re IWNN
Because of this companies cavalier attitude in keeping investors informed[they don't] and because in spite of repeated calls to their IR people that net no info....I did a little more research.
It appears that Gaetz,Grieder and Cho--the directors of this firm are also involved in Creative Eateries Corp CEAT:OB which is one of your good old reverse merger gems.
This firm is trying to flog franchises in a restaurant concept.
I am posting this here because I know several frustrated IWNN investors hang out here and that many of you are good DD guys.
I am simply providing a new trail on which to pursue DD on these guys as I feel more and more that IWNN may not be on the up and up.
Any takers?
Just got off the phone with Jason who represents MOGI.Same firm that does PR for IWNN
He has nothing new on Sylvan to report except something vague about they will soon be testing the hole already drilled.
I told him in no uncertain terms that the management is not communicating with shareholders adequately on the progress of this company. In fact their disregard for communication is causing many investors to believe that Sylvan is a no show and that the direcors simply do not have the balls to say so.
Jason is obviously uncomfortable with the position he is in.He cannot relay what he does not know.
I left it that he would communicate with management of MOGI and convey my[and others]displeasure at management style here and relay to them that we expect decent communication.
I find that this lack of communication is arrogant in the extreme and totally unacceptable and may well signal that these people have nothing good to report.

Spoke with Andy--PR officer for Irwin and he hasn't got a clue about what is going on.Knows nothing about Sylvan progress or results---only knows they are waiting for mud log results on Concho.
May as well have called my local grocer for an update--results would have been the same.
I let Andy know that this was just not acceptable and that investors deserve to know what is going on.
Also told him that several investors are beginning to question whether management is playing square with us.
He agreed and asked for my phone # and said he would get back to me quickly with some update info which I will post here IF received.
Don't hold your breath as he has said exactly that twice before.
Personally I think that management that is not forthcoming has something to hide but seeing as I have lost 75% of my investment here I may as well ride it out in case something good comes of it.
Fortunately I did not bet the farm on this one!
Clean forgot to ask about Sylvan---concentrated on Concho Dome!---sorry.
see IWNN thread on IHUB.
I got through OK
Spoke with Andy today and quizzed him re declining pps and low trading volumes.
He said that he has been receiving calls from investors who are dissatisfied because they were expecting immediate gains and are upset because they havent got it yet.
Fact is that the mud log results have not yet been received from the folks that analyze them so no one knows what quality is hiding in the now completed wells in the Arizona play.
Could be a glory hole and could be a weak well.
We can only wait and see.
Walmart and Home Depot are offering halloysite?
----or any other product for which the optimum market is not yet established?
---or any product for which nanoapplications might quadruple the price?
I don't see how you can arrive at that conclusion after reading the CEO message just delivered.
Suggest you read it again and absorb the fact that all mined product can be sold to willing buyers but management is proceeding with caution to make sure product gets sold at the best price in which nanoapps might play a big part.
Both of your statements have no basis in fact.
Doubloon.
Got your message re sooke etc.Was in Central America for a couple of weeks.
Contact me at shikarijones1@yahoo.ca as my service at Ihub has expired and I am considering whether to renew or not.
Just did a quick review of your posts on MOGI and IWNN and it shows you have only one flat note in your repertoire--
-- and you keep playing it over and over again.
If you think things are so terrible, sell and move on.
Me.I will hold IWNN until it fulfills its mandate and either strikes out or pays for my new yacht.
Action at REG Technologies today.
They have announced an alliance with a fuel cell developer and this could well be pivotal for the company.
Parent company stock up 35% today while the US stock enexplicably took a nosedive.
Interesting development worth watching IMHO.
Nothing here but echoes--eom

Posting to this board is like posting in a vaccuum---I belive I will stop wasting my time.
Just off the phone with Andy at IR who is flooded with calls this am.
He attributes this mornings action to the fact that investors are only now recognizing the value of the recent announcement of the Arizona play.
There is no newer news than that news release of June21[I think it was]
Anyway---roll on IWNN!
We needed something after sinking so low.
Fair comment...eom
Re your post.Found this.
http://www.ultraguard.com/about/management.asp
Our John Gaetz is also connected with this firm.a sales person says that the company is still very much alive and is undergoing a restucturing.
He refers to BJ Filtrex in Vancouver for further info.
Anyone care to follow up?
Kind of doubt if anyone here is interested judging by lack of posting traffic on this board--but just in case---
Company has released an update today--
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050622/80385.html
Sure hope these folks hit something soon.
Gaetz on Moneyworld--
http://www.moneytv.net/
This interview talks about Alberta efforts and updates on Arizona play and names Crossroads energy as the active Arizona partner.IWNN has 20% interest in the Holbrook basin lease.
I was immediately struck by the sincerity of Gaetz and his obvious discomfort in front of a camera.
This was not a pumping session by any means and seems to be the sincere effort of management to get the word out there.
The fact that IWNN is using two highly experienced oil exploration and producing companies as their operating partners brings me much comfort.
nope!
No one reads this board anymore!
Yes!
That should do it!
Not sure anyone reads this board anymore--no one posts here.
Rumour is that Sylvan Lake operations have slowed to a crawl due to flooding.
There was a piece on CBC last night that substantiates this.Alberta is experiencing flood conditions in many areas right now.
Weather seems to be our biggest obstacle in this enterprise.
Purlgurl says:
"Cleary mine is somewhat founded speculation.
There are so many market forces at play, none
can accurately predict what the future brings."
Ayup!
May as well read a bag of chicken guts.
Same chance of peering into the future accurately.
Nope.
There's three of us!
Demand for shares sure is hot-----6k so far today!
Hope things start to look up soon.I have seen nothing negative to warrant such a lack of enthusiasm.
OUCH!
I stand corrected and somewhat dismayed.
you say:
"Moderately rare. There is only one other commercial
level source for this clay, in New Zealand. There
are some other sources but they are not viable."
You should understand that the New Zealand clay is structurally different from the Dragon clay.
It is my understanding that New Zealand clay has no microtubules.
This leaves Dragon mine as the only known source for naturally occuring halloysite microtubules.
Of all the reasons to own ALMI--
--the one that attracted me the most is the potential use in antfouling paint applications.
This application is vast in scope when you stop to think about it.
The navies of the world would be candidates for antifouling paint as they spend billions right now on toxic stews that they paint on their hulls to no long lasting effect.
Harbours around the world are realising what ecodamage this stuff is causing with its lead and chemical content.
Billions of dollars are spent every year in an effort to contain or eradicate unwanted growth on shipping and also in canals and docks.
If a hull is clean then the ship burns less fuel to power it at a given speed.More billions saved.
The vast Canadian Saint Lawrence seaway and lock system has been battling the zebra clam imported accidentally from Asia for many years and not very successfully at a huge cost. This may be the answer.
Panama Canal and the Suez each have their uses.
---and we have the only nanotubular deposit in the world that can do the job at a reasonable cost.
Makes one all aquiver in anticipation of what is to come!
At the risk of seeming dense---
What has Wolverine got to do with IWNN?
What am I missing here?
Utah?
Mother Nature is pretty obstinate!
She won't be rushed, cajoled, cussed or hurried up in any way and when man tries to do this she has a way of responding that makes him wish he never tried.
Chill out!
Relax.
The roads will open when they are supposed to and all will unfold as it should.
--still here too!
Waiting and wishing and hoping--
---you know the tune!
You really have to drive around the concession roads in this area in adverse weather to understand and appreciate the problems faced by equipment operators.
The roads are not hard surface and they turn into greasy glue when it is not frozen or dry.
Walk on it and it sticks to your boots until you can barely walk for the accumulated mud.
I know this area so I know what the obstacles are.
For this reason I have no problem understanding and coping with weather related delays.
Impatience is your enemy here.
A good recap of IWNN which should be of interest to new[and even established] MOGI investors.

A good recap of IRWIN.

No date on that article?
The Westlock program results are forthcoming in a few days and about at the same time work should commence at Sylvan.
Last chance to buy in at these prices.
I don't know any more than you about the daily movement of the equipment but am content given the background of the Energy51 people that they know what they are doing so I take a longer view and tend not to micromanage.
Prevents continual heartburn!
