The truth is VICT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. Why is SEC trying to protect investors? Is there something you're missing? Suspension is not a good thing. I think it trades in trips in the AM. It could be hard to hold pps if people are running for the door. It could get ugly, or, maybe just not pretty.
