I approved the increase, this decision is going to come down to the institutional investors though.
He’s referring to his own earnings, warrants will dilute share value once executed.
Not sure if this company even has warrants outstanding but I just put a few K$ on em’.
Do you have a list of companies using AM for finished goods?
Not prototyping or testing, but actual finished goods.
Anticipation of increased work load for the 2018 year?
Increasing cash flow seems to be necessary as the AM industry is finally making big strides in industry print/build/IPQA standards.
You can pay people with shares, which naturally dilutes the share price.
I wouldn’t say SGLB is actively trying to dilute share value, but they’re doing a decent job at it because this entire industry is dragging in terms of production.
(My opinion: SGLB will capture a large portion of the IPQA software market once the AM industry begins to gain momentum in production)
Aerojet Rocketdyne Article on their plans for future, quoting:
[tag]http://www.satellitetoday.com/launch/2018/01/19/aerojet-rocketdyne-closer-sls-first-crewed-flight/[/tag]
"Additive manufacturing is a key element of Aerojet Rocketdyne’s plan to reduce the manufacturing costs of future versions of the RS-25 by 30 percent. The RS-25 engine is based on the Space Shuttle Main Engine that powered NASA’s space shuttles into orbit. Future versions will incorporate design simplifications and modern manufacturing processes such as additive manufacturing for affordability and sustainability."

Just another dot. . . . . . .
You only lost money if you sold, why would you sell at a loss of 90%?
A risky stock like this is make or break state, not sell for a tax write off.... (how much carry-forward capital losses did you claim?)
I’m not surprised Mark sold shares, I still think Cola deserves a kick to the nuts for how he treats our company as his piggy bank.

Still doesn’t answer my question, it’s a stock message board intended for the sharing of information and discussion of the related company.
You’re being an ass. And FYI, they don’t facilitate the trading of any crypto.
They help with ICO, to put it simply. This stock is trash, going to take big hits once the largely unregulated ICO market begins to have its Skelton’s turn up.
GLTA.
So you have no idea. Thanks
What crypto-currencies is their platform facilitating the use of already?
What other stocks, of note, have seen this type of malicious trade activity before?
Serious question, not trying to jar at your suspicions.
A lot of investors averaged down their holding position, so this isn’t something out of the ordinary.
People just getting their money back and probably going to re-invest once this thing hits the low again. ($2.00 - $2.45 re-entry points)
We got 2 years time for it to get to 20 Bill. We will see, I’ll trust the studies I’ve read for now, but I’ll also keep my skeptic hat on for my own sanity.
(Studies are based on auto, aero, and medical, which entails all sorts of materials.)
Hoping we have a sufficient revenue stream generated before another financial bridge is required.

This is where the value is, “The two companies have also agreed to actively collaborate to certify Sigma’s IPQA methodology and solutions for serial production 3D printing in the aerospace industry.”
AM Industry is forecasted to reach a value of 20 billion dollars by 2020. If Sigmas IPQA becomes the standard then we got a gold mine.
Does anyone know of a competitor that is anywhere near what Printrite3D can do? If none can be thought of off the top of your head then I ask, what percentage of that 20 billion will SGLB begin to capture?
GLTA
Do you think the institutions already in on SGLB would want to see a buyout/hostile takeover occur?
Yeah, but that’s a collective number, don’t start barking insecurities out without the proof that 1 entity is acquiring all these shares.
we’ve never had news that showed this strong of an implication of our IPQA software becoming the industry standard.
Very strong implication!
not a buy out. I wouldn’t vote in favor of a buyout at this point in time.
Finally....My prediction at a contract announcement before year end came to fruition.
Up, up, and away!
Powder metal demand will increase, you should check out the materials aerospace, automotive, and medical devices use.
Carpenter Technology Corp (CRS) is going to see a nice kick as well, special metals.
6% jump today, get in before it doubles with the AM industry about to ramp up production in 2018.
Well yeah, tax write off season, at this point I doubt they’ve got any news to buffer against this.
them going back to their old ways, hey maybe we will see a prospectus filing with no media outlets to make a peep about it again.

Quiet times
Seeing that they have little to no sales, is there any expense that shouldn’t be what it’s at now?
Are there any expenses you see on SGLB financials that you question as to why it might be where it is at? Just curious as to what expense you think needs to have a noticeable drop come year end.
Would be nice, I hope management is aware they have stock holders to keep informed and happy...
You’d think the they would have at least issued a comment on the Micro event that was cancelled. (Ie: what was to be presented)
Honeywell and Aerojet rocketdine are using Sigmas product for their contracted work.
SGLB is not directly working with the DoD, I agree.
Long period of silence...
Probably a bi-product of the holiday season and them not putting in enough hours this time of year.
Seriously need to give something to us for continued support...
GE’s stock is at its lowest point since 2000. I recommend you jump ship and buy up some shares, I’ve acquired a nice amount so far, but still sitting on my SGLB investment.
If GE is truly trying to get back to their manufacturing roots they won’t be a competitor to SGLB, they’ll be a customer.
Opinions.
Insane profits in-route with the adoption of AM tech.
2018 will be a nice year.

All the other AM in-process quality assurance software suppliers must have beat Sigma to the punch.... darn!
How will Sigma ever capture a piece of the market now!
Yeah I’m upset i fell for the media hype and jumped into the 3D industry a little too early.
Period of time where more is taken then given unfortunately : /
Just waiting for the industry to come to our product.
Cutting out tens of thousands of hours of human work, through in-process quality assurance software.
Printrite3D, how much time and money and you looking to save? Hopefully it’s a lot.
This board provides some detailed insight into what ‘shorters’ do & don’t like to see in volume changes and price fluctuations as well.
I can see the sticker now, “Sigma Integrated Machine”
Hopefully drawing up some contracts! Sales announcement is coming before year end. <—my opinion
I already emailed management and they confirmed, they haven’t surrendered any patents.
Can’t believe the amount of audacity you have.
Paranoia has set in, just relax things are in the works. Quiet period now, for a good reason.
Set expectations too high too soon and it spells disaster.
