Did that product ever reach the market LongHair?
I think we all knew about the relationship between Darlington Mines Ltd, and Pulse Beverage. I think they used Darlington Mines inc as a spring board to launch Pulse. Everything seems legit in my opinion, for one the product is on the shelves. For two, they've disclosed everything through their consistent reporting the last few years, and three..... WHO develops a product and distributes it across the country unless they intended on becoming a legitimate ongoing concern?
I stopped in Safeway last night to pick up some Cabana. When I got to the counter to purchase them. The cashier said to me "Those must be pretty good,I see a lot of people buying them" I said that they were excellent , and that she should try them. They also moved them from the middle of the aisle, to the beginning of the aisle at eye level. Not sure what that this signifies, but I was smiling from ear to ear after talking to the cashier.
I just swallowed a bottle of Cabana for lunch. There is no way that this company does not become successful, and I mean soon. I also had all the flavors in the Pulse health line and they are fantastic. Sales will definitley improve when the products reaches the masses. If I had not tasted the product, and had not been able to obtain the product from a reputable establishment, I might then be concerned. Folks need to remember that stocks are an emotional roller coaster ride....that's why I don't ride.... I watch those on the coaster scream and holler. Historically, if you wait long enough, stocks will reward those with the most patience.....and I have a lot of that!!!
I'm in for the long haul!!! Rome was not built overnight. This boat is going to really sail once everthing is in place.
It's going to be a good year for Pulse folk's. There is a reason you have detractors who stand on the top of the mountain and scream "PULSE WILL FAIL", It's because they have not seen a company make strides the way Pulse has. Historically, start-up company's in this industry almost never meet the milestones that Pulse has accomplished in such a short time frame. So the detractors believe in their heart of hearts that this company is an illusion even though distribution has been established, products are selling, and profits are rising.....Stay patient my friends, and reap the rewards.
Just recieved my Pulse variety pack yesterday, and I must say I was very impressed with all of the flavors with the exception of the Men's strawberry/grapefruit flavor. The strawberry/grapefruit had a medicine kind of taste in my opinion. The other flavors were excellent with no after taste. The packaging is really eye catching, and the nutritional label on the bottle was very clear. The nutritional drinks seem to have slightly more sugar and calories than Cabana, but the Pulse drinks have a ton of nutritional ingredients that stand out when you read the label.
I'm waiting to recieve my Pulse health formulations this week. I called and requested the new Pulse products and they gladly obliged. I'll give you my opinion this week....GO Pulse!!!
Been seeing increased volume the last few days, anyone have any opinions on why this is happening?
Guy, I would suggest the gentleman stop being cheap and buy back the shares he sold. If he doesn't, he is going to regret it for a long..long...time!!
MetrodaveF your assessment is soooo!!! on point. Everyone sit tight and enjoy the journey!!
Yes Navy, Cabana is being sold here in Washington D.C, Maryland and Virginia.
My point is...there is no need to publish a photo-shopped photo when Cabana is available across the country. GUY published a few photos that were sent by me a few months ago....are you saying that they don't sell Cabana in your state? if not, they will certainly arrive there shortly!!! Again! It is not a scam when a company invests millions of dollars to produce a product, and then develops a distribution network before finally receiving increased quarterly profit from sales.
I find it strange that they do not ship blueberry to your area, but it is a great tasting flavor that is second only to mango in my opinion.
Just had a Cabana blueberry for lunch GUY...DELICIOUS!!! I have my neighbors hooked on this stuff...they have been stocking up the last two weeks while the sale is still on.
What's going on here!! such a quiet day today. Well I'm happy to report that Cabana is selling really good here in Washington. I check Pulse shelves at least twice a week, and I found that they are selling consistently without any promotion. Cabana must have sold really well over the holidays because all flavors had been restocked when I went in last night. They are still on sale @ 2 for 3$ until mid June. Oh yeah! yesterday I was able to buy additional shares yesterday when the price dropped below 1.19....Cheers!!
Thanks GUY, but WOW!! I don't know how the site slipped by me.
Not sure how long this site has been in existence, but I wanted to share it with my fellow Pulse investors. The site is very informative, so I'm confused as to why there is no link to it from the main Pulse web site. This might be the new site that they mentioned recently...hmmm!!

There are a substantial amount of PLSB stock holders who believe in the product and the management team. It is reflective in the stock price holding serve. We have arrived at the ground floor, the next stop is the PENTHOUSE!!
Does anyone know if PLSB is planning on doing any advertising or promotional events? I'm hoping that they have developed some type of strategy to garner product awareness (maybe it's too early). I know in my area, Cabana just appeared on the shelves without any fanfare. I'm certainly not a marketing guru, but I'm thinking any small amount of advertisement could go a long way towards increased sales. Maybe beverage companies do it this way for cost saving measures, but any promotion at this stage might just create a nice ROI for the next quarter.
Just Hilarious!!! metrodave
Not a lot of action today...steady as she goes!!!
Guy...It baffles me when I see comments that don't take into account logic. Businesses are not built over night, but some investors have very little patience, and are all about the NOW. Just look at how the stock is holding up after the realease of the report. It shows that the vast majority of Pulse investors are excited about the company, and are willing to wait for huge returns. The rest of the folks are just looking for a quick profit, and really can't afford to wait for the company to mature.
Hang in there longs, let's show these guys that we still have a strong pulse!!! Loading up again today, this company is destined for greatness!!
I dont know about other other areas, but Cabana is selling real well where I'm from. This is especially surprising since it's only been on the shelf a few weeks. In my opinion, Cabana is just a throw in bonus, and was part of the overall plan to get the distribution network setup. Losses come with start-up companies, and Pulse is no different. But I beleive The Pulse line with it's proprietory formulation is what I consider the bread winner. Once it's fully rolled out, and consumers recognize the health effects, this company will turn the corner for sure.
Signed
Still long on Pulse!!
Really great news!! Just hope the market responds accordingly.
Update on Cabana in the DC area- I've been checking the Safeway stores that are selling Cabana, and I noticed that they have restocked the shelves in two of the locations since it's introduction (by the way, Cabana is in the unrefrigerated juice section). It is out pacing another brand called Hubert's Lemonade 2 to 1. Hubert's has the same flavors as Cabana, but it comes in a 16oz bottle. I'm not sure why their side by side, but we'll see if the cream rises to the top. There is a lot of competition with lemonades from what I can see in the stores, but our future lottery ticket is Pulse!! Pulse !! Pulse!!!
Paul, we can speculate until the cows come home, but the truth of the matter is that time will only tell if Pulse truly survives. I am one to deal in reality, and the reality is that the distribution network is in place, Cabana lemonades are on the shelves and selling well. Yes, the numbers in the Q report are not optimal, but they reflect the numbers of most start up companies. I have friends in Huntsville Ala, Brooklyn N.Y, Maryland, Washington D.C, and California, thay have all reported that Cabana is truly a great tasting drink, and that it is selling in their respective locations. You have to remember that Cabana is not the bell cow for the company, Cabana is just setting the stage for the flagship product Pulse. I enjoy your point of view when you do comment, because it does provoke thought. I am long on pulse, and have been for over a year. I'm willing to take the risk because of the opportunity that it affords, IF our hunches are correct. If we speculate wrong, then we take our lose and move on to the next big thing....
I still don't understand why the volume is so low. I don't think we move much until the Q1 report comes out. Folks that are long have probably decided not to buy until a clearer picture is depicted, in other words caution is being exercised at this stage.
I guess I am Kathryn2!!! There are two other Safeway stores in my area that are within a 10 mile radius. I'm going to visit one tonight to see if they carry Cabana. I'll report out tomorrow on my findings.
Guy, I went back to Safeway last night to check on Cabana, and they had positioned the bottles next to another brand of lemonade that had a similar bottle style (16 oz for 1.50), and flavors. Cabana did not have an elaborate display like the previous posters picture, and I think they only had four rows that blocked the view of two Cabana flavors. I repositioned the bottles so that all of the flavors were shown. They probably thought I worked for Pulse...hell I didn't care!!
Guy, have they officially begun to distribute the Pulse beverages yet?
I'll e-mail it shortly, thanks.
I'm happy to announce that Cabana lemonades have reached the Washington D.C area. I purchased them today at Safeway for 1.50, they are on promotional sale until June 19th....Go Pulse!!! I took a picture of the shelf display but unsure of how to attach.
Looks like the jury is still out on Pulse. I suspect that the waiting game will continue until the next Q report comes out.
Releasing a report on Friday would most likely point to a disappointing quarter. Some Companies will try to release a quarterly report on Friday to hide the fact that that they didn't do too well.
What's taking so long with the 10Q report? I wonder if it's the new accounting firm that they retained last month?
It looks like it has readjusted itself, the spread looks normal again, my concern was all for not.
Appreciate the response Dyessman. I've watched this stock for months now, first I've seen such a gap before or during trading session.
Does anyone know why the spread is so wide this morning? the bid/ask is 1.09/137. What does this indicate? just curious.
