I keep telling any who are worried about their INVESTMMENT into SEEK that I fought with the negative nelly's in FVRG two years ago, only to be proved I was correct in my DD. Take a look at FVRG today.

SEEK is about 6 months behind from the same shift management made in FVRG. I expect there will be continued growth in SEEK and the INVESTOR will be rewarded.

I emailed SG direct early last week about thedirectory.com services and fees for my business. I also asked a few questions related to SEEK.

SG responded

I was unable to reconnect after that, but it was due to myself having a prior commitment.

Management of SEEK are very calculated "the pieces are in place"

IMHO the final stages are being completed, and yes a bit slower than anticipated. The value of the company will be better understood, which will significantly increase the PPS.

I have stated many times the same growing pains in another holding FVRG where management took an extended period of time to implement its business plan, the result is growth of 200% plus quarter over quarter.The PPS does not reflect the value of this company, but the explosion is about to happen.

Looking at the entire picture

Managements taken the direction to first be debt free, revamp the domains and HELLO.COM sites to GREATER monetize, expand with new offices for expected increase in customer base through start of NATIONAL branding campaign

The pace of completion, current share structure are not ideal, but the INVESTOR in SEEK can fully expect them to address this, and will cause a PPS increase that is violent, who knows maybe even a SHORT SQUEEZE

Lets not even contemplate a BUYOUT OFFER, that would be totally irresponsible to suggest

"Thank you for your question and I believe it is at the heart of certain misunderstandings about our company. The accumulated deficit is the sum of all prior losses for the company. Our accumulated deficit is nearly $35 million and is the result of losses from our entire public operating time frame. It can actually be an asset as significant portion of it can be used as a tax loss carry forward to eliminate paying taxes on profits in the future. We have been profitable for the last several quarters and this deficit is coming down.


The debt is what the company owes at the current point in time. As of our last financial report, for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, our total debt is $1.9 million and our total liabilities, which include accounts payable and other normal operating expenses, is about $6.3 million. We have enough assets, which have increased by $4 million over the last 12 months, to cover all current liabilities. Our debt and liabilities both declined last quarter. The company is in the best financial shape that it has been over the last several years and our debt to sales ratio is fairly small.


From an analogy standpoint think of a credit card bill. The accumulated deficit is the sum of everything you have owed in your lifetime, but the debt is your current balance. While not an exact analogy I hope you understand that there is zero correlation between accumulated deficit and debt. Even if our debt was zero, we would still have a large accumulated deficit until we achieve enough profits to offset this. Accumulated deficit is a cumulative number that has little to do with our current progress. It merely suggests that in the past we have accumulated losses on paper, something that has changed dramatically in recent quarters.

this is a gem of a company. I know because I am a small business owner. The company has the correct model, and has a very good opportunity to become the leader in this space. What many do not like is the pace, and that's their choice

It is a versatile one stop shop for the small business owner to get market in their local area at a great price

Google business model for the brick and mortar smallbusiness guy is not cost effective

Management is being picked apart for SHORT term actions, not continued follow through, growth, and should something not be yielding expected results, they have the flexibility to move quickly in a more desired direction

You do realize that the traffic increased to 7 million users a month, additional small business owners are being added to the network monthly, the branding campaign will bring exposure to more businesses to be added and the HELLO network revamp is yet to be completed adding to the revenue steam

It is amazing to me the amount of manipulation that happens in these stocks, but in the end the winners separate themselves

My other large holding from over a year ago FVRG has had a rocky run of it. Announced this morning and the numbers are incredible. No one knows of the company, but when word gets out this is a HUGE winner
