The pps seems to be holding well during this overall correction, but I am even more optimistic with the stable pps and an RSI down at 10. Way oversold and when the market starts back up, we should see the $6 range, or better if positive FCC news comes out. I think the only thing that could screw things up is if Putin wants to bully his way into Ukraine. That seems to be what's spooking the market right now.
That article just made my day. I now have a much higher confidence level in the company overall. I am patient and can wait.
Ok, you are basing the Perry injunction to happen quicker than the Fairholme lawsuit, and that is a correct assumption based on the writings of Tim Howard, whoever he is. I don’t know, but is this the same Tim Howard of Fannie Mae?
Would you happen to have a link to an article or possibly mention the publication this rumor comes from? Thanks in advance.
I see the RSI is at 30. That seems that the low has been hit and on the way back up. Any thoughts?
Correction, Sprint not doing too well off the news.
I think it is just a matter of patients. You see what is happening to T-Mobile and Sprint on the buyout offer from Iliad. Trading has stopped with shares of both companies skyrocketed.
Well, I wish I would have stayed with GSAT several months back, but I took a small profit and went on about my business. Since then, I kept reading up on GSAT and now am very interested in the strong posibility of the FCC granting TLPS approval. Therefore, I think I'll stay put this time, at least while looking for the $8 mark.

No posts in over 24 hours? Testing, testing, is this board broken?
I'm not an expert, but increasing the number of shares is diluting the shares, causing the price to decline. The company could cause the price per share to increase by buying back shares, but I find that doubtful since it was not that long ago they issued more shares for sale, causing the dilution from the $11 range. I cannot site this information; it is just what I remember from multiple articles.
No offence intended.
Well, then placing a limit order of $4.01 cannot hurt. I can't imagine going lower than $4, but there's a possibility that sometime during the day it makes a spiking drop to $4 and maybe that gets filled. Just too many variables right now.
With selling yesterday, what would your new entry point be today, even though it is Friday and a usual down day? Maybe as low as $4.00? Just wondering about others thoughts short term.
Well, you make a very good point. Thanks for your reply!
I wonder what affect the jet bombing and the Israeli ground invasion will have tomorrow. CNBC has a great special on right now. Most think the market will drop some more tomorrow. FNMA could be dropping in line with the market, even with the good court news yesterday.
I don't know about flippers, but I just flat f***ked up when I sold at $4.10. If I can get back in close to that or lower, I will be happy.
Asking the opinion of those chart experts. OK, I screwed up and sold too soon. Now to find a way back in, maybe. This is where the RSI comes into question. So far, there is no news driving the price up, unless there is something behind the scenes we don't know, the RSI is in the "overbought" area. So, I am throwing this question out there. Do the chart experts think this will come down some and cool off the RSI? Along4aggravation, please do not respond. Congrats to the longs today.
Yahooooo! We closed up huge. Uh,,oh yea, I sold the day before yesterday @ $4.10. I am the dark cloud that held this back. Great! I'm fricken happy for everyone. Oh well, you lose some, then you LOSE some.
For the love of God please bring Arnold back!
Not exactly what I would do, but whatever floats his boat.
Just asking, if you are not investing on your own predictions based on dd, then what are you basing your investments on?
It'a all good! My "patience" has not been good with this "patient!"
GLTY
Nope, but I was a volunteer EMT once. I don't think that will help if this starts taking off. I've just decided to bet on the small up and down each day while keeping a close eye on all news.
I gave up on patients. Some of that volume is my 19900 shares sold at $4.10. Am I happy? NO. But I am damn tired of seeing the same rise and fall every day. This could be the worst mistake in my life, but hell, it was a gamble when I got in. If I am right, I'll get back in at $3.98 or something like that. If I'm wrong, well, crap happens. That is, good crap for y'all.
Damn I miss Arnold!
You cannot understand the man unless you research his mother. Believe me, his idea of the American dream is totally different from your idea.
Hack, I like your assumption, but I am curious how you are basing your assumption? Charts, news, rumors of court decisions... Just wondering. Thanks for your insight.
NBC, ABC and CBS ARE mainstream media as well as your biggest liberal supporters. What more do you want?
You plainly cannot see the forest for the trees.
What you have stated is exactly correct. However, my worry is that every department in this administration feels they are above the law. The Veterans administration, the IRS, the treasury and a never ending list of executive orders which abuses the powers of the executive branch and the legislative branch is nutless to man up on any of the issues. Supreme Court Judge Roberts caved on the interpretation of obama care. What worries me is that the government probably got to Judge Roberts, and can somehow get to Judge Sweeny also. I’m afraid the only big hammers we have are the billionaire hedge funds that can fight fire with fire.
Wrong,,, Barry Soetoro was born on August 4, 1961. Barck Obama is the result of years of Muslum teachings and worship. There is a woman fixing to recieve 100 lashes with a whip before she will be hung by the neck until dead, just for being a christian. Obama could care less.
Go fannie Go!
Have a good night. After all, we are free to debate or cuss at each other and not get thrown in jail. Not many places on earth where that is the case.
Electricity is unnecessary, but it makes life easier. So does the 30 year loan.
How many "last post of the day" are you going to post. Just ANOTHER lie.
You may as well not even try, liberals cannot be reasoned with, they only drink the cool aid.
What hole did you crawl out of?
It seems to be all to common today that those who scream racisum from the top of their lungs are the most racist of all. Liberals want to believe with every fiber in their body that conservatives are racist, hateful and against everything for all the loving people of the world. It has amazed me throughout my life to see how people that want to sit back and leach off society are the liberals who demonize conservatives. Being conservative is very easy to understand, it's just that liberals do not want to admit that liberalism leads to failure and cannot sustain a society. Eventually, a liberal society will be taken down by force and become a dictatorship. Hard work is scoffed at by liberals. To work harder, make more money and secure an independent retirement is frowned upon by liberals, because in theiroint of view, if they cannot have a house, nobody should have a house. The same with any other comfort of life or any pleasure. Even your beloved Obama demonizes driving SUV's, turning a thermostat to a comfortable temperature or any other freedom of choice as an evil wrong, because other countries don't have the same luxury. Well, that is because those country's are run by dictators with no knowledge of anything but tribal warfare as they have lived for centuries. But, I suppose that is what liberals want. Destroy everything that is perceived as "normal" and open the doors to free everything.
Well Jack, I guess your plan is to take your 70k shares once Fannie hits $20, $30 or more dollars a share and gladly hand over 75% of your profit to the government to divy out to the poor huh. Don't bother answering, because anything coming out of your mouth would be a lie, just as the rest of your liberal ilk. Maybe you hate conservatives so much because you were bullied in grade school, or maybe your parents were conservative and you resent them for making you study, or maybe they tried to make you a solid citizen, but you were just a rebel against the MAN. No, my guess is that you grew up with only a mother because the baby daddy left well before you were born. You never had a father figure to teach you right from wrong; therefore, you accept the teachings of those that take in the outcasts of society. They teach you how to get welfare, food stamps and the ultimate prize, a lifetime membership to the disabled payroll. Wow, you are living the true American dream. Sit around, smoke and drink all day, make babies and catch that government cheese.
You make me sick! Oh, by the way, Go Fannie go!
Comrade, please do not disclose the plan Vladimir and the socialist party has been secretly working on. If dumb capitalists do not know, soon we can take over all private enterprises!
It's better with the Russian accent. But in all seriousness, you need to seek help.
That's like dangling a bottle of whiskey in front of an alcoholic. "Tell me more?" Too funny!
You have a legitimate concern and a valid skeptical viewpoint regarding the possible pps, that is if everything goes legal and justice is served. I am not an economist, but did take a class in college, barely passing. A good economist can tell you more about the health of a company than anyone else. However, there comes along companies like Tesla and First Solar. A year ago both were in the $20 to $30 range. Now Tesla is in the $200 range and First Solar is in the $65 range. Neither of these companies pay a dividend or make profits that Fannie or Freddie currently make, at least right now. The subprime meltdown and other investing discrepancies gave way to government panic, or government plot to take control. It seems we may find out in the coming months or years. One thing is for sure, if Fannie and Freddie are go back to running the companies as they should be run and resume paying a solid dividend, I can very easily see regaining $80 per share quickly and marching past $100 within a short amount of time.
Reading these boards are great for ideas and entertainment, but to take your hard earned cash and drop it on any stock requires you to learn the company, the situation they are in and find people you trust that are finance savy. There is one very smart person on this board, and that is Obiterdictum. He shoots straight and you can learn from what he writes. A good resource.
Good luck finding your answers.
