Thanks. Best of luck to you. We will find out what management is up to soon.
Lol. I’m feeling good about the future. If I didn’t, I’d invest/trade another ticker
They can buy at the ask now or chase later.
You need to fill out the DWAC withdrawal and share cancellation form (found in Docusign docs emailed to you after choosing to participate). You then take to a bank that provides medallion stamps. You have to check with your bank or find a bank that will provide you with one. Get the form stamped and send it certified mail to VStock (per the instructions).
Did you complete all of the steps below?
3. Once you have the VStock form completed with the medallion stamp, send that to VStock (instructions are on the form).
4. After VStock processes your information, you will receive an email from them either confirming everything is in order (matched) or they require additional info (assuming you forgot something or made an error). Email/call VStock if they do not email you.
5. Once you are processed, call your broker and tell them SPECIFICALLY you want to make a DWAC Withdrawal of your LAHO shares to VStock Transfer. They may ask for VStock's control number which is 50236.
Where will MSSV pps be in the next couple of months? $1, $2, $3…..? I’m looking forward to finding out.
Musical chairs on the bid is waste of time and will leave you chasing. Nobody is selling into the bid. You are gonna have to smack the ask if you want shares.
Congrats!!
Congrats to all receiving funds!
I called my broker to initiate the DWAC transfer on 12/8. My shares were out of my account by 12/9. I received my funds on 12/29. I cannot say what it will be like for anyone else because I don’t know.
Everyone that I’ve seen so far has had to reach out to VStock (call or email) to confirm they received their medallion stamped doc and ask what’s the next step. If VStock confirms they received it, that is when they tell you to call your broker to initiate the DWAC transfer to VStock. Unfortunately, they are not dying to get this done for you. You have to be interactive/on top of it and be sure everything you need to do is done.
Next step should be Peter signing off on the Docusign (you should get and email when that happens). This happened 10 days after my shares were returned for me. From that point, it took 11 days for me to receive funds. Timing has been a little different for everyone. But hope that gives you a rough idea.
I’m glad to hear you made it through!
Looking forward to it. Hopefully soon means in the next week or two. Continued payouts, 8k/a, and updates to follow, sounds like a recipe for a huge move.
Yeah, I feel for you and anyone else waiting on funds. I was losing my mind waiting but they came through. It took 11 days from the day Peter signed the docs for me. Not saying it will be the same for you, but just so you know it didn’t right away.
Agree. I’m on watch.
Yeah, I agree. I’m holding a good amount of shares, but I’m waiting to add my last chunk. A number of things could really get this moving, more buyout money, MSSV shareholder update, other MSSV/GSCG news, low float momo/fomo, etc. For whatever reason, It seems they (insiders/management/MM) are not ready for this to move yet. Some could have decided the .34-.35 top, sold, and are looking for the impatient dumpers to consolidate/buy lower, but that’s just my speculation. I’ll buy my last chunk when the quiet stops and it looks like go time.
It was the morning for me but seems to have been different times for everyone.
For me, docs were signed 12/18 and then saw the funds on 12/29.
Perfect. Great to hear. I know it’s a pain in the butt but it’ll all be worth it when you get the funds.
Terrific. Best of luck to you on finishing the process and receiving your funds!
First, I would email info@vstocktransfer.com to confirm they have your medallion stamped form and they are ready for you to call E*Trade to initiate the DWAC transfer.
I doubt you will get a signed Peter doc until YOU email/call VStock to verify they have your medallion stamped form and then call your broker to initiate the DWAC transfer of your shares to VStock. I believe after your shares are matched/completed/removed, Peter signs the signs/initials the docs. That’s how it was for me and everyone else that I know of.
3. Once you have the VStock form completed with the medallion stamp, send that to VStock (instructions are on the form).
4. After VStock processes your information, you will receive an email from them either confirming everything is in order (if not email them to confirm info@vstocktransfer.com) (matched) or they require additional info (assuming you forgot something or made an error).
5. Once you are processed, call your broker and tell them SPECIFICALLY you want to make a DWAC Withdrawal of your LAHO shares to VStock Transfer. They may ask for VStock's control number which is 50236.
6. If everything is in order and your broker completes the request, you should see the shares gone from your account within 24 hours (took TDA just a few hours for me).
FYI - the process will not end unless YOU do all of the necessary steps. Yes, many with E*Trade have completed the steps and received their funds.
Yes, certified/priority with tracking. Timing will depend on how you send it (overnight, standard certified, etc) Track your envelope; once you see it has been delivered to VStock, check-in with them by phone or email info@vstocktransfer.com to make sure they received it and that they are ready for you to initiate the transfer. You will then need to call your broker to initiate the DWAC transfer of you your shares to VStock.
Agreed. Holding and adding.
Last week. They have been paying out for the last few weeks.
I’m just glad you stickied the step by step directions. Copy and pasting surely beats retyping the same thing over and over again.
You will need to know your broker's DTC Participant number to put on the VStock form which can be found here:
https://www.dtcc.com/-/media/Files/Downloads/client-center/DTC/alpha.pdf
TDA is 0188
2. Download the whole package, complete the VStock form and take it to your bank for the medallion stamp (also bring the Return to Treasury Agreement and your most current broker statement showing your shares).
3. Once you have the VStock form completed with the medallion stamp, send that to VStock (instructions are on the form).
4. After VStock processes your information, you will receive an email from them either confirming everything is in order (matched) or they require additional info (assuming you forgot something or made an error).
5. Once you are processed, call your broker and tell them SPECIFICALLY you want to make a DWAC Withdrawal of your LAHO shares to VStock Transfer. They may ask for VStock's control number which is 50236.

You’re are going to have to make the call to E*trade regardless, so if you want the money for the payout, I’d confirm with VStock that they have your medallion stamped doc, and if they are ready for you to call E*Trade to initiate the DWAC transfer to VStock.
All very true. Thanks Roag. Looking forward to the fireworks.
I agree with you; when they are ready, it will move. Sell wall/wall/manipulation, we can call it any of those.
Still the sell wall is there for a reason, wonder why? They actually followed through on the payouts, wonder why? I’ll sit back and wait patiently. It’s been 2 1/2 years, what’s the rush?
Yes, we do. It looks like ETRF is putting the brakes on it for whatever reason. I believe they are purposely trying to slow it down (not ready for it to move). Updates, news, audited fins, momo, fomo, and the attention that any/all of those items bring, will certainly get this moving, and quickly with the low float. It looks like, when the time is right, we move far north. It’s not quite that time.
4. After VStock processes your information, you will receive an email from them either confirming everything is in order (matched) or they require additional info (assuming you forgot something or made an error).

Did you call E*trade to initiate the transfer?
Looking good and ready. Hardly any selling into the bid, mostly just .34 smacks for the last three days. Once ETRF is done, I think we are off to the races.
