im referring to the ceo of the company here. why would he decrease his holdings in the company 93%, not a good sign if you ask me.

i can not find DOT records for any thing other than eggspress. eggspress reported 9 trucks.
i talked to a representative of RT&T today. he told me that the agreement between them and Nortford had ended.
PTAH released news today no real effect on the pps. I've also been in contact with a rep from RT&T to confirm or deny the link between them and PTA. Going to speak to them by phone tomorrow.
my penny philosophy from my profile:
I play in penny land. I look for high risk high reward plays. I play pumps and any other play I think I can profit from.
In penny land I could careless about all the pr crap, earnings, etc, the only thing I'm interested in is if the pr can put money in my pocket. If a company I have shares in announces they have record profits, I careless if its true or false and more about how others react to it.
will follow this board as well, even though i'm a flipper i do like finding the rare real companies that i can get in on the ground floor of. you and the bear den seem to have that covered.

i'm gonna stick around until the end of the month. if they release financials verified or not could care less, i'm looking to cash in on stupidity, if they don't effect the pps i get out even if it can hold .0005.
i posted for a while on the ptah boards, thing is im not an idiot i know dot rules they thought they could pull a fast one and they did for a while when they gave me the info for rt&t. now i'm suspicious again.
my main problem with them is i cant verify anything they have said. in order to be a broker or transporter you have to have a dot number. the only company they claim they hold that has one is eggspress
check out my dd post about PTAH at the bear den. i was able to verify only one company they hold with dot records. holding a small position in this for when the fins come out at the end of the month see if it drives the price up a bit when new suckers by in.
i was convinced for a while that it was a legit start up. but their website just isn't up to par with some one in the broker transport business and i cant find any contact info for their broker if i had a load for them to haul.
seems to me their busy hauling around all their bull and hot air.
here are the sites for RT & T. PTAH claims to have a relationship with them although I am a little confused as to just what the agreement is. their is no mention of PTA on either site, i've emailed them for verification.

don't trust this company. they promised spin offs a year ago and never delivered. im back in for another flip with this one. MJNA is my buy and hold for this sector.

nobody is. the PGRX r/s cost me 5 grand. that is what my shares would have been worth. i had 1900 was reduced to 38. i do not want that to happen with TGGI
i find it difficult to believe that with the number of shares out their that they wont try to reduce them as they move forward. since they said their will be no reverse split, i guess time will tell their. do you think as we move forward they will instead do a share buyback?
my family and i are holding a little over 2 million shares and we would like to acquire move but i do fear a reverse split in the near future. my holdings in another stock were wiped out by an r/s and i was not happy about it. i invest to make money not be r/s'd out of my shares.
yeah dilution sucks but hey its penny land. i got another one that was just diluted but i think it has upside so i stuck with it.

i wont. i'm mostly a flipper, but i will give companies i think have potential a longer leash. the only thing keeping from liking this company was the records. the next step is actual financials. but if they confirm the press releases it maybe to late so i'll add a little nothing major as i'm still a small time trader.

no disrespect taken but you have to see were i was coming from on this, they claimed to have all these transportation services that i could not verify until now. now that i have actually seen it i'm willing to take the risk. but as some one in the transportation industry i had to see the dot record and i have.

they were, you cant slip stuff past the dot. i wanted to get my freight broker license and i have to say it is a pain in the as*. if the records aren't their then there is a major problem. i had to see a record with a company connected to PTAH. you provided that, thank-you.
on second thought finding this record does it for me. i will be increasing my holdings.
i would love to make enough on this and some of my other plays to start my own trucking company.
and i have to add that i am a class a driver, i do have some background in this and my concerns were legitimate. i also thought about becoming a broker and leaving the transport part of the business after surviving this, but i threw myself into becoming a student of the stock market instead.
i have found a dot record for RT&T. however if northford is also operating as a broker they must have a dot number. what is nortfords exact purpose?
same with kingsley if they are operating as a broker they must have a dot humber. see the picture below.
if nortford and kingley are operating as brokers they must have a dot and mc number no exceptions.
who ever is actually providing the service of broker must have a number. based on what you said i get the impression that RT&T is providing the service of broker because they have the dot number witch is required to perform these functions and nortford is doing the billing etc.
if we can agree that you have the roles reversed then i believe that i am satisfied with this company.

i understand this but the fact of the matter is i cannot find any existence of nortford only eggspress. i could careless if its in the iowa database it is not in the DOT database and as a logistics company either broker or carrier it must have a DOT number to operate witch i cannot find for nortford. get me a DOT number. kingsley also must have a DOT number.
each independent must have a DOT number regardless of holding company.
the only way kingley and nortford would not have a DOT number is if they were absorbed into and are conducting operations as eggspress.
as i said before i am curious about this company and will be holding for a while but with out dot numbers i am skeptical.
i'm not a basher or a shorter just a concerned shareholder that can't verify anything the company has stated. below is a picture of my portfolio i have 200k shares very small. heres my plan if the DOT records are updated with current claims i will buy more. if they are not i will drop them and i could careless about what PRs say if it can't be verified with the DOT then it does not exist, a carrier or a broker must have a DOT number to conduct business no EXCEPTIONS.

if the companies are two separate entities eggspress and nortford both must have a separate dot number. if they were merged in to one company they would have one number. eggspress currently only has 9 trucks on the record if they merged it would be updated that they have more trucks. if they were doing business as PTA holdings (the parent company) then PTA would be registered with the DOT witch they are not.

i was able to look up the records for Eggspress transport and confirmed that they reported 9 trucks and 9 trailers. For the other company they are suppose to own NortFord, LLP i cannot find any DOT or FMCSA records of this company and the DOT number i did find that supposedly belonged to them was invalid and the MC number is registered to a different carrier.
any here that are in tread carefully. i'm in but only looking for a flip. they keep reporting revenue and like it says in my profile i could careless if its true or not so long as the reaction is favorable.
originally though this could be a long term hold, but since i cannot find any records of the other company they supposedly own i cant justify holding long term.
i cant find any evidence to support their reported revenue either. i was employed by a small company for 2012 my former company reported 11 trucks 11 drivers and 1,125,461 miles driven and this company was barley hanging on with the cost of diesel, repairs etc. compare that to Eggspress who reported 9 trucks 9 drivers and 92,000 driver miles for 2012.
they are suppose to be a broker as well, i cannot verify this either as i cannot find a MC or FF Number witch all brokers are required to have.

one last thought the websites, cant find a website for Nortford any where and the info on the PTA website is lacking in depth. very sparse no information about the brokerage other than a little paragraph and a general phone number on the site.
compared to CH Robinson witch is also a publicly traded company.
