csti led the sell off yesterday to $1.15 over a short raid. Now they are on the bid at $1.18 trying to buy.
These bear raids are about trying to get you to sell your shares before the next leg up. Don't fall for it.
This is good news. All these new streaming companies can license clip stream and the labels can send them new music securely through mpe. As the labels move from couriering cd's to using mpe, most of the new mpe revenue will be profit.
The boys are still at it. They shorted 66,000 today. You'd think that as they keep losing money week after week they'd stop entering into new short positions.
When they finally realize they've been betting the wrong way, they'll all be buyers and drive the share price to the moon.
At first I was puzzled how quiet this thread is, with no new posters, but I realize no one has spread the word.
We should be going into the stock threads for Brightcove, Akamai, Adobe, etc. to let their investors know there is a new game in town and they might want to put a bet on us, just in case.
I googled dsny and nothing came up other than this thread. No one knows about Destiny yet.
I figured it was going to go through a dollar this week, but it happened quicker than I expected. Now that funds can buy, we could see two dollars really quickly.
Someone shorted 89,000 shares today. They are still trying to hold it back, but the bullish sentiment will blast right through their wall.
I predict we see new aliases posting here by next week as the rest of the investment community starts to discover our little diamond in the rough.
For those that thing they missed the move, I think the big move up hasn't happened yet.
It works great on my iphone and it is an older one. What happens on yours. Does it play at all? What video are you trying to play?
If Destiny needed money for a patent suit, I'm sure they could raise it given how much volume it trades every day. One of the things that impressed me besides the insider buying was that the company was buying back stock and here was a nano that actually cared about dilution.
Anyways, I'm going to go out on a limb and predict we break a dollar this week.
Every test that my friends or I have done has been great. I see high definition on my monitor, way better than utube and our network here isn't that great.

Can someone with an Android try to download it and report back?

This is exciting. Based on this hd full screen experience, way better than youtube, I'll say it here first, the handful of investors here are at the beginning of a big wave and are going to make a lot of money by the end of the year.
Safari on my mac. The new movies look hd when I go full screen on my big monitor. Some of the older ones videos are still fuzzy, but I am thinking they didn't update those ones. The quality is much better than youtube.
Wow, the quality is phenomenal. It played great on my apple. The movie trailers are the best so far. They are ready for prime time imo.
The price should be going up according to technicals.

Think of it this way. Netflix is saying there is no secure video solution, but they want one badly. I guess they haven't heard of Clipstreem yet.
Have you ever paid for a movie on your tv which uses the internet or would you rent a movie on your ipad if it was priced right, say on a plane? Would you rent a movie in a hotel?
How big do you think the market is for selling movies? What about your own videos? Wouldn't you want to secure them so your friends could see them, but not strangers?
The music industry, worth tens of billions of dollars has already standardized on Destiny's security. Add in video that plays everywhere that you don't need players, converting or big hosting costs and I think we have a winner.
I've been in ten baggers early in the past and you always get full of self doubt, but you are in a select group of investors that found destiny before the mob that will inevitably drive the price much higher.
Netflix desperately needs to find a new video solution in the next eight years as Silverlight is obsolete. They begged the browser makers to add security, but all they've got to is a draft specification with 25,000 people petitioning against it.
http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-57583619-93/w3c-proceeds-with-web-video-encryption-despite-opposition/
If the specification were to become a standard a year or two from now, years would go by as the browsers built the functionality into new versions and more years would go by as the public slowly upgraded. If Netflix is lucky, they'd be able to transcode into multiple formats securely eight years from now.
Or they could just use clipstreem in 2013. The security is already there and the record companies love it for their music videos.
Funds use automated order execution software to break larger orders into small blocks to keep from pushing the price up when they are accumulating a position. The software can stop buying if the daily volume is low because there are no sellers and it can take days or weeks for a position to get filled as the amount bought each day would be tied to the volume of other traders. They pay a commission based on the total order, not on the number of trades. Try searching for order management systems.
He's an investor in Yangaroo (symbol yoo in Canada) and Destiny crushed them with their mpe product and lawsuit win. If Destiny comes out with hd streaming video, they will also crush their new ad business.
He's a paniced short.
I remember the presentation was being live webcasted tomorrow. Does anyone know the link?
Youtube converts into a bunch of formats behind the scenes at great cost.

Video technology
Playback
Viewing YouTube videos on a personal computer requires the Adobe Flash Player plug-in to be installed on the browser. The Adobe Flash Player plug-in is one of the most common pieces of software installed on personal computers and accounts for almost 75% of online video material.[46]
In January 2010, YouTube launched an experimental version of the site that uses the built-in multimedia capabilities of web browsers supporting the HTML5 standard.[47] This allows videos to be viewed without requiring Adobe Flash Player or any other plug-in to be installed.[48][49] The YouTube site has a page that allows supported browsers to opt in to the HTML5 trial. Only browsers that support HTML5 Video using the H.264 or WebM formats can play the videos, and not all videos on the site are available.[50][51]
Uploading
Some smartphones are capable of accessing YouTube videos, dependent on the provider and the data plan. YouTube Mobile was launched in June 2007, using RTSP streaming for the video.[83] Not all of YouTube's videos are available on the mobile version of the site.[84]
Since June 2007, YouTube's videos have been available for viewing on a range of Apple products. This required YouTube's content to be transcoded into Apple's preferred video standard, H.264, a process that took several months. YouTube videos can be viewed on devices including Apple TV, iPod Touch and the iPhone.[85] In July 2010, the mobile version of the site was relaunched based on HTML5, avoiding the need to use Adobe Flash Player and optimized for use with touch screen controls.[86] The mobile version is also available as an app for the Android platform.[87][88] In September 2012, YouTube launched its first app for the iPhone, following the decision to drop YouTube as one of the preloaded apps in the iPhone 5 and iOS 6 operating system.[89]
Vp9 is replacing vp8 and h265 is replacing h264. You have to convert into each one of these standards to reach everyone because different browsers use different formats. Every year there are more and more formats to support and they aren't backwards compatible.
Unless you use single Clipstream format which plays everywhere.
By the way, vp8 and vp9 are usually called webm.
The business opportunity is so big, that even if they screw up and only address a fraction of a fraction of the market, it should still make this a ten bagger or more.
I think a buy out within eighteen months is extremely likely.
They're paying to transcode. There is no other cross platform solution.
It may seem to be too good to be true, but you are going to make a lot of money because you came across clipstream before the rest of the investing public.
We're all going to have a nice ride over the next eighteen months.
I'd be really disappointed if it isn't trading much higher than a dollar by July. Clipstream should be out by then.
I'm hoping to see at least a couple bucks by then, but it all depends on if they start selling the video by then.
The technical analysis is extremely bullish with minor resistance at 88 cents and a very bullish homing pigeon candlestick following a bullish engulfing candlestick.

The board is pretty quiet considering we're up 13% today.
I've noticed more artist sites mentioning mpe.

The shorts last stand? They shorted 42,000 today and 58,000 yesterday for 100,000 so far this week.
As much as they are bashing here, the shorts have been buying and covering. The short was reduced by 9% in the second half of March, the last reported period.

Mercedes, anyday, brooklyn are all so transparent and brave to short another 10,000 today. Destiny has been public for twenty years. You need to do more research.
I have him pegged as a short. Remember anyday used to pretend to be a long. They are probably both the same guy. He's not trying to understand. He's going on and on about a $14,000 decline in revenue on business of $900,000. Thats a tenth of a percent variation. Who cares about one tenth of one percent?
He lost a third on his investment in his short position in the run up. I'm not sure what he's losing more of, money or credibility.
It would have been nice to see more revenue, but I wasn't expecting it. They turned a profit in their worst quarter just on the play product.
I'm thinking of calling the conference call tomorrow morning. Is anyone else calling in? I'd like to see how the video launch is going.
Just ask the company. They are often a bit evasive, but they usually answer and quite quickly compared to other companies.
I didn't get an actual minimum monthly revenue number, but they told me that the contract guarantees they keep existing revenues as an absolute minimum.
The contract is priced in euros globally which could hurt if the euro takes a crap, but that there is a huge reward to emi and universal to use it way more in terms of a fee accelerator and they expect that to happen soon. Those new fees are nearly 100% profit justifying a much higher share price.
Clipstream is almost free and icing on the cake.
Patient investors will make a lot of money on this company. The biggest mistake you could make is to not just wait and let your share profits grow. I haven't bought any more in a while, but only because I keep waiting for the pullback that never comes and my stink bids never get filled.
This is where fortunes are made or lost. Do you take a small profit on a small move up or do you wait to make the big return?
It's funny to watch the bashers and pretend longs complain as the stock price keeps going up on average from week to week.
Since you posted this prediction it'd break sixty cents on the way down, the price is up thirty seven percent and it hasn't even been a full month. It's been my best thirty day return without exception.
How can you be that hopeless on your predictions and still post here with a straight face? You've posted 143 times in five months and every single prediction was dead wrong.
At the very least, come up with a new handle as this one has lost all credibility.
ROTFLMAO.
