I visited corporate, but travel to NY was never discussed. What was mentioned is a target for uplist was 90 days from an application which puts it on this week or next.
If you believe there is a pro push either way, the quickest way to find out is do a search on Twitter.
Any news pushing the move today? My guess the patent info makes the lawsuits look stupid and maybe somebody has a clue about NASDAQ.
8 M volume and 10s look doable today!
I think I'm most impressed with volume, darn near 7M today already! Heck she might be by the time I finish this post. And she is running again. Could we go through 7s and 8s in one day? If so, this could be a crazy week.
I almost missed $7s entirely.
That's me on Yahoo. I said it first here on Friday.
It helps that CV Sciences is in my zip code and literally three blocks down the street from my son's preschool. I have been a shareholder for 3 years and I didn't know that until that until they posted their address for the shareholder meeting that occurred when I was out of town.
In case you missed my earlier post: I stopped by CV Sciences this afternoon and was given a tour. I was told they are expanding into the space next to them because they have already outgrowing their 28,000 sq ft that they entered into in December. I was also told that they expected about a 60-day window to up list to NASDAQ. That would put them at the end of September or about 4 weeks from now.
I just dropped by CV Sciences offices. Christopher Morero, director of product development, was more than happy to give me a tour and the investor information that was handed out at the meeting last week when I was out of town. I learned that they are expanding at their current Facility by knocking out a wall and taking over the space next door. The moved in their Barnes Court facility in December and have already outgrown it. This company is REAL!
Only that is $1 higher than yesterday's close. I'm fine if history repeats itself again on Monday.
Maybe! She is a sprinting to the close.
Up a full $1 today. That's thousands for most of us.
The two sub penny stocks you mentioned have about 10× as many shares as CVSI.
Always want a green day, but this was a great day of trading with heavy volume.
Whether she closes up or down a little today, it has been a very healthy day of trading with a ton of volume. This stock is now legitimate!
And Back In the GREEN!
I bet we close and deposited a and maybe in a big way. I never really was worried because of the volume was there from the beginning.
Huge Volume!
Hey, it's at $4.20!
As someone who sat at my keyboard crying as I typed reports for CBSSports the day Junior Seau committed sucide, I agree the NFL impact is huge. It's part of what makes me proud to own this stock. I dream of huge financial rewards with ownership, but I would also like to believe we are making a difference. I also shed more than a few tears with the death of Tony Gwynn who ultimately lost his life because of smokeless chewing tobacco.
I recently had a conversation with a family friend who is a retired financial planner. I asked him what his biggest advice was. He echoed the sentiment about letting winners run. He also talked about the importance of cutting losses. He said the biggest loser he ever had was someone who shorted Amazon and at some point he told him you've got to cut your losses because there is no limit in going in the wrong direction.
Dis CVSI close at $3.17 or $3.30 today? Ameritrade has $3.17 and IHUB has $3.30.
I have some ar .25, but my average is just over a buck.
Did you see anyone that definitely represented an institutional investing firm, and if you did how did you perceive they reacted to the presentation and tour?
Very nice share holder letter arrived in my mailbox.
Primarily the RS vote is about having the flexibility to get the share price high enough to uplist, as promised, by the end of the year.
Your broker may have diffrent rules than UBS.
I learned something of interest with my broker at UBS today. Note: I own CVSI through Ameritrade, however, my Roth is at UBS. A few months ago I tried to purchase MJ, the marijuana ETF, for my ROTH. I was unable to because marijuana is a still a schedule one drug. I asked my broker today if that would change if the farm bill which legalizes hemp were to become law. I also acquired about purchasing shares of CVSI. I was told that I currently could purchase shares of CVSI, however, the status on MJ would not change with the farm bill.
I wish I had enough insight and balls to accurately play these wild percentage swings. But I'm fairly certain that I would guess wrong eventually. Therefore I'm just holding long.
Perhaps an end of the day push to $2.50 today.
I was thinking the same thing. It jas bounced around a bit today, but looks like healthy movement.
I could get use to making $100s while eating breakfast. I'm enjoying this recent regular occurrence.
Right there with you on minnow size and excitement.
How about late today?
That's about where I orginally bought in. Still here, but fortunately averaged down.
I agree with your forward guidance estimations and would be happy with those results. However, I think many of us see a perfect storm scenerio that could send this MUCH HIGHER! Nice to dream!
Can we tell if it was an actual buy or a new shorter?
Do you think they can avoid a reverse split for an up uplist?
A letter was sent to shareholders last year stating that up listing was one of of the future goals of the stock. An important thing to note is they have met other goals in terms of paying off debt that were mentioned in the letter.
