The word "annual" is not up for debate. It means once per year. The annual 10-K contains all the quarters of that year. The 10-K is then audited. Not a difficult concept.

Mainly, it seems the share price is where it's at now due to the issues with accounting for the revenue from China. This led to a change in auditors and in the OTC, that always scares off investors. So instead of showing about 20 million in revenue, that revenue had to be left off the audited 10-K in order for their current auditor to properly account for it. The accounting issue should be resolved in the second quarter. This is all discussed in their shareholder letter.

You need to do more research into other listings and their requirements.
No not really that scary. Have you ever invested into a startup? Startups usually don't turn a profit immediately. They have high initial costs in order to build the infrastructure necessary to be dominant and profitable. Essentially EWSI is a startup that will eventually turn into a very profitable company.

Didn't Nielson say we can expect at least 50 million for 2014? The next quarter is going to contain part of that. How much? We will just have to wait and see.
