I'm hoping that come April 1st once the Volcker rule comes into effect we'll start to see Gold and Silver get less manipulated, though full compliance isn't until 2015.
XXII was victim of massive short attack yesterday; triggered the Short Sale Restriction. Found bottom yesterday as shorts ran out of gas, enjoying a nice bounce today.
XXII, watch closely now. Bottom might finally be in. Was pushed under the 50 sma @ $3.30 this morning. Looking for a possible bounce coming. Either that or this will continue to fall, which I don't think is likely, but will have to watch.
LEDS now up +20%.
Watch LEDS, looks like it might be gaining some momentum. Daily volume looks good.
IMO, End of day run was mostly attributed to shorts covering before earnings release after hours. I think earnings should be good, just waiting to see how good they'll be.
Earnings won't be until March, they are at least 3 weeks away from now. I highly suspect that we will run to $4 before earnings, but we haven't done so yet because earnings is still too far out. Wait til we get a little close, I think we will see this run.
I would like to see a power hour surge back to a $3 close. I feel like if we don't close at $3, we might not have seen the last of this downward volatility. Tomorrow might be a similar pattern to today.
Well that's not the start of the day I was looking for.
I'm still holding long and strong here... but boy at these hands starting to get heavy. Some buying volume would be nice today.
TEAR is ripping it up today. Look to see of momentum continues.
While not directly related to IFON, this news is still of interest to us; Ingram Micro has record year.
IM is continuing to prove why they are the world's largest distributor of computers, software and technology products.
This line is of particular interest;
They had good revenue growth, but didn't they also have a $100 million loss on the quarter?
Lots of weak hands folding today, lots can't stomach this volatility. I'm just hoping the $3.10 support will hold today. If we can hold that I'm still optimistic about another rise in the coming weeks.
For the past couple days it looks like every time we start gaining upward momentum there is a huge sell volume for 30k+ shares and it tanks our price us back down. Is anyone else seeing this?
For those Chartist out there, the 50-Day SMA bottomed yesterday under the 200-Day SMA and it began creeping back up before end of day. A good surge of positive buying pressure this morning would align the chart for a possible Golden cross formation.
Why this is important? Once the 50-Day SMA begins to intersect the 200-Day SMA again we will see all the technical traders jump back into this (I think a lot of them liquidated their positions yesterday as the 50-Day SMA crashed through the 200-Day SMA), them jumping back in will only help to further fuel our next leg up. Today's morning volume should be a good indication of which direct we will head next week.
Hold Long and strong here.
Gold in monster rally, breaking through $1315 today.
ARNA breaking out over $7 today. Keep watching. This one will go much higher this year.
Did someone just sell or buy 53k shares @ $3.30?
I had a sell order in... but it was at a much higher price ;)
But yeah agreed, today was lots of accumulation. When those 60K shares got unloaded around noon they were bought up extremely fast.
For those watching the chart, the 50-Day SMA has consistently been bouncing off the 200-Day SMA over the last little while, today seems to be the next time that these will touch. If the 50-Day SMA bounces off the 200-Day SMA again here, the next leg up looks like it might be huge.
I'm still confident this will close @ $3.40, maybe power hour will bring enough volume to lose near $3.50. We'll have to see though.
A $3.50 close would be very welcome, but to me today just looks like a low volume accumulation day. Hopefully volume kicks up a bit in the next couple hours.
If blue picks up his 100k shares today that'd spark some volume.
I have a feeling we'll see a lunch hour volume surge that will push us to HOD $3.70. Looking to settle around $3.40 close. Hoping to see about 1.25 million volume by end of day.
Put ARNA on your radar guys, thinking we'll see big gains throughout 2014.
A little short on the volume estimate so far, hoping power hour will pick us up to at least 2 million shares traded. Nice volume boost now may give us that $3.50 close still.
Expecting close to 2.5 million volume today. If that's true then we should close near $3.50. Next hour will tell if we get to that volume today.
Green is imminent.
Looks like this wants to do the opposite of what I said, drop to $2.65 in the am then push past $2.80 come mid day.
I think we'll push past $2.80 very quickly this morning, then fall back down to $2.65 by mid day. Seems to be the pattern as of late; higher highs and higher lows every day.
BTW, looks like the bounce is starting to happen now.
Yes that's part of it. But gap filling is always healthy as well. Either way, I'm not worried. Will continue to hold and add on any dips.
Looks like we're just filling the gap from this morning, today's action looks very healthy. I fully expect to see this bounce once the gap fills.
Also take a look at Ingran Micro's Customer base, in particular their Network Operator and Retailer customers.

$2.31 is the point where the SMA50 and SMA200 crossed during the rise of our last leg up. Looks to be about where we'll sit for now until we are ready to move again.
Looks like they released a new phone model yesterday;

Time to load, $2.31 is about as low as it'll get. Expecting lots of green in the coming weeks.
Hard to tell right now, but looks like volume is gradually increasing. We may see another 10% swing by noon time today.
