Hazey can you confirm that the TA is gagged? This is the first time they have seemed to try and hide something, since i have owned these stocks for almost 4 months. Why now would they gag the TA right after a release date of the spin-off.?.?.?

Will the spin off be under EPAZ or a different company. My understanding is the other company is going solo and the spin off stocks will be under the new company name.
