Timber. Things are falling fast here. Is Ed going to let this go down this time? Or, does he have other plans in store?
I suppose time will tell. I suppose that, in the big scheme of things, I could lose some profits if you are correct.
On the other hand, I could sell my position and take the profit. I'm still confident that we will get some non-bankruptcy news. For that reason, I'm holding on for a nice payday.
I could be wrong. I have been wrong before. It's just something that doesn't happen very often.

Topics for discussion:
Can the CEO legally/financially/personally(ego, whatever) afford to let COIN sink?
Does he have ethical/legal/professional duties that he is required to perform? (Think back to corporations 101, regardless of where or how you learned about it.)
Any thoughts on merger & acquisition plans that are certainly in the making?
I'm I the only person who remains bullish, if for no other reason than the CEOs history of keeping COIN alive?
I would love to see some posts from of usually quiet followers here.
Yet another day of absolute indecision amongst buyers and sellers. If the bearish in here are correct, I'd expect bankruptcy news anytime now.
Quite frankly though, I think that if that news were actually coming we'd likely have already heard.
On the other hand, if the alleged manipulation, from some of those bears, is actually occurring, I would expect another spike fairly soon, from a mostly technical/historical basis.
I am still long with freebies. I suppose I that I am risking some losses, which would, of course, used as a write-off.
Bottom Line: I remain optimistic of another pay day with COIN while also fully understanding and empathetic with those who are so bearish, regardless of their reasoning for being that way.
Good luck to all here! (Even those who were sailors in the past ; ] )
In which direction and based on what?
Then why continue to "speculate" if you have "no position in COIN and don't want one?"
I sure would like to have that kinda time to spare!
I'm fairly certain that you are correct. Additionally, I do not believe his departure from COIN was a happy one.
I've read all of your posts already. Thanks for the new date stamp on your referral back to your previous post. Thanks for another attempt to sway people with artificial intelligence with your "big words." In the USMC I learned KISS for, well...
And pretty much the first day of law school that plain English is better than... You aren't drafting a contract here. Once again, thanks for coming out. Tomorrow, we can have a spelling bee, if you'd like! = ]
Please define machinations. Then apply to COIN. Be as specific as you can because now I'm really taking notes. FYI, the long arm of U.S. law and international law is well within reach. Keep it up!
Fraud is criminally, not merely unethical. You had made accusations of criminal fraud on this board in the past. Therefore, detective, you should feel that same sense of duty to report alleged criminal activity. Don't simply save those fortunate few who get to read your posts here ;) No, continue to save the world from making money with your classic posts. They always make me chuckle!
Haha! You were at .0034 all day! It'll go higher tomorrow.
Maybe not all the way to .01, but I'm looking for a huge spike up by EOW.
You've been making accusations here about the Gildeas long before March 5.
IF there was an action, don't you think that said action would include any and all relevant issues such as all of your accusations going back as far as the statute of limitations would allow, therefore giving you standing? I suppose now you'll say that you lost your money here so long ago that you would be outside of the SOL. Sorry, I'm just not buying it.
Thanks for the lesson/flashback in civil procedure. As always, good luck and best wishes!
Sure thing. You just said that you did it the weekend after the 10-K. I suppose you'll now say that the RI entity filings were done on the same day. Maybe you should start on that derivative action against Gildea, etc.
Awesome. What took you so long? You've been preaching here forever. If you were so sure of yourself, as you often make clear by quoting your own previous posts, why wait so long to file a complaint?
Now, that's what I call active participation! If you really want to be a hero, you should pick up the phone and talk to an investigator with either the FBI or SEC. Oh wait, that would kinda kill the false sense of anonymity that you think you have both here and with SEC online reporting.
Let us know when you hear back from them. Haha! Beyond comical, once again!
Where's the "like" button on ihub? Haha!
More with the conspiracy theories? Should we start talking about derivative actions again, Meastro, I mean Detective?
I think you have a few handles, but I'm confident that you've got this one wrong. You were here, buying up shares when I was. You know where I pulled the trigger. Yeah, I'm holding a share or two, but certainly not a bag holder at current levels. It's hard be jaded when you're holding free shares. Worst case scenario: I will have failed to take some profits, but not really lost anything. However, we both know that this is going higher. Sorry that you didn't get this down to .0016 where you wanted to reload, but you, too, can still make money from here.
Do you really think Gildea has ever taken his eye off of the MJ sector?? While I appreciate your honest opinion about bankruptcy, you and others have been saying that for years. In the meantime, I'll gladly stick around and continue to make money. A few posts back you blatantly said that you were only concerned about making money. Now you're here seemingly concerned about others being tricked by people on another site?
Later, Maestro. See you next trip.
Watching closely and still holding on for the ride. Strong Buy at these levels. Gildea is not going to let this go down. On the other hand, a buyout or merger wouldn't surprise me. Either way, there is still easy money to be made here.
"Too scared to show my cards?"
I loaded up on .0008-9s, don't you remember? You were here. I have sold shares on spikes and added more on dips. That's kinda the idea. I suppose that if you yearn for more specifics, you could say that i have lots of freebies. Or if you just wanna call them .0008s, from where i stand, i say that I'll still be sitting pretty if your ludicrous .0015-6 prediction actually were to pan out. Bottom line: I make money while you make noise.
How old are you? Like 12? Wanna bet???? I dare you!!! Get a clue.
How old are you? Like 12? Wanna bet???? I dare you!!! Get a clue.
We should rename you maestro of Detectives. The news comes in the form of SEC filing. The schedule of such filings is not shrouded in secrecy, but to the contrary, quite obvious. COIN is going higher. Quit trying to get cheaper shares by spreading your nonsense on this board. Once again, you know nothing about COIN.
Insider trading carries stiff penalties I the US. I cannot speak to the law from wherever it is you come from. You know nothing more than anyone else. The SEC filings are clear. Smooth sailing ahead for COIN. I'll catch up with you again after you miss the next run. As always, it's been "real nice chatting with you!"
Long COIN.
Full disclosure: I own the master...
Comedy hour in here today, my son? Come back when you have something relevant to contribute to the COIN discussion.
Just to be clear, you're clearly referring to some other flip-flopping poster than me. I have no such track record. But you spot on on your analysis of another who spends too much time here.
GLTA
Speaking of annoying, if you're out, why do you waste your valuable time trolling and calling out "pumpers" here? Looking to buy me cheapies?
There are numerous bills out there in several states. I doubt that Florida will be leading the pack after the Feds reschedule MJ. State rights issues take years. This will follow a similar course to the prohibition of alcohol, state by state, just at a much faster pace due to differences in technology and media awareness. Florida just isn't all that progressive these days.
Regarding the 0.02 trade, all I can say is that it was a bad idea at the time. I wasn't following COIN at those levels. I'm not implying that any of the possible buyouts are imminent. Most of what I hear rumors. If I had any hard facts, it would obviously be insider information. I don't have inside information. I do, however know how trade equities. While it will likely be awhile before we see 0.02, unless buyout happens, I'd say you're pretty safe with your 0.0037s, but perhaps not so much with the 0.02s.
I'm not trying to perform miracles with my posts. I'm just pointing out obvious possibilities. I cannot mention specific companies because then the message as spam. What I can say is that you likely wouldn't have to look any further than the MMJ sector, at least for the short term. (I, too, differentiate between trades and investments).
Long term: Possibilities are endless. Already making a nice entrance into the wine industry.

No bill needs to be passed for marijuana to be grown in the Sunshine State. Trust me. I spent a few years there for law school. No, what COIN needs, is an individual with at least some intellectual capacity in its marketing and advertising sections. There will always be the need for efficient organic liquid fertilizer, i.e. growers regardless of legality.
My money is still waiting for the buyout. There seem to be a few interested companies and some actually even seem to have some cash on hand. As always, conduct your own due diligence. It's all right there for you. Or, just continue to watch from the shore and continue to miss the waves.
Long on my .0008s. "I bet you wish you had listened then."
Nice spread! Awesome job to the wannabe market makers, especially you CDEL!
Yeah, but Thornbush failed to point out the positive aspects of the vertical farming sale, i.e substantial debt reduction and the ability to focus on the core fertilizer business. Then again, I'd never expect anything positive from anyone with such a glass-half-empty approach to everything. Motives of individuals on this board are often way too obvious. Not sure about the email. Spam box maybe? Tomorrow should be another great day here!
I'm pretty sure he has his hand in the mix. However, it's understandable for a CEO not to publicly come out in favor of the MJ movement given the current political debacle and pending litigation over rescheduling.
But it would seem crazy to call COIN's mirroring of the sector a mere coincidence, regardless of the vertical farming status.
Aside from MJ, there also seems to be more and more interest in organic growing in the vino industry. The trade show activity is also picking up. Good things are coming!
Oh yeah, BUY confirmed on American Bulls for all of the technical people out there. I agree. I think we'll pass that mark by Friday.
http://americanbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=COIN&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S
Good luck Sailor!
Even better. Either way, it's not a bad thing to take profits on the upswings. Selling a few of my .0008s at either .005 or .015 make for a good day where I'm from ; )
Maybe not a half penny by close today, but likely by close on Friday, if not tomorrow. Enjoy the ride!
GLTA
I agree. I'll continue to keep taking half a penny, for now, at least. However, I wouldn't be so quick to continually dismiss the MJ connection. Don't think for a minute that Gildea doesn't still have his hand in the MJ sector. Time will tell! As always, long COIN.
