No one is running out of time, so get off the negative wagon. The whole market is down, this is the norm for Sept/Oct., and has been for 80 yrs. November is when the market shows some real green again. Small Cap Bios especially hit hard thanks to Janet Yellen and still the aftershock remains
Catalysts do not move price in a long term continuum, that is achieved by meeting MAJOR benchmark Phase Gate objectives such as success with Phase 1-111, filing and approval and sales. P-Ships are short lived as well as all the shows and symposiums in the World, nothing but show off time with no real value add.
A P-Ship shows validity of corporation and product realization and uplisting shows confidence for near term growth. ONCS is making some nice recent moves but remember this is a newish company according to the CCH or IRS Code, they are not even viable for 5 yrs for an audit so give em a break.
Realistically, even if they did announce a p-ship it would have about as much effect as ASCO did in March and you can see above what happened especially the metrics plateau and drop off in April. for anything under $5.00. So hold tight and be patient.
EBOLA Scare Spreading, DROPPING GOLD prices, UNSETTLED Government, CANADIAN Corp., INEFFICIENT mining processes, POOR management, SEPTEMBER Sell Off, INDIA Abstaining from Cultural norms, and on and on...this is what bears have been pouncing on....this is why the drop. Accountants said: "cut it loose for now".
This stock is 5 times more than many other small cap biotechs and yet the posters here are shill and far between...what gives? No enthusiasm?
Check out the 3 yr charts, ZNGA climbs an average of 45% in the Fall...may be lower or higher..I would wager higher though given MSN's interest in it.
Seems like MM's are playing games right now, but a partnership or the 12 week data will take care of that soon enough. IMO
Old submission, checked it again. Nothing done. And yes I do but I have an ethical and legal obligation not to post any information. I could have my authorization redacted and that would not be good. I'll just go with what you stated since your information is more current. Anyway: If you need my help with explaining regulatory processes or phase gate processes or peer review or data in superior details ask away: trust me, you don't want to lose me as a resource. Ask Furbush.
Thank you for that input.
Gov., copy protected, and you have to be a member of BSI, UK.
I tried.
Some people forgot these likely reasons why ONCS PPS fell in the spring:
1. Post ASCO, a lot of flippers cashed out 100% of their position, it will happen again with news, they troll around and do it to all the bios.
2. No news of p-ship which disappointed investors including me.
3. An offering at .71 which was timely for the corp. to move ahead with products but untimely for stock momentum.
4. Janet Yellen bashing small cap biotechs, it affected them all.
People got wise and are now buying back....it's looking like it will retest and likely pass the old highs, that usually is the norm with each passing phase gate success at any biotech.
Offering was at .71 in the spring....In my book the RSI is nowhere near where it should be,,, as in double the offering $1.42+. IMO
That's ancient. I still checked out the comment and saw Roth and I did not see Roth at all for like 6 months.
Level II Ask price was from ROTH, I saw it on TD after I read the someones comment. Was quite a jump, definitely not normal.
Well at least they have it sitting with the European Commision now which means they can send them notice any day if they decide to pay the fee. Maybe it will come after they announce a p-ship for immunopulse. Perhaps its all about securing good financing right now and when that si done they cut it loose...seems reasonable.
If I can find it again, I will. Saw this a week or so ago and someone here is telling me they put it on ice now because they want to concentrate on Immunopulse. I am not sure about that but it's good to know since Immunopulse looks like it's about to go Phase 3, strong and local.
Sure, i can post the filing but there is nothing to read except the product and submission date.
Do you read French?
BLUE, have you discussed the possible R/S? I am not sure that will happen, but you must have some form of rebuttal to this onion soup resting in some potential investment stomachs which seem bent on using it as an excuse not to buy into a slam dunk money maker gold stock. So what's your take?

YES, Your Nostradamus of WallSreet Biotech is Here. Look people, let's not make this a habit though.
So you all want my thoughts on this and why I started pumping like a madman, as some have said.
Here is the deal. 1. Neopulse (head and neck indications) has been submitted to the EEU for registration. It's under review. I did my DD and saw the filing. Anyone here read French? That was done three months ago, so I believe the review may be coming to a close for a blind side decision soon.
Deal number 2. Immunopulse for melanoma, Stage 2 or possibly 3. Look, the company needs a partner to garner enough cash to pay for the all expensive Phase 3. I believe the deal is close to done, and I believe once they file with the SEC it goes public fast. My guestimate is end of September or beginning of October, and I have an idea whom it is. Actually it's a toss-up between two corporations. I see this is as another catalyst. One clue is the recent hire as the connection.
Deal number 3. I believe the FDA may also allow a fast track status for neopulse if the EEU approves it. I think it is almost a sure thing, the timeline on this I am not sure of. I suppose it will depend on how fast their regulatory consultant firm proposes that they file with the FDA but I believe it will happen by March 2015.
So, there you have it. My take on solid PPS movers. There are also other outliers which the company has not disclosed and I believe more equity is on the way with added product use indications, perhaps other therapies etc....
all in all, this appears to be the turning point. since it was obvious that they got the attention of ASCO well enough and Wallstreet and the big pharmas are taking electroporation more seriously each passing day. See the Bloomberg write-up on insider buying for INO this past week. It made the top ten and front page. And whom is INo associated with? That's right....So how long before you see this copr sell out? Could be sooner than later as in within a year or two and it will not be cheap. Not if they continue to meet the FDA regulatory therapy benefit endpoints and INO continuing to make skeptics look foolish.
I see $$$ on the way this fall and I always like the retail bios more in the Fall anyway due to the Holding corp sell off for filing the 2014 tax loss. You bet ONCS will see a spike. MM's, trading clubs and large private investors are no fools. IMHO

Gap up in gold around the World this evening, BAA is going to climb...
Agreed, i think this is it. This is when a lot of people who cashed out after ASCO because they did not get the bump they anticipated will be chasing to buy back in or sit on the sideline and try to bash it back down with lies and BS.
I think a lot of money will pour in next week in anticipation of the news coming in Sept...seems like the logical move.
Then why did they file for a poison pill with the SEC? Maybe Eli tried back then by buying up the shares so they could shill the PPS down and control the proxies... Pfizer has been noted for doing this.
Someone tweeted Eli Lilly CEO J. Leicheleiter and Ariad Harvey Berger spotted together at the Four Seasons Lobby in Boston yesterday evening...any truth to this? or just rumor?
Doesn't let me. I wish...You can find it though if you type in Congo and Namoya...then follow the highway up the mountain, there is a village right near Banro., probably the locals set up the village to work there.
Hell yes and I bought more in the .20's and will buy more in the .30's
BAA is about to break out over .32 and go up fast, MM's know there is an excellent chance China puts in bid now...
DOES EVERYONE HERE REALIZE SEPTEMBER IS GOLD RUSH MONTH? I think BAA makes a massive push up based on all the attention its getting ahead of the bell.
CHINESE MAKING AN OFFER TO BUY BAA out....
I can see this in the news very soon.
Think this gets a lot of attention and fast as they beat out earnings for a third time in a row..
Exactly, you and I both know the cost involved in requalifications. People don't understand that the FDA comes to visit and audits all the processes yet again...in Mass,., the Stoneham Office, FDA requaled 5 remediation sites I worked at and all the clinical suppliers, and I mean all first choice by the local big Pharm D's I worked with were within 100 miles, the closer the better was the Quality Supplier and Validation Engineers mantra and those lean mfg and six sigma projects verified cost savings for going local as well, even if the tax rate was slightly higher...
It has nothing to do with being near a home, it has everything to do with being nearby. Like I said, company A would buy company B over company C if all factors were identical except that company C is 3000 miles away and company B is only 3 miles away. you better believe it's a factor. Companies always look at every detail, especially these days with industrial centralizing coming into vogue...
All Investments are based on speculation...so no value add here.
Yes, but more and more corps are starting to look at travel time costs in their borderless enterprise and believe it or not suppliers are being chosen based on locus as a major consideration to fundamentals. QA Supplier engineers know this and so do corps buying other corps now. It makes a huge difference to house 20 QAE's in some Taiwan hotel in juxtaposition to the corp being right down the street. it's not the sole determining factor, but it is definitely a factor.
Then you should have no problem buying up some high volume pharma mfg's in Shri Lanka, especially if they keep cost low. LOL!!!!
If you think proximity does not have an influence think again..
Shire is 30 minutes from Ariad, Lexington to Mass Ave via Rt 2.
Agreed, Pfizer is also nearby 2 hr drive to Cambridge, MA
Yes, sorry. I keep thinking Amgen because they just pinged me for a job. LOL!!!!
I'll put Money on it that it's Pfizer that buys out Ariad. Everyone is pointing at Roche, but Pfizer is hungry after losing the bid on Amgen and this one makes financial sense right now before earnings...
Big Pharma Offer Due to FDA 6 Month Safety Eval, so look at the clinical adverse event evals on the site, none reported. That means the FDA will likely now grant an expanded use study or two to move forward with an accelerated status. If there is any time to buy this drug it is now, to wait will be foolish as Arias will like enter a P-Ship and the stock will triple based on fat funding. That would not be smart, especially while the PPS is so low and now the drug has been proven not only efficient but safe as well with the labeling. Watch this one for buyout.
$10.00-$20.00+++ stock because they are in the perfect place to make money, on Wallstreet, with 10 of the best minds in software platforms and a CEO who knows how to raise private capitol and make money for shareholders...watch and learn. This was an easy one to see.
