Yeah 4 months old from Feb, dilution machine crazy for last couple months, so nobody knows yet
Did you exit?
I can't find a recent update on the O/S. The current that every broker list is dated. Any idea?
What do you think of the candle on the daily?
Market cap with all A/S used at .006 is only 9M. Pretty low.
Have you scaled out and bought back?
Hope your right
I believe! So where do you see the PPS going?
Why are people quoting the 3 day under .25 from the filing?
Take us to the promise land
Even if this hits .02 it will be the most I've ever made in the market. I'm definitely in good company here. Thanks all.
Thanks for the chart
Yeah man, it's Eddie Murphy.
Got out yesterday. Better late than never. Thanks for all your solid DD. Respect.
If this goes to a nickel I want to give you a hug
It was almost me
Thank you 867
Where do you see this going?
Where's the penny??
You out?
Are you out?
Well three of them would definitely get it over a dollar don't you agree? How much is that 2% fee?
Why do you say that? It's in the filing. Please explain.
Would you hold this through a reverse split?
These convertible notes are over my head. How do they get the remaining of the 164M? I know they got some upfront cash. Does the share price have to be over $1 to get the remaining?
Reverse splits don't affect the A/S. Just the O/S.
FYI those sinemia family plans are billed annually. Large upfront cost.
Do you think the 164M notes that don't convert into common shares plus the surge pricing implementation is a step in the right direction about caring for shareholders?
Market cap currently around 73M, so undervalued.
No mention on family plan.
The silence from management is deafening.
Do you think the sub growth slowed slightly because of the 2 week hiatus when they tried to limit movies to 4 per month? Now they are back to unlimited and family plan coming within a month should continue the sub rate.
Also after a reverse merger it would be nice to have Mitch take the helm of CEO.
What's you Twitter name?
You don't think this will pop anymore since they're out of shares to dilute until the vote?
How does the kiosk distinguish between a moviepass MasterCard and an everyday MasterCard?
How about next week they PR some great news, spike the SP over $1, avoid the notice, and then start the 30 day under $1 clock again.
How does the timeline for increasing A/S and then using them work? Can they decide today to increase and then tomorrow dilute? And then an SEC filing 3 days later? Curious how that process works? Thanks.
