So can you just clarify that what you are saying is that the NI 43101 is fake, that Michael J Floersch and Betty Gibbs, are not suitably qualified, did not carry it out and are part of this deception? Can you just clarify that this is what you are saying please?

Can you also clarify that part of the evidence that you are referencing as proof, is the fact that there are more graphs and pictures in the example you have provided a link for and any boxes in that one look less like excel tables than the boxes in USPR's one? Ok well I don't think any level of incompetence is hard to believe with USPR's CEO after the shenanigans of the last few 8-Ks with self imposed deadline after deadline, confirmation of imminent results, followed by what we got. Its kinda hard to top.

I do find it hard to believe that USPR would be putting out 8-Ks saying they checked with the SEC if they didn't, kinda sailing a little close to the wind in my opinion.

Therefore in the absence of evidence to the contrary, I have to believe that they are telling the truth here and am still quite hopeful on this stock. I'm far from an expert which is why I was asking the genuine question previously. In case I was missing something.

I'm inclined to believe that this is the truth and that eventually this will come right (in spite of the CEO), or it may well possibly be a scam, but if it is its a pretty darn good and elaborate one. I'll probably add to my position if it drops lower.

I can sympathise with the people who say its a pump and dump scam, it certainly gives that appearance, on a consistent basis, however, I still think there is substance here.

Russo, regardless of the incompetence, do you believe that USPR is in contact with the SEC on this issue and do you believe the 8k, warts and all? Genuine question. Or do you believe what they are saying is a lie and that they are not in contact with the SEC? In your opinion?
