Just got word that ESPI has started losing the largest account in the eagle ford shale. They have been told they have sixty days to pick up their equipment. That's about 3 mil a year gone.
That's what I want to know, is why did they not mention the fact that the overseas deal is dead and that the 2mil contract in the eagle ford shale did not happen either.
Nothing from DD or TP on the so called 2mil contract they clam they were awarded and nothing about the closing and lose of the overseas business. Something sounds very fishy to me. And why are the still trying to clam that the current lose is due to the completion chemicals frac work when that was the 4qtr of last year. It sounds like they don't want everyone to know about the lose of the production chemical work on East Tx, la and on the eagle ford shale.
I must be miss reading the info, sounds like they closed the Houston, tx office.
It seems its getting worse, with the lose of revenue in LA, AR, and east TX they have shifted some of their employees to the eagle ford area as of Monday. Word has come out with regards to the meeting I spoke of a couple of weeks ago in Dallas, TX and one of ESPI largest customer in the eagle ford shale play. From what I have heard as of last night the customer will start shifting its work of the next few months to a competitor that is already do work for them. If this does happen from what I have been told that's estimated at about 300k a month lose. So the 5mil 6mth will be cut in about half again. But I'm still positive for ESPI.
yup, I was told today that the biggest part of the revenue is coming from the Victoria, Texas office and the core of ESPI business in that area will be gone very short couple of months. This is sad and I do hate to see this but the management has a record of this.
So much for becoming profitable!
The 10 to 12 was for the year not the quarter..
OH!! wow ESPI reported.... that's just ugly!
What? what did I miss? I have been out for the past few days. did I do something wrong AGAIN?
Hey this is what I have been told by inside people, the numbers I think are a little low, but not by much and I know for a fact that Tony in in the field, I have seen him my self and I know they are trying to push commodity products now. I guess next week will tell all. I know the numbers are way down with the lose of Arkansas and South Texas has dropped of a lot as well.
Ok, here's what I know, earning of 10 to 12 mil and they are and Tony is out in the field him self working and trying to save ESP South Texas accounts. They have even taken to trying to sell commodity products such as Glycol, TEG, and antifreeze to some of the customers. ESP is in scavenge mode to me.
hey, I have been quiet for awhile now. I am just sitting back and waiting for the news to drop.
If I hear anything in the next few days regarding this meeting or bid and I make sure it is accurate ill pass it along. I don't want to put out anything that will be misleading over this, but this would be a huge blow to them.
I heard there is to be a meeting today to determine if ESPI will keep a contract or lose about 90% of there South Texas revenue. I am not sure who the contract is for, but if ESPI contract is not renewed this will impact the bottom line drastically in South Texas. From what I understand there are two other chemical companies trying to take over this contract and both are major's in the industry. Has anyone else heard ANYTHING as to what DD & TP are doing?
Been doing some checking around, I have been hearing some news but not much and not really good either, but I did hear that they found someone to drop a little money in to them again not much but a little to pay some bills. Also looks like they are going to be doing some subleasing in some areas to help cut some cost. I had to ask, if your business is growing, why would you give away your growth area.
Been very quite.
on the clarification statement, I meant to say I have more stocks OTHER than ESPI, such as dry bulk shipper that I got killed in. Sorry for the type O, I can see that a type O can stir up a real STINK and LOL!
Hey, ill be happy to sit back and just watch and see what happens with them. I really hope the pull out of what they have gotten them selves in to. I will keep what I hear to myself as to make sure I am not adding to the possible demise of ESPI LOL. I just simply shared what I have heard.
just some clarification, I never have worked for ESPI, nor was I on any deal with the oversea venture. I just have sources just as some of you do. I never clamed to have all the fact, nor did I ever post that I was on ANY deals with ESPI. I have looked at all my post and have not seen anything regarding me making a statement as such. I have no more stocks other than ESPI in wich I make money and lose money, such as dry bulk shippers I got killed on LOL.
If I get more info ill pass it on, I will say as I did before I hope they can pull it off and make a come back.
By law, it would be slander and I am not going do that and they have more than ONE large account. No respect for games, well its no game so just sit back and enjoy your ride down or all they way to the top.
Johnnypies, sorry that comment was not for you. I thought I was on SGW remarks. I have know about the issues with ESPI for about 2 years, and I just unloaded what I had. I got in about 2 years ago with them working the overseas deal and now that it died a few weeks ago im out. Again my apologies as the comment was not directed at you.
SGW that's the last time I will reply to any of your comments. Learn a little more respect.
I heard this about a year ago for your info, and it just has been getting worse. Now if you don't like what I have to say then so be it, but do it with a little more respect. I got in about almost two years ago and it has done nothing but go down and I DO have a inside track with the damn vendors as I was one. You want me to name vendors or customers and that by law I can not do and WILL not do. The info I have comes from a very good source and I am simply sharing it. If you don't like it then take it with a grain of salt and move on and like I said I am not bad mouthing ESP. If you want the same info I have there are a limited number of vendors in the area that supply parts, pumps and tanks. Call them and they will share what info they have im sure.

yes, why? I was in at 10k @.9
Well its getting bad it looks like, ESP has been cut off from supply house, so that means no parts, pumps and have run out of chemical in the field. I have been told that one of ESP'S largest customers is looking to replace them ASAP. Keep this all in mind I am not bad mouthing ESP, just passing on info from a good source. I don't know what they are doing but this ship has too many wholes in it for me.
I expect it will be delisted soon. I have heard from one of their customers that they are having are hard time keeping chemical in the tanks in the field on their locations. I don't know how true it is as I have not seen it for myself, but if that is the case then I would lead me to think they can not get raw materials then.
We are in the Corpus Christi area. Big deer, no land to hunt anymore due to all the oil work now.
Sorry, I have been out of touch. I have not heard or seen ANY news at all. They have gone silent. I will start digging again and see what is going on in South Texas.
Good day all, how is the world of ESPI doing?
I understand, but you know as well as I do for legal reasons, I can not name the vendors like that. I would only tell you if any of you are from the area, to do some checking with the vendors that supply tanks, pumps and parts supplies. When you contact the right ones they will let loose of the info, they are in the hole deep thanks to ESPI.
No, not chemicals. Supply store
I am in the supply business in the South Texas area. I can not reveal the sources at this time, but it will all be coming to light soon. I am not in any way attempting to run ESP down but they are burning a lot of bridges in the South Texas area. I wish them all the luck in the world but I thinks its WAY TO LATE.
THIER VENDORS IN THE SOUTH TEXAS AREA DO ALOT OF TALKING ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE EVEN BEING SUED BY ONE OR TWO OF THEM FOR NONE PAYMENT OF UP TO AND OVER A YEAR ON INVOICES.
I CAN TELL YOU ESP IS GOING DOWN. THEY HAVE BEEN CUT OFF FROM MOST OF THEIR VENDORS AND HAS LOST ALL OF ITS WORK IN GUY, AR. THE OVERSEAS DEAL IS DEAD AS OF ABOUT TWO WEKS AGO AND THEY CLOSED ALL THE OFFICE. THEY ARE ABOUT TO LOSE ITS MAJOR CUSTOMER IN THE EAGLE FORD SHALE SHORTLY. THIS COMPANY IS DONE.
