Yes they sold the name, but what about all the assets, leases still operating? The NOLs? I don’t think they are just going to disappear. To many unknowns here? Something doesn’t add up. GLTY

I need some explanation of all the uncertain answers. I'm thick headed and always needed my teachers and professors to explain what they were teaching. Especially when I was told that just the way it is.

so why are you here? it would be great to have a discussion about this stock and its outcome. I understand that "bankruptcy" puts fear in any investor. no one knows what the outcome will be until Tuesday. and even then we still may not hear everything. A lot of NDAs out there and we may be here in august still waiting for an outcome. GLTY

but bbby had a total of 468 leases. only 153 went to the auction, and 109 had successful bids. And it is my understanding that BBBY or any bidder, doesn't have to sell/buy and can back out of the deal on Tuesdays 7/18 hearing.

not sure what this means for their future but just stating the facts.
