I typed in Tradewinds and secform4.com. Tradewinds owns 19,071,870 shares, they acquired 2,580,646 shares.
And what does that bring Tradewinds total shares owned to?
Why did that moron on the Yahoo mb say they're dumping?
Heal faster with less pain and less scarring, should be able to take control of that market too. Great idea. All, of course, based on if this is the miracle I think it is.
Hey guys, the E-cig trademark news has got me really thinking about what other types of products Star can put anatabine in and supercharge them.
So far Star has Anatabloc supp and creams. A veterinary supplement (Anatapup), and now E-cigs (Ariva) appear to be on their way. And we know they are shooting for Rx. So whats next?
I personally think Anatabloc is doing wonders for my hair and Star could potentially take the market from products like Propecia and Rogaine. If it has the hair-saving-and-regrowth effect I think it might, maybe putting it in a foam like Rogaine would be a homerun since there isnt a man on this planet that wouldnt use it to save their hair. (Still a lot to figure out about its effects on hair, just throwing it out there.)
Maybe putting it in a soap or shampoo for skin and hair would be another great product since that could really benefit the rosacea/psoriasis and other skin and hair ailment sufferers.
Just looking for your thoughts and if any of you have heard about other potential products that could be coming down the line. I know some of you had heard about a potential e-cig a while ago so if you have any other information of potential new products that have been discussed or have your own idea for one please share, thanks.
Thanks for putting that together. That pretty much show the process Star has patented is very important and can prevent other companies from getting anatabine in their products without it being from some sort of partnership with Star. Which is why Star doesn't need RAI or any other big T company for an e-cig and is why they are making their own.
I know plenty if people who smoke and a few who use e-cigs, they will all be getting an Ariva recommendations once its on the market.
If anyone has any question to whether ARIVA is real, go to USPTO.gov and search Ariva under trademark, it should be first on the list. Star is coming for the e-cig market. I agree with Willow though, it wont be a hit until people recgonize the amazing benefits of anatabine. But the world is on the clock as far as that goes.
I'm not sure if I'm correct on this patent thing if anyone has any input?
If Star currently has the only patented way to make synthetic anatabine, which I think is a very complicated process which will not be easy to even find another way, then how can anyone use anatabine in their products.
They would have to produce or have someone else produce it therefore violating Star's patent. Because it is a natural substance Star may not be able to patent it but the process to making it synthetically is the important thing here.
The only way synthetic anatabine shows up in a product is if it is produced by Star. Any other way is a patent violation.
As far as e-cigs go I don't know. I know there are a few companies make them so I don't see what would prevent Star from making their own (There may very well be a way to prevent Star from doing so). My point on e-cigs is Apple makes computer, HP makes computers. RJR makes e-cigs, Star makes (very soon much better) e-cigs. JMHO
As far as the Ariva trademark I don't know. I did not post it, all my opinion are based on the post by another member. If those posts are false then my opinion is pointless but if there is an e-cig coming from Star I think it will be huge. JMHO
Correct so far Star only has patent method of synthesizing as shown under patents on the STSI website.
I'm not a patent expert but how do you make synthetic anatabine without these patents. Wouldn't any other attempt at a process to make synthetic anatabine be in violation of doctrine of equivalents?
They don't seem to have an actual patent on Anatabine Citrate, hopefully that is coming if possible. But why is no one else using anatabine in their products? If they can, why aren't they?
Your not making much sense here. Yes other companies are making e-cigs but none will have the advantage of synthetic anatabine. Only Star has that. What bidders? If other companies could use anatabine in their e-cigs theyd already be using anatabine in their e-cigs. They can't. The patents stop that which only Star has.
Only Star has that capability. Contenders on molecule? Umm no, this synthetic alkaloid/chemical is Star's. And the natural chemical would not be cost effective to produce. And as stated on the board last week doctrine of equivalents prevents someone trying to get around Star's patents. You're offering one sentence statements that make no sense, we could use some clarification?
I don't know what contenders on molecule means but, none of the other ecig companies will be putting synthetic anatabine in their products. Star has the patents. And using natural anatabine sounds like too much of a cost to even be profitable. Too costly to extract from tobacco, the amounts in tobacco are not significant enough.
Once people find out about anatabine there is no reason to even try another company's ecig, none will have what Star has.
Another market Star can take control of with an anatabine based ecig. Why buy any other type of ecig? None will be able to compare to Ariva. Just another couple billion in revenues for Star.
Star will be the most important in Rx, supplements, skin care, ecigs, etc. Who knows what's next. Possibly hair?
I don't participate on the Yahoo board but I check on it every now and again and those morons Naka and JoeB have been spouting off uncontrollably the last day or so. Haven't said a word since this hit the board. Lmao!!
I highly doubt Abbott rumors are true based on this product. I can only see a partnership for Anatabloc or Rx or both.
This is some great news. Anyone think we see it reflected in the stock tomorrow?
According to them its not health because of Anatabloc. The fact is that the are simply not top 5-10 athletes in their sport.
I believe if Peyton Manning used Anatabloc it would help his surgically repaired neck and he would perform even better and we wouldnt have this conversation. The fact that we're talking about athletes that are not the top guys gives room to say, "Oh, he didn't win so Anatabloc doesn't work." But the fact is they say Anatabloc has helped them so either way Star still wins because they are saying it works and they are taking it. They fulfill their role as Brand Ambassadors when that happens.
Nothing can improve their performance other than deliberate practice. I physically feel better with Anatabloc after workouts but Anatabloc doesn't determine how I perform. If the opponent is better than me I lose.
He is not a moron because Couples played good enough, he is a moron because nothing will make you better at a sport. Only "deliberate practice", can do that. Some of the people think a substance makes you a better at sports but that is simple not true. Just because Couples and Isner are more healthy from Anatabloc does mean they will play better if they're not practicing their craft and practicing it correctly..
Just like steroids make you stronger. But they won't help you become a better baseball player if you don't have a fundamentally correct batting stance and swing and can read physical cues of the pitcher to pick up and hit the ball. These things come from deliberate practice not a substance.
Nomo knows absolutely nothing about sports or is just deliberately trying distort things. In sports things like FUNDAMENTALS sometimes mean more than being in tip top shape. Yes, having a health problem can hinder you but all things equal if your golf swing is off you are not going to play well.
Sorry Im relatively new here and I saw you posted this yesterday and didn't really understand. Care to elaborate? Sequoia Capital? Lie about what?
McDonnell has repaid JW's $120,000 in loans, or what McDonnell is calling loans. Either way hopefully this situation's conclusion leads to more people finding out about Anatabloc and stops the negative stories about this wonder product.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/virginia-politics/mcdonnell-apologizes-repays-loans/2013/07/23/60fc9c1a-f3b9-11e2-9434-60440856fadf_story.html
Okay thanks again. I would also assume he has made an sizable investment too and is currently enjoying the run we are on now. This week should be very exciting as this snowballing story is starting to pick up some steam. Here's to hoping for $2.00 and over tomorrow! GLTAL
That is awesome!
Okay so a couple talking points:
I thought Patrick Cox quit to invest so, what does his presenting at Agora's event mean towards his employment and investing? I would think if he quit he'd be in STSI by now because things he could potentially tell a room full of investors would drive the price up on him if he is not in yet.
Next, I know he is very in-the-know about Star so, do you think during his speech we get any information about clinical trials, the 2 currently in the peer review process, the two underway and the future clinical trials?
Next, Any chance we find out about other anatabine-based products coming soon? Like Anatapup
And finally, is this a type of even JW would attend?
Thank you, your link worked. I don't know what was up.
I don't know if its just my computer but I read the Richmond Times-Dispatch Anatomy of Anatabloc story this morning and now when I googled and clicked on the link to look through it again the story is not coming up. Anyone else experiencing this? Could they have took it down for some reason? Perhaps it has alot of editing to be done.
Thats great! I really appreciate you and the people on this board for the time they take to write things like this and for the information you all provide. It sad to see negative or error-filled articles about this wonderful discovery, no matter to what degree they are negative or are wrong.
The fact is this stuff is saving/changing lives as we speak. The pharmaceutical companies that have seen the science, know its potential impact but the average citizen simple has no clue, yet. I think it is very irresponsible for people to be writing articles with so many half-truths in them about Anatabloc that may discourage potential users of this miracle. It is refreshing to see everyone trying to set the record straight.
P.S. Only positive with these stories are the Shorts false sense of security.
Here is another TimesDispatch.com article they just put out:
http://www.timesdispatch.com/news/local/regulations-differ-for-supplements/article_45dda9ae-b755-5ddb-8e62-35f58ab4facb.html
"I kept asking myself 'If this stuff is really that good, then why haven't I heard of it and why haven't I heard of Star Scientific,'" Hazel said. "When things seem too good to be true, they probably are."
Another new article: http://www.theolathenews.com/2013/07/18/2012983/emails-mcdonnell-set-up-williams.html
Now we know Hazel thought it was "All too good to be true." We all know it is likely true. The only question left is, when will the rest of the world know the truth?
Its only a matter of time these news outlets find out about Star/Anatabloc the way we did. Go digging on the internet and you can find a lot. As I write this I'd bet these reporters are finding the articles written about Star and Anatabine discovery by Faessel/Cox and more. Clock is most certainly ticking for shorts. This story is too good to be held down. This story/anatabine is history in the making.
I agree and it seems to give at least a little credibility to Sierra's rumors but I just can't believe JW would sell Star/Anatabine to anyone considering its huge potential. To me the Abbott deal has to be a partnership. Perhaps I'm wrong but I think partnership makes way more sense for Star/JW.
Speaking to the article on www.readthehook.com
This one has JW selling his eye business machinery rights to Abbott Labs for $300 million, so ABT definitely knows who JW is. I wouldn't be surprised to see them as our first partner. The definitely know about Anatabine if they have had this type of previous contact with JW. Im surprised ABT hasn't jumped at a partnership deal since, as someone reported the other day, they are into nutritional products which is a growing business for them. If I were them I would of partnered up months ago. If I were them I wouldn't be waiting around to have other big pharmas jump in.
Looks like some idiots are really going to go through with this. Wait until they find out Star never mislead anyone and actually have significant thyroid clinical results. Thestreet.com and AF should be sued for furthering these types of lies especially when they lead to a frivolous suit like this.
http://www.richmondbizsense.com/2013/07/18/embattled-drug-firm-sued-by-shareholder/
What a joke.
I agree when I first tried to figure out why Anatabloc was working wonders for me I thought it was too good to be true. Then you see all these ailment that no one realizes are connected to simple low grade chronic inflammation and it all just kind of makes sense. I believe you nailed it when you said the state probably thought it was simply to good to be true and told JW they needed more clinical proof.
While WP's piece was still kind of negative you can see a bit of a shift in the story here. They moved their spotlight a little more onto the real story here.
They are about to light the fuse, and I expect once they do we will see plenty of fireworks over the next couple months. In the mean time the stock's recent run is providing a lot of excitement.
Everyone needs to read the Washington Post article just put out about an hour ago about McDonnell, JW, Bill Hazel and ABloc. I feel that we are getting closer to them breaking the real story going on here. ANATABINE!! I've been reading all the articles the WP has been putting out about the situation and it feels like there is about to be a tipping point where they might just realize Anatabloc/Anatabine is revolutionary. Not there yet but inching closer.
In this case there is no bad press. WP is starting getting the word out for us.
Utt ohhh someone is feeling a squeeze!! Volume just jumped 300k
Part of the reason I invested in this company is because of all the great it can do for the world's health, and is the reason I tell everyone about anatabloc/anatabine but to say I'd be happy missing the profits of this magnitude would be a lie. I don't know any of you on this board but what I have invest in this company could change my life, what are we doing investing if its not to make some money. I have hopes of every person that anatabine can help getting it as soon as possible but I'm investing here, if it makes me a greedy wallstreeter to want the profits that come along with that then so be it. However, I never tell people about anatabloc for my investment growth, I tell them because I have felt the great impact it has made on my life and I hope it does the same for them. Sorry If I offended anyone, but yeah I'm hoping for huge profits along with millions of saved lives too.
Okay, gotcha this probably is BS but in the unlikely event its true what are some good and bad outcomes for us longs? Anatabine has so much potential, Id hate to be lose out on this once-in-a-lifetime growth opportunity.
Could Abbott's 3 Billion share buy back have something to do with this buyout everyone is talking about, and could the buyout rumors have to do with Patrick Cox not revealing which company he was going to invest in because he knew of buyout news? Is there any hope of getting our STSI shares exchanged for ABT shares?
Vitamin C is simply only a vitamin. I take a daily vitamin everyday. Vitamins are good for your health theres no secret there. Never did anything for my asthma. I started anatabloc and like magic my asthma has been gone and continues to be gone. Sorry all the human clinical trials aren't done yet so I cant give you sources. I guess you got me there, for now. Vitamin C's benefits can not even come close to what anatabine is doing. I question what you've read since you claim you read about anatabine/anatabloc. People know all about Vitamin C, it is very beneficial but nothing significant like anatabine. I just don't understand your point. Why do you refuse to try anatabloc? You have all these counter arguements but why wouldn't you try the product so you know your arguements are bulletproof. Only reason people are on any board saying good things about Star Scientific is because they've used anatabloc. Heck, I know for a fact I wouldn't have a clue who Star Scientific was if I didn't take a shot on anatabloc. DD will cost you $60-$100, until you willing to make that investment your investment thesis on Star is pointless. But hey OJ is only about $3 for a carton, I guess thats a better investment to you.
LMAO!! Vitamin C? I can't take you serious. I don't know how old you are but this coming from a 23 year old, after that statement I can't take you serious. I don't know why you would waste your time reading about vitamin C and not read about Anatabine or try Anatabloc. Yes vitamin C is very beneficial in a diet and for your immune system but come on, its benefits pale in comparison to Anatabine. Vitamin C... pahahaha
Does anyone see Bob McDonnell situation eventually getting the word out about what is really going on here? I know he was given gifts by JW that he didn't report but no one is asking the question as to why he is involved with this company? Why would he be trying to get this product used to lower healthcare costs? None of these news sources are digging deep enough to see the real story here. To me they all look very foolish because they would rather worry about politics instead of a medical breakthrough for the ages. I'll admit I would consider myself the opposite of McDonnell politically but I believe he is trying to do something great for people. Knowing everything I do about Anatabine/Anatabloc, he seems to be trying to do something great. Thats something I can get behind and honestly I hope he is exonerated by the clinical results. IMO, He doesn't deserve this public hanging, he deserves some praise.
I have also observed crazy good results with a dog. My friends dog is old, about 10 or older and I got him and his dad on Anatabloc and told them they could give it to animals too because their cells have almost the same inflammatory response. She was doing bad one day, wouldn't eat, poor energy, having a hard time getting up and down, especially on their couch. Its expected, she an older dog. Not sure what kind its a mix of some sort. Well I went home for a little because him and his dad had a baseball game for an older men's league. They gave the dog 1 anatabloc before they left for the game and by the time they got back, about 3 hours later she was a new dogs. Nothing like what she was like earlier in the day. I came over 4 hours after they had given it to her and she had so much energy, wagging her tail nonstop, she was eating and drinking again, coming up to people like she knew something good had happened. Reminded me of how I felt when I started anatabloc, just reinvigorated. I was really happy to see a dog who was clearly having problems doing so well. The father and son couldn't believe the changes they saw after only 3 hours.
Anybody have any thoughts as to what this could mean for us Anatalongs?
Okay gotcha, my theory is nice wishful thinking though, lol.
I'm not tweeting about it because without the science, people don't simply listen. And even if I posted a link they wouldn't read. People, especially in my age-group are just lazy. I find I'll get a better response if I can just talk to them in person and explain the science to them, and personalize my speech to there condition/s. But you can bet every chance I get I giving people the full tutorial on anatabine/anatabloc. I feel its almost my mission to spread the word, not just because I invest, but because it works.
Is it possible the reason we are not seeing the peer reviews yet is because they are showing big pharma to start getting some bids and then once a deal is struck we'll get the deal info, the peer reviews, MoA and whatever else in a hellstorm for the shorts?
You guys on this board who actually understand the financial, scientific, economic and many other fields Anatabine/Star will affect are why I went back to January and read every post. You guys are awesome and really helped me with my investment. I think if more people could find this board they could see the beautiful and compelling picture of anatabine you have all painted. We might be able to look back and say we were the smartest guys in the room because we were ahead of this world-changer way before most of the world. What I would like to know from you guys, is could someone list the advantages to partnering up with big pharma and disadvantages, if any? That would be nice to consider. When I first thought about it I figured that would be a bad thing because it would limit their share price but I simply don't know. Any takers?
