Shocked they have been pumping this thing for so long. It's been impressive actually!
Check out this interesting question (from Yahoo message board):
How is FAB #$%$) listed out of the exact same address (same suite and everything) as Future Healthcare of America #$%$TU)?

This may get walked back a couple more cents, but it's going to slingshot at some point in the not-too-distant future.
Naysayers who start joining the board are either shorting or hoping to help in inducing a sell-off in order to find a more favorable entry price.
I bought stock just last week where the company saw good news, and the price pulled back by .05 cents (after good news?!). I got in at .083 and it ended-up dropping to mid .07's. After a few days, it made it's run up to the low .20's.
I'm just putting that out there.
There are so many variables there (i.e. future/ current contract value, share structure changes, unforeseen competition, etc.) that I can't really answer what their market cap could potentially be.
Near-term, I think the S/P will run up to the .20 - .30 range, maybe higher.
I do think that they're definitely in a billion dollar industry, but I don't know what the companies ceiling is. I personally think they will breach at least a one billion dollar market cap at some point and, with current share structure, that would put them at around $1.34/ share. IMHO, with an abundance of contracts and lack of competitors, it could easily grow into a multibillion dollar company.
At 3 billion, with current share structure, the S/P would be around $4.03.
It looks as though; w/o it actually being spelled out; they're getting a U.S. government mandate for GSA contractors who deal with DOD to use their product. If that is the case, and there are no viable alternatives, this company could explode over the next two years.
CNN wrote an article regarding the threat of counterfeiting that states: "By 2015, ICC expects the value of counterfeit goods globally to exceed $1.7 trillion. That's over 2% of the world's total current economic output."
You tell me how big the market cap here is?
Has anyone on the board scouted APDN's competition?

Bottom of page regarding APDN's presentation at SAE (Love how it's a "Keep it relevant" / "Foot in the door" approach. They need to attack the cost savings angle. It's the most relevant item for our times.):

All in at .10! Well, not "all" in but I threw down on a few shares. This may pull back to .07 (bid whackers are hard at work), but I'm not sweating it.
For those of you who are legitimately invested in this, my piece of advice to you is, if it pops past your "in" price, I'd sell and take profits at the first hint of a dip. You can always buy back in on a bounce.
Regardless, I do think this company is a good investment, long-term. I believe that it's not your typical penny stock. I do think that it'll take them getting out of the red (net) for you to see a significant uptick. Getting out of the red will also allow them to move beyond the need for dilution, which is key.
I've done a good amount of DD on this stock and it looks like DOD is all in with APDN, and that's a good thing. It's estimated that there are around 14,000 companies with GSA contracts (http://www.startupnation.com/business-articles/9439/), inclusive of 12,000,000 items. Plus, they're about to go crazy with international contracts. I'm interested to see what the new CFO's approach is.
I've been blessed with an ability to pick really good growth stocks. I could give you examples but then my post would be removed for being "Off Topic".
I could also provide you with some garbage penny stock bounce plays next week, but I'd be off topic there as well.
God bless all of you and good luck!
I think their revenues will steadily increase over the next year. You could even see a significant revenue increase during that time-frame. If that happens, hopefully that will stave off any additional dilution.
If they did a 1/10 R/S, the float would be 50mil and the S/P would be less susceptible to P&Ds.
I'm not sure what their overhead will look like because that is based largely on what they intend to do expansion wise.
GB&GLTA
A few things actually: The fact that they've got contracts in-place in what is a potentially multi-billion dollar industry.
The fact that they're bringing on a very capable CFO. They've got multiple upcoming presentations that, I believe, will attract more institutional investors.
YTD they've increased their staff significantly and are ramping-up operations.
The only thing that would make me hesitate is fundamentals and current share structure. I think the former will is going to change over the next few quarters.
I intend on trading the pricing action over the next few weeks but this isn't your typical penny stock. I definitely intend on purchasing and holding shares, long-term.
The next two weeks for APDN will be very interesting.
Regardless of current manipulation, I think this company is turning a corner.
If the float were a little lower, it would make the bid whacking more difficult but it'd still get manipulated. Just load the dip.
Ground floor is coming soon. Isn't it funny how near-term potential catalysts can cause share price to drop? God bless America!
Anyone have a rough idea on contract award time-frame for Biowatch? I understand it's been kicked back a few times already.
I though that because I am that. I got the 52 week low alert, did a little DD on it, and now I'm here waiting to see where the ground floor is.
The company looks great, other than the fact that there's been heavy dilution. The dilution was needed to raise capital at the early stages, most companies do that. Part of that, for this company, can be attributed to mismanaging of finances. Hopefully, with the newly appointed CFO, they'll be past that.
Like I said before, I'm just waiting to see where the new support level is before I pull the trigger. I'd rather get fewer shares than buy in and be down 30% of my investment immediately.
God bless and good luck to all
Or it's people who got alerted to either the volume and/ or the new 52 week low and are looking for a new price to get in at. There are three quarters of a billion common shares out there for this company
I don't believe there's any requirement for them to file prior to dumping.
I wonder if the new CFO got shares handed to her as part of her 'welcome aboard'. Any idea how many shares the Board of Directors currently holds?
Regardless, I'm going to wait until this settles on a new support level and stake out a long position.
Wow, dilution is killing this stock! Summer of 2012 it was trading in
the .04-.07 range. Anyone else see it headed there now?
As unpopular as it might be, they need to complete a reverse split in
the next few months. That way they can get listed with the big boys,
which would be much more attractive to institutional investors.
I'm familiar with holding the bag when a company tanks. I was in Great Basin Gold when she got halted (worst bounce play ever).
There could be really something really good brewing behind the scenes but I'm banking on it being the flip-side to that.
Is there a ton of dilution here? Where's the ground floor on this thing?
It's a decent drop if it falls past .11. The 200dma on the weekly chart shows support at the .07 range.
Thanks!
Yea, I got in this morning and out this afternoon, just before close (whew).
My main concern is with shares getting dumped. The company is in BK proceedings, after all. Last Thursday it was trading in the .15 range and I wasn't interested in it reaching that range again with me holding.
GLTA and GB!
Buyout rumors have circulated for years. It'd be great if they pulled out of BK proceedings due to a buyout by a company with competent leadership.
Buyout rumors? I know she's been a target before. What's the latest word?
I don't know if they'll get the contract or not. The people involved in the awarding of government contracts aren't always as objective as they're supposed to be.
It was really smart of them to partner with some big dogs: http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/PositiveID-PSID-Partners-With-Boeing-BA-United-Technologies-UTX-Subsidiary-on-3-billion-Biowatch-Opportunity/s/via/6540/article/view/p/mid/1/id/100/
I'm just waiting for a support level to be established before jumping in.
GL&GB
I don't know too much about Ironridge, specifically, but I do know that equity firms remain in business for one reason; they make money.
They don't gamble, and PSID is a gamble at this point in the game.
My guesstimate is that, in the coming weeks/ months, the stock price will head south towards .01, maybe sub-penny but probably not.
I think it'll fluctuate between .01 and .08 range (maybe not that high); with "big money" bid-whacking to shakeout shares and, subsequently, absorbing those shares along the way; selling out in the .05-.08 range. That way, by the time news rolls out on who the contract was awarded to, the "big investor(s)" have already made their money back and then some; possibly even still holding a substantial position.
JMHO.
I'm going to wait to see what the support level is and stake out a long position.
Good luck to all and God bless!
Were there any restrictions on the shares Ironridge was issued with respect to price or date (e.g. securities executable at .01 not before May 1, 2014)?
Yep. There's some potential here. Just waiting for the bottom
Is this going into a death spiral? The company looks so promising
Level 2 looked spectacular at closing bell. Awesome bid support! GLTA mañana (except the shorts)
Buy the dip, sell the rip, and don't fall in love. What's the name of this company again?
Off the cliff?
Can't wait to see where she's headed! Ish is about to get loco
When's lift-off on this thing?
If these guys were halfway serious with this, they could make a killing solely from the overseas money transfers angle. If they could figure out a flat rate fee, they could become the Western Union slayers.

This ain't my first rodeo.
Do what you need to do though. Don't buy, sell, or hold because of me.
That's been posted. The info is as of June 15th
For anyone down and sweating it, just set your sell at $1, hang out and whether the storm.
Nice guy
Your interest is?
One post per day? Did you punch out already?
Either way you slice it, this price is a great entry point! The negative attention was anticipated heading into this week. Think about it, DNYS is attracting a lot of negative attention because...? Why would these posters who aren't holding any shares be here in the first place. Just lock, load, and hold on for the ride.
Well, cheers to my fellow "bagholders" because my bag is getting bigger by the day! I was sweating not being able to pick up more before this thing takes off.
They wouldn't
