Fidelity is the only one I think that has settled shares.

My guess is Flo-Rida per Lalpina's latest tweet from a few hours ago. But who knows! I guess we'll see soon enough with the PR. I think most shares via scottrade and etrade will come live by mid-to-late next week. I think someone on the board confirmed that earlier this week. By then it'll be about 3 weeks.

Been with this for about a year and a half and this is my first R/S Ever. I got to admit, Ive seen other RS happen and those tickers often go into the crappers. This stock so far has remained in decent shape post-rs. I guess time will tell when shares are done settling (maybe 1 week left).

Im optimistic about this one as there are true developments in the background such as M&A, celeb, Mike Heller. With Mike's rep on the line as a board member, i don't think he will let this fail, especially in the realm of celebrity branding. My guess is there's already a celeb signed up. The RS was definitely tough to take. Even I was super unhappy about it, but what can we do? I think good things are around the corner.

This is true. I think there'll eventually be new shares to pay for celeb, M&A, etc. but the good thing is that it'll be restricted for a year. The new shares (IF) would EASILY pay for themselves if AC and MH lands a celeb like Kendrick Lamar. I won't be selling for a while too. The risk/reward is good here.

Scottradeans etrade still haven't settled. Those are two big players that haven't settled their shares. Im confident there won't be a major selloff when the two said brokers settle the shares.

Gang tight, Odega. Us longs got hammered but fundamentally, nothing has changed. Mike Heller is still on board so I'm positive celeb news is happening soon! We now look like legitimate with a PPS above $1. I noticed something interesting, shortly after the buy-side firm tweet, we had a R/S. I'm assuming something BIG must be around the corner. Nobody or institutional buyers would have taken this company seriously with the PPS at sub penny.

Yup, that's an accurate time frame for settlement. Folks can trade HIPHD already via Fidelity.

Excellent point Smoove. The longs all got caught with our pants down and its quite disappointing. We were rewarded with a turd for being loyal for so long. I will have to trade this stock differently from now on. I was expecting some monumental news (GOOD news), not a RS. stinky pinky, what can I say?

Lot of folks were caught with their pants down on this news. But im still hanging on. Nothing's changed regarding the developments the company has made. look at our PPS, its already going back up!

Ive waited too long to sell for a loss. I'll keep hanging on. JC's stock is doing well after the R/S. I think we can see the same progress after our R/S happens.

This reminds me of last year when it hit 0001 even though there were bids were at MUCH higher levels.
