I'm here watching...and waiting!!
Was on vacation, what happened?!
Wow. congrats everyone, been a LONG time coming...
agreed!!! WTF is going on? Anybody got Michael Hill's phone #? Smh
I absolutely agree. These guys are smart and know what they have. They don't make a move without knowing what the next 3 or 4 moves will be.
Glta! Let's go Sigma!
I think this is overall a really good Q4...I'm happy to be here!
Agree...any updates would sure be nice and bonus any movement in the PPS...
Yeah...what the heck is going on?!
Good morning!!! Just found out I still have some of this stock...anyone have updates or news?
Yeah I have no idea. I'm just patiently waiting for something (anything!) to happen. The R/S seemed like a for sure thing, but guess not.
Very good question.
As far as I know, still unlimited. But last filing said "it wouldn't be necessary to authorize more shares.." I think after R/S there'll be 4mill in shares?
Any word on the R/S?!
That's what it looks like but things could always change. Man I hope they uplist!
"The Company will file the Amendment approximately, but not less than, 20 days after the definitive information statement is mailed to stockholders." Information will be mailed October 28th.
Further on pre-14c:
" the Company no longer has a need for an unlimited number of authorized shares of common stock and that 40,000,000 authorized shares of common stock is sufficient for the Company at this time."
Looking to Upgrade to OTCQB!!
Streamtrack Filing

I agree! I see this ALL is a good thing for the direction of the company!!! Exciting times ahead...
It's alive! Bring on the good news EOD or tomorrow please!
When is next financials due?
Thanks for the update. I turn it on once in awhile and noticed significant new advertisers and better quality video. Still holding hope!
A lot of what you say seems to ring true unfortunately. I'm still holding hope that this 8k was only a formality and only a few more shares will be issued. There is always a possibility of a buyout (Ariix?) and the additional shares issue will never be authorized.
Still holding some here, only time will tell. I have faith that Mr. Griffin is a pretty smart business guy and will do what's best for the company.
Just found this little gem. Any news expected soon?
Let's hold these gains! Go $SGLB!
Pretty good volume on a Tuesday, news after hours today?!
8k on Wednesday and news Thursday. Getting filings current would be the best right now... Or merger confirmation..
Materialise and Arcam Partner to Enable Seamless Integration between Software and Metal 3D Printer
Materialise Build Processor Is the De Facto Standard for Simplifying the 3D Printing Process
Leuven, Belgium – September 15, 2015. Materialise NV (NASDAQ: MTLS), a leading provider of Additive Manufacturing software and of sophisticated 3D Printing solutions in the medical and industrial markets, partnered together with Arcam, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, to create the Arcam Build Processor, which will be launched and available for purchase in the following weeks.
In the story of 3D Printing, software plays a critical role. That is why Materialise partners with 3D printer manufacturers to create build processors that enable a seamless integration between software and printer. Similar to the way 2D printer drivers work, Materialise’s user-friendly build processors simplify the 3D printing workflow and give users more control over their 3D print.
Users of Arcam’s Electron Beam Melting (EBM) machines are mainly active in the orthopedic implant and aerospace industries. To reduce the weight of parts or to facilitate bone ingrowth for implants, complex designs such as porous, lattice and lightweight structures are created. These complex designs can easily be created in Materialise’s 3-maticSTL software. With the Build Processor, the user can avoid the large STL data stage by using a compact file format and slice-based operations. The unique Materialise slicing technology allows easy handling of these complex designs.
In addition, thanks to the two-way communication between the printer and the software, facilitated by Streamics, the Build Processor does not just tell the printer what to do, it can also pick up feedback from the printer, which enables the tracing and storage of data on specific jobs. This provides an unprecedented controlled 3D printing environment, helping meet the rigorous manufacturing requirements of, for example, the medical and aerospace sectors.
This Build Processor is one of many that Materialise has released and we are looking forward to future releases with other partners.

Okay, so what is up with the ask?
