares if/when this goes back to .02, which is definitely possible at this rate.
I dont think that bid support is the main problem. I think it is the consistent lack of volume which leads to low liquidity. As of now, a single buyer could push this up to .05, or single seller could push it down to the low .03s.
AMMX is clearly a great company, but the stock needs more volume to reach its true value. That being said, we are moving up very gradually so its a good long term investment in my opinion
Ask is so thin, but the volume is so low. This should be able to move with some buying pressure on the ask.
This stock looks undervalued to me.
P/E ratio of 2.48 when the industry average is 45.40 (Electric utilities http://biz.yahoo.com/p/sum_conameu.html)
That would mean the stock should be closer to .454/share in order to fit the industry average P/E ratio.
This is the first I've looked into the stock. Anything else I should be keeping in mind?
lol that was the greatest press release I have ever read
Gotta love when people unload. TTDZ keeps repeating the same cyclical pattern.
just bought 100k more shares
Imagine what this would do with some volume.
Golden penny stock millionaires. A member alerted it on the board earlier today, but I never saw the actual promotion email. I have no idea how big they are, but judging by the volume today, they can't be huge. Just wanted to give people the heads up.
Sykes never shorted the stock. He just called out one of the main groups promoting it.
He didn't buy to cover today; he is actually long on the stock.
Personally, I don't own any shares of SPLI, but it's been on my watchlist the past couple of days, and I may consider an entry this week.
Great close over .03 today. To all of the longs, just be careful. This was stimulated by a penny stock newsletter so the stock may run up for a few days and then come back down and find a new range. The same thing happened when PSG promoted the stock. You may want to lock in some of the profits at the top so you can put buying pressure on the ask when the price comes back down after the promotion...just my opinion. Just because you are long on a stock doesn't mean you need to hold the same shares forever. Taking advantage of the cycles is a great way to keep the stock more active.
For a stock in this price range with this float, I think we would need atleast 10-20 million shares traded each day for things to get interesting.
He sent out an alert at the end of the day. He bought 386,000 shares at .07 and 250,000 at .08.
He usually sells for a 10-20% gain, but he mentioned that there may be ten cents of upside, which leads me to believe he may hold longer.
AMMX just set a new 52-week high
The company needs to grow their share price through positive company growth and news. A reverse split at this price level would barely make them eligible for an upgrade, plus the company said that the cost of uplisting is not in their interest right now.
A reverse split would only deter new investors, and potentially some old ones. Considering how low volume this stock is, a reverse split would barely have any positive effects. I am not always against reverse splits, but it just doesn't seem beneficial for AMMX in my opinion
Not sure why people keep putting up huge blocks on the ask...They're not going to get filled and they just keep the price down.
Ideally, it should not test the 50SMA. There are other support levels before that. Hopefully, .028 acts as support, although I am sure we will test that level
I agree that there are many flaws in the website design. That being said, it could be worse. Ive seen much worse websites from OTC companies. I am a web designer as well, so it always gets on my nerves. The site is not even functional yet so they probably should have kept it in development mode for now before taking it live.
All that said, I don't think it really matters that much. In terms of the amount of traffic they will be getting, I don't think the site will make or break their success. They could have the best website in the world, but it wouldn't matter if they don't have the right traffic. Hopefully, they have a good plan for sending quality traffic, however, judging by the YDEK.us website, it seems that their web design and digital marketing skills may be a bit outdated. For now, let's just wait and see what they have in store for us.
Flippers don't matter right now. You have to buy shares first before you can flip. Considering the low volume on AMMX, any buyers can be viewed as a positive. That's how we got to our new range; Penny Stock geeks sent out the alert which pushed us from the .013-.017 to the .025-.034 range.
Do the math. Already $3+ million in revenues this year. AMMX is looking good as usual..
lol...Im sure there was one extremely happy seller. Oddly enough another order of the exact same size (98088) went through at .0187 after....
NEWS from ITNS regarding MyECheck app: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61772961&xref=newsalert
Your post is a bit premature. While I agree that it will be difficult to sustain this price range without fundamental support, I still believe we have room to run before financials are released and more news comes.
Just look at MYEC. Idk if I can mention other stocks here, but I'm using it to prove a point about TTDZ. MYEC ran up to .08 on pure hype-based speculation and a great company story. The stock was able to push a market cap of over $220 million until financials were released. No one cared that the company fundamentals didn't justify the share price. These are penny stocks traded by penny stock traders. Eventually the stock consolidated in a more appropriate range, but there was a lot of money to be made on the way up.
TTDZ has a market cap of about $75 million right now (Based on OTC website, which may not account for the recent cancellation of shares). I think we still have room to run. I'm not holding shares at the moment, but I plan to buy more.
Enjoy the ride while it lasts. Eventually, the share price will align with the company's fundamentals. Right now, this is just another great play. There is a huge interest in the stock, it is extremely volatile, and it has been moving upwards for quite some time. I'm all for taking a rationale approach to investing, but sometimes you need to let the hype machine work its magic.
What is the news that everyone is expecting?
Bought 100k more shares at .0429
What news is expected right now?
Not at all. Work your magic!
