Yes, I know Poster, a "merger notice" from your and only your brokers office. I have yet to hear confirmation from anyone else which means you're the only one to have this claim. That alone does not do anything for any of us.

I have an idea. Why dont we collectively draft a letter to Accel IR so that we can somehow get some closure on this stock. We need to hear it from the source or else we will be arguing our points and posting crazy speculation for the next several months. I'm extending an olive branch to all AAPU shareholders like myself. What do you all say?

C'mon man, if this "merger notification" was good information, at least one of our brokers would've had it by now, especially since its been 6 days from its release date. Why dont you give us the number of the TA who issued this notification so that the board members can confirm? How about it? Billiondollarman, lets think about this for a second. No one besides Poster has been able to confirm the "merger notice". Also, even if the "big" brokers are slow to react, one would think that they would at least know about it by now. Poster's "notice" was dated 4/8/08, and today its 4/11/08. Like I've repeatedly stated throughout my posts, I wish it was real. I just have serious doubts that I think are well contrieved.

RJ, there is no personal attack here. Poster is posting something resembling an actual notice of merger, yet if this notice was indeed real, it would've been noted in the national database. Like I said, I wish he was right, but at this point and time I have deep concerns about this considering there is no information out there that anyone else can confirm. Something is not right here.

Ok RJ. I wish I was a non-shareholder, but unfortunately I'm stuck with several hundred thousand shares of this pos dissolved stock. And by the way, I wish Poster was right, but I know better than to take his word.

I cant believe you're actually making this up!!!! I just called Etrade, and they said they have no record of pending merger in their database. They said if it was true, they would have something. Dude, you can get in trouble for this kind of sh*t. You are unreal!!!!

I just checked my trading account and noticed that my AAPU shares are still valued at .003 per share, even though it closed at .0002. Could this mean something?
