I wonder how much more NITE has left to sell. He keeps narrowing the spread. At the same time he is holding the bid up from going below .206. If a good news is imminent, why do so? Could this be a possible manipulation for whatever reason god knows? Just sharing my concerns.

I can't tell you what to do, but that's what I'm looking for. I'm waiting to see day traders get agitated and get out by the stagnant movement and momentum traders (those who think the stock will gap up tomorrow) come in and support the downward movement and bring it up steadily. The last hour had been basically unexciting. a lot of trades under 1000 shares went thru. That could mean the promoters are desperate to stabilize and keep the price up, and paint a decent chart for a possible pump before close or even tomorrow morning. For the past few minutes volume and buying seems to have improved relatively speaking. But still far from exciting. In general, what do I know?

I disagree. WNYN went up by more than 270% on the second day. There was a much stronger volume. In this case, however, we are not seeing that. If, only if, this stock attempts to go as high as it did at the opening today(at least once) and closes with upside momentum, then it could possibly gap up. On the other side, who knows it could gap down.

I agree with you John. Usually if they don't get the pump and volume they expect by the first half hour and there is no aggressive bidding, chances are people are taking the back seat and waiting to see what happens. They attempted to paint a good chart(double bottom)and tried to take out the neck line by a very thin volume (less than a 1000). We will see if anyone falls for that. I collected my profit, and now it's time for another runner.

I don't think the big seller is done yet. I believe they are waiting till the bid builds up. Don't be fooled by the seemingly thin bid on level 2. A lot of orders from different firms (such as etrade and a few others) are going through NITE.

Any short term predictions?

NITE is both on the bid(15,000) and on the offering(5000). My question is that who would sell at .199 when the next ask is .24? If the seller is willing to sell this cheap why not hit the bid? I think NITE is trying to box the trade. What do you guys think?

I agree with you Celtic it may sound like you said, but the truth is I am 100% confident this stock will pay off and there is NO reason to be emotional or even desperate. I just wanted to be a little aggressive(however you may interpret that). Here is a hypothetical for argument sake. I believe that if a stock moves with no news it moves much stronger with a great news! If we manage to get this stock up to a price range of .35-.5 or even higher, when the good news comes in and the big guys and the smart money will take it from there to how high I don't know. But if the smart money comes in at .2 it may not take the price as high. Also, some people like to see strong momentum. If we can attract some buyers to strengthen the momentum I don't think that hurts. In addition, I would like to see people like me(small time traders on the way to riches) to take part in this rare opportunity than millions grossing smart money people. I am sure If you hadn't known about this stock, you would love to hear a tip from anyone while the stock is still trading at this price. Who doesn't want to see their friends benefit, or even strangers. All in all CELTIC, I value your opinion and next time I will try not to sound desperate and emotional. Sorry to disappoint you.

I don't know about you guys, but I am already getting impatient by the lack of strong movement and I'm trying to tip other promoters that I know. I wrote several emails (God knows if they read it) to influential promoters rather than waiting around. I suggest y'all do the same. We should not play the waiting game and let our fate determined by IM. I don't know a trader that doesn't know another trader. I'm spreading the word, you should too.

I agree with you Celtic. I would say it is likely the stock will close between .215 and .23. As y'all know, the reason it hasn't moved up dramatically is because the 8K reflects only "intent". When a news comes out saying the deal is complete and the company receives the $20 mil initial infusion, I expect to see a strong buying pressure.

However, what we don't know precisely is how much longer it would take to complete the deal. Those traders who understand time value of money would prefer putting their money in a different security for a larger potential gain until they see assuring stronger volume and buying power.

The stock is undoubtedly undervalued but there aren't much traders who know about it. The promoters have reached and exhausted all their followers over the past year and a half. There is not one IM follower who doesn't know about USPR. They reached a point where they can't get new buyers in. Thus far at least (we don't know who they can talk into buying this stock in the coming days). Which is certainly why we don't see new money hitting the ask.

Attn Everyone: I am new to this stock so I kinda need some advice. This company came out with a good financial report that shows positive profit for the quarter ending JUN 29th. However a close look at the numbers doesn't seem convincing for a hyped potential upside. Revenue dropped by about 62%. I would like to know what moved the stock, the newly released financial report or other major unannounced speculative outcome such as a financing deal or any other? And why are you in this stock and what do you think is a good reason for me to join the ride?
