Once again I'm thoroughly disgusted with this company. I sent them another email through their web site. I asked them again about their marketing strategy. It doesn't even go through. I'm not going to sell this crap stock because of the potential jump if they ever do get lucky. GLTA
A previous news bulletin announced that this company would be having initial website launch, followed by mobile apps. OK, the initial website has obviously been launched. Mobile apps are supposed to follow in the near future. Can any of you computer savvy folks out there tell me - How does this generate income for SnooGoo? Do people have to buy the apps? Does SnooGoo get a percentage of apps that are sold? This stuff is new to some of us older guys & I just wanted to know how exactly this company expects to generate profits enough to create demand for their stock.
I wonder what Miss Penny Marshall has to say about this mess. Didn't she buy in using her 450,000 dollar salary at .06 a share? That looks to me like she's lost two thirds of her salary already. No movies, No financing, No Yellow, Stock price tanking. WTF!!
The Scottrade "Company Background" section no longer refers to Snoogoo as a shell company. It has been updated to say:
Company Background
Snoogoo Corp., formerly Casey Container Corp., is the developer of a new platform. The new platform is designed to allow individuals and groups to search, save and share a wide variety of digital information online. Snoogoo can tap into organic content archived on Snoogoo, search engines, video, audio and image resources. Snoogoo can also tap into social media and reference sources in a single intelligent interface.
Yesterday I sent them a message through the website's "Contact Us" section. I asked them how they plan to market this. Also I asked them the same thing you just asked - How about a news update!!! So far - no response. but I did send the website out over FB.
Looks like we are still spinning wheels.
These items have changed (increased) considerably recently. I don't know if this could be a bad sign or a good sign. But it seems to be a signal that something is brewing.

Nice website for sure but does this mean we have a product? Having a website doesn't generate income does it? They had a nice website before & I don't think they ever made a dime. We are making moves but we still haven't advanced past where we were before. Keeping fingers crossed & Hope to see something kick start this thing by summer. Good Luck To All.
Aren't most of these guys in their 70's already? How much more time are they going to waste "Making Plans"??? Isn't it time for them to S#!t or get off the pot?? Honestly I can't see where making plans does anything for anybody. Nobody can possibly be making any money off their stock. Including management. WTF!!!
"RAISE CAPITAL"??? They spent five years trying to "RAISE CAPITAL" for the biodegradable plastics business!! Every once & a while they would put out a news bulletin that different companies were going to provide millions of dollars in financing. It turned into a whole lot of nothing. Looks like this is going to do the same. A whole lotta nothing!!!
I believe I saw yesterday the volume when pps dropped to one penny was about 77,000 shares. I wonder who got those shares & I also doubt at this particular time that they will be able to sell them. Which brings me back to what I've been saying all along. They need a friggin product before this stock goes anywhere but down. But I guess that has been the big question all along - Does anyone think this company will actually have a product?
Moon River Studios ('Moon River') announced today it has partnered with Enterprise Fleet Management. So is this partnership supposed to breath new life back into MDNT stock? It's being delisted, right? Both these POS stocks have been doing nothing but going down for as long as I've been watching them. What exactly does this partnership mean for MDNT or FONU??
Share price just dropped to a penny. It seems as if a share price drop this much ought to prompt a news update pretty damn quick. Whether good news or bad, some type of information needs to be released. Seems like this ticker ought to be changed to SNOOSEY!!!
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't I read a couple of weeks ago that this company was going to be "delisted"? Doesn't delisted mean that it will no longer be trading shares at all? On any market? Why then, are folks still purchasing like a million or more shares a day?? Especially when it has been at 0.0001 for months with no indications of going up even to 0.0002. I don't get it.
A previous press release mentioned that SnooGoo’s technology team has begun harmonizing code and server technology to bring the systems online and prepare beta testing. After doing some research, it looks like "Beta Testing" takes place after "Alpha Testing" has been completed. Alpha testing takes a long time. It looks like the Beta testing can take a few weeks to a few months. Both tests appear to expose the product to selected private & public groups of people & companies. Those people use the product & re-use it again & again to find out what is good & bad with it. Essentially it appears that these tests will simply "work the bugs" out of the product before it is presented to the general public. This is interesting but I hope these tests are completed in a timely fashion & I hope we can see some positive results before too long.
Enough with the suspense already. IMO this stock will not do ANYTHING until some concrete evidence is presented that we have a marketable product with actual paying customers. Come on SGOO!! The days of previous BS are over. Folks are tired of waiting. We need something real - very soon - before pps starts to slip backwards.
This was taken from the 8K filing. - On Jan 20, 2015 the Board of Directors accepted the resignations of James T. Casey and Martin R. Nason from their seats on the Board of Directors. Martin R. Nason will remain the company's president & CEO. At this time the board will not appoint replacements to the seats vacated by Mr. Casey & Mr. Nason. The Board of Directors will remain a three member board for the interim.
Martin resigned from the BOD. He's still president & CEO.

So - Jake says the FONU and MDNT shareholders are all happy?
Is he out of his mind??? A year ago do I see that FONU shares were over $50.00 a share?? And what is it today? It's under a nickel!!! When I bought in to MDNT last summer, the stock was 0.0033 and now its one tick away from bankruptcy. MDNT has been stripped down to next to nothing. HAPPY?? I think not!!!
How does anyone figure this POS is still alive. Please explain.
If folks continue to stand their ground & keep the "ASK" at 0.18, and an announcement gets made that there are actual paying customers - BINGO!!! CHA CHING!!!
Looks like our stock needs more than a name change and a plan to get things rolling. Perhaps, if the next news bulletin were to announce they have actually sold something to a customer & have an income generating product, that might be enough to kick this thing in the ass & get it moving!!!
Just a question here - OK, so Penny Marshall invested a lot of money in FONU. Is that supposed to make MDNT shares go up??? It sure doesn't look like it. FONU is a totally different company. Here is MDNT still in the greys & struggling along at 0.0001 as it has for months. And FONU is down 16% today. So we end up with a couple hundred dividend shares of FONU @ 4-5 cents on top of our MDNT shares(worth next to nothing) . What needs to be done to make MDNT shares go up??? It just ain't happenin.
In addition, if they come out with a billion shares for this new company, won't the stock price drop proportionately?
Thanks very much - It looks like it's a contingency agreement. IF they make money - THEN they pay him. It's still just nothing but plans for the future. Does anyone have any idea of how much less it should cost to launch their software business compared to opening a bottle making facility? They haven't mentioned if they have any potential customers lined up. Are they going to rely on paid advertising to market this thing? Or do they plan to rely on their corporate contacts from all the past fortune 500 companies they've been involved with??
So far - I think there might be some hope for an actual real product - As long as they DON'T put out news bulletins saying that:
A)Such & such a company is agreeing to finance millions of dollars for their product.
B) Product available (example) 4th quarter 2015.
Based on the past, those type of "Forward looking" statements never amounted to anything.
If we start seeing those types of updates, they're probably not going to amount to a hill of beans.
I just hope they don't announce that they have to borrow money. That would just be - same S#%T different day baloney.
Nice new news bulletin this morning. CSEY has now acquired the new technology they announced last month. They now have the new share technology for computers as well as the ability to make biodegradable plastics. For me,there are still too many phrases like "will be" and "intends to". In all honesty, we have heard these types of phrases before and nothing ever materialized. And currently the website looks to me like it is only a cover page.
Additionally, it was announced that they have engaged "a leading IT development group who has provided services to growing businesses up to Fortune 500 companies for over two decades". Once again, there is no indication of who this group could be. Once before, they were dealing with another group to obtain finances but were hesitant to say who it was.
Pardon the skepticism but we have been here before. We need to progress to the next step.
Let's see something more than future plans, let's see something real.
Wow! .06 & climbing. Slow & steady. Is it possible we are witnessing a resurrection? The sky's the limit as long as an actual product does manage to materialize. GO CSEY!! Or should I say - GOO SNOOGOO!! LOL
Safe Weekend to everyone!
QUESTIONS:
Does anyone know:
1) What is the stock symbol? Do they even have one yet?
2)Do our shares automatically get transferred over into our online trading account from CSEY to SNOOGOO?
3) CSEY shares seem to have been frozen for the last several days. When does SNOOGOO start trading?
James T. Casey - Career highlights include a senior management role with U.S. Industrial Chemical Co. where he became very well versed in plastic extrusion methods, blow molding of plastic containers, shipping of industrial chemicals and regulations for shipping chemicals.
Based on the last item in the link - They still need to "Aquire The Asset". Hope that is not the same BS we've been used to. Hope they "aquire" it PDQ.
1st Item:
Looks to me like there are positive vibes in this information. Looks like they're reducing debt which is good. Very good. Stock has already started rising.
2nd Item:
Let's face it even though a couple of people are no longer on the BOD, they are still running the company & will have a voice in what takes place. Looks like a lateral move that has to be announced but might not change a thing - good or bad.
Stock still showing some daily volume & inching up one iota at a time. Better than the last 6 months (or year). Need to keep the momentum going so it will snowball. Hang in there - Good luck to all who have weathered the storm.
By the way - Worksfornickles - Those stocks you recommended do look like quality stocks that are good movers. Good companies, Nice volume, decent prices. Thanks!
Stock & volume are inching up slowly. If they (CSEY) would strike while the iron is hot, they would put out a "QUALITY" news bulletin & the stock might spike. If there is no news, this little jump could fizzle out. NEED GOOD NEWS NOW!!! NO MORE BS!!
We need a product. Not a promise!!
Exactly!! Five years of "We're gonna do this - We're gonna do that. And still nothing gets done. If there is no update on the software company soon (very soon) That will speak for itself.
Even if there is an update - It will probably be like all the other updates, Talking around in circles & saying what they're gonna do. In other words - SAYING NOTHING!
Dribs & drabs here & there. How long can they exist on mere speculation?? They're not going to have any kind of movement in volume or price UNTIL THEY HAVE A FRIGGIN PRODUCT!!!! Computer software or plastic bottles. You gotta make something!! What a mega disappointment.
CSEY reportedly has been trying to borrow money over the last several years to make biodegradable plastic bottles. But this is the absolute worst recession this country has seen in decades. Nobody - but nobody - is lending any money to anyone. As this economy improves - if CSEY raises partial funding on their own and borrows the rest - is there any reason to believe that they will never make biodegradable plastic bottles?
2015-01-13 News Bulletin:
Casey Container Reaches Letter of Understanding to Acquire Breakthrough Search and Share Technology as the Foundation for a New Business Direction in the Company.
Interesting. This generates lots of questions such as:
1) Have we given up on biodegradeable plastics in order to go into the computer business?
2) Is this new Share Technology going to generate income to make biodegradeable plastics or is it a separate business altogether?
This could be a good thing in that every penny they generate on their own is one that they don't have to borrow.
but it could also be an indication that they still haven't found anyone to lend them any start-up funds.
Nothing to do but stay tuned. Stock jumped a little this morning.
