Why do some posters on this board not do their own DD and discover the same information that many of us know from doing our own due diligence.
The positive information from the SEC filings and PR's far outweigh any negative information from those same SEC filings and PR's.
I have done as much DD on this company as anyone, and I know for a fact that $MINE has made so much progress in the last two years.
$MINE's revenue for the 9 months ending 04/30/15 has increased to $1,859,299 from the previous 9 months of $12,381.
$MINE's gross profit for the 9 months ending 04/30/15 has increased to $160.194 from $2,188 from the previous 9 months.
Vitamin Fizz store locations increased to 1910 locations from 864 during the previous 5 months.
All of this is factual information from SEC filings and other public information.
MINE gives me lots to be cheerful about.

Where are your facts to support your statement?
Thanks. Don't want people to forget the steady expansion of Vitamin Fizz into many more stores.
Vitamin Fizz Store Expansion. 864 to 1910 in 5 months.

Please explain your last statement re SoCal Revenues. What information is that statement based on.
What is your understanding of "accounting expertise"?
What is your accounting background?
What is your analysis of the Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statement's from the last seven quarters?
What does it tell you about Minerco and Avanzar?
Glad to hear your restriction lifted.
It appears that posters who always post real facts and information are more likely to have their posts scrutinized and considered for deletion and/or consideration as not in compliance with "Terms of Service"
You should feel lucky that you did not sell today.
Don't you read and analyze the 10-Q's and PR's?
I advise you to hold what you have for a much better price.
Not just tomorrow or next week or next month but after the 10-K in November. And then perhaps you want to sell then either.
That $418,000 in inventory was at the end of April. It has probably already been sold in this quarter to all of the new stores added since 04/30.
From Vanis Today "Additionally, I can now also definitively state that we believe our current share structure will be suitable to see us through to the next step in our growth, expansion and evolution. After more than six months of planning, consultations and meetings with financial / banking partners, the generalities of this coming move are finalized."
See 8-K dated 05/06/15. Class C shares issued to Avanzar owners in lieu of payment of $1,750,000 for additional ownership interest in Avanzar bringing Level 5 ownership to 75%
Qtr ending 01/31/2015 will be great. Qtr and YE 07/31/2015 will be phenominal
Totally Untrue.
Great news on the store expansions. Thank you for all of your efforts on the store locator spreadsheet, and thanks for sharing it.
I think the 10-Q for the qtr ending 04/30/15 scheduled to come out on Monday will be great, but can you imagine what the next quarter ending 07/31/15 might be like with all of this store expansion and the launch in the UK reflected in the financials.
Stater Bros-18 stores identified today on Vitamin Fizz store locator and still counting as I find them. Also identified 19 Vallarta stores today on the Vitamin Fizz store locator and still counting.
Phil The store locator had 32 locations in Nevada at the end of May. There are now 42 locations in Nevada including the addition of 3 Albertsons, 4 Vons and 3 Cardenas Markets.
There are a lot of duplications on the store locator, but I looked at every entry and excluded the duplications from my list.
Many new stores being added in NY, NV and CA.
I don't have a complete count yet since it is very time consuming to review, but there have been at least 50 new stores added in the last couple of days including Vons and Vallarta.
There are still some problems with the store locator because of duplicate entries and it is impossible to get a complete list with only a few searches.
KUliquid has posted updates which have been very helpful, but it is almost impossible to keep up with the additions.
We are looking at Minerco's progress as exhibited by the quarterly reports and the continued expansion and future revenues and profits.
Added 100,000 Monday and 208,000 Tuesday. Total 5.08 million. Out of dry powder for now.
I don't disagree with your assessment, but I think overall, the Albertsons-Safeway merger will open many more opportunities for Vitamin Fizz and Avanzar.
Quote: "The merger will create a diversified network that includes 2,230 stores, 27 distribution facilities and 19 manufacturing plants with over 250,000 employees across 34 states and the District of Columbia."

rockdrum Strike Williams asked this question on Monday. Here was my response.
Quote: Of the 150 Albertsons stores listed on the Vitamin Fizz website, 34 of those are listed on the Haggens website and I assume those 34 were purchased from Albertsons.
Haggens lists a total of 80 stores in California on its website.
I don't know if the Haggen's stores which used to be Albertsons are still selling Vitamin Fizz or not.
But I look at it as an opportunity to expand Avanzar and Vitamin Fizz sales into all 80 of the Haggen stores in California as well as the hundreds of Safeway stores in the US.

Revenues are growing rapidly with the addition of Vallarta supermarkets(46 locations) and Gelsons supermarkets (18 locations)in Southern California as well as at least 40 additional convenience stores/gas stations.
The UK distribution will begin very soon, further enhancing revenues. These have all been added since the end of the Qtr ending 01/31/15.
There are already 282 Walgreens and 150 Albertsons in Southern California on the Vitamin Fizz store list and I would bet that Avanzar sells many other products to these stores as well.
I believe revenues for the Qtr ending 04/30/15 should top $1,000,000 and could be more.
It is only a matter of time before we see quarterly revenues increasing by leaps and bounds.
My entry on the list is accurate and always has been. I have always provided updates whenever I buy or sell shares.
I know some do not update on a regular basis, but the list provides valuable information for all MINE investors and traders.
SS1 Added 100,000 New total 4.7 million
SSI I have already had a great weekend. I hope you and your family are enjoying your weekend as well.
SS1 Added 300,000. Update me to 4.6 million. Long time MINE investor. Still green and never been in the red since 2012.
Glad to have you back StockScout1.
"Trusting management is everything when betting on microcaps and OTC exchange."
I began trusting $MINE's management when they realized the green energy business in Honduras would never generate sufficient funding for the huge capital required. Minerco then embarked on a totally new venture and developed key relationships which have positioned Minerco to become a major player in the functional beverage business.
I am fortunate because I studied the public information provided by Minerco, and believed in their business plan.
I bought a lot of shares in the 0.0009 to 0.0015 range and recovered my original investment 20 times over during the run-up to 0.03-0.045.
I bought some more on the reversal back to 0.0022 and my average is still around 0.0030.
I have never been in the red with $MINE since early 2012 and I never expect to be in the red in the future.
My Advice: Buy Now!! I don't believe you will ever regret it.
What is the reason? Not just your opinion but a reason based on public information available on $MINE
There's reason for MINE trading this low, and it's not manipulation. Far from that.
Production Rate: 1,500 bottles in 40 seconds = 2,250 bottles per minute or 135,000 bottles/hour
Everyone should look at those production videos. Vitamin Fizz producing just like any other major beverage brand.
Each Pallet: 12 bottles/case, 25 cases/layer, 5 layers/pallet = 125 cases/pallet = 1,500 bottles/pallet.
