what do you see the divy symbols doing if the o/s is really 300 billion or so? I mean the divy's were based on a o/s of 800 billion shares and if Urbie does own 51% then will our divy's double and possibly those symbols rising from this? How do you see this scenario? TIA, Narvo
Any ideas on this for the upcoming weeks. Maybe Urban & co. has an arsenal of ammunition to slowly be released as the halted days go by.

Answer..
RG was brought in to expose the seriousness of the NSS to the SEC and to assist on how to correct this very abuse that plagues so many companies and the securities industry.
RG did his job and now a new team was brought in.
We all know that the SEC can't see past their nose and are slow to react.
When The filings were evetually presented, yes I believe with many that the SEC has the filings and the O/S and the net worth has been established.
When the new team of lawyers and IBM did present the filings, the SEC took one look and probably in my opinion was totally amazed and said,"We need to take a real close look" and 2-3 hours or even a week can't or isn't enough time.
In my humble opinion.
I think this is so great that even the SEC was in total amazement and needed to step back and conduct their own DD.
I still think that this is the ultimate play and even the SEC needed more time to sign off on this..
No my friends,It's not what stinks, but that this is so great even the regulators are stunned and absolutely shocked that little old CMKX can command the largest diamond find in the world..
Yes, a lot of questions and in time I'm sure they will be answered and to our benefit..Just maybe, the SEC is doing something in our favor and also to protect themselves once this cat is out of the bag, which it is.
After all, they need to answer why they allowed billions of shares to be traded for the last year and months. I'm sure they knew what was happening months back.I can't imagine they didn't notice a little pinky company was moving more shares daily than the NYSE and Nasdaq combined..They too are in hot water..
How about that for why we were Halted/Suspended.
Of course this is just my opinion, but heck,we certainly one way or the other will have been part of the greatest penny play of all times, regardless how it turns out..
This to me is still a very fluid and exciting play and I'm glad I have a seat in this theater..
Honey B, pass the popcorn please..
Have a good day

Ripley, Believe It Or Not: 70M Shares Trade After Michigan Man Puts Them All in Sock Drawer
(financialwire.net via COMTEX) --
March 4, 2005 (FinancialWire) A Michigan man, Robert C. Simpson, who claims to have acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of Global Links Corp. (OTC: GLKCE), if true, is likely to become the poster boy for those opposed to illegal naked short sales.
Illegal naked short sales have mostly victimized small companies such as Global Links, but has also been cited as problematic for large companies such as Martha Stewart Living OmniMedia (NYSE: MSO), Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (NYSE: KKD) and Overstock (NASDAQ: OSTK), whose CEO is said to have helped write a national ad on the subject in the Washington Post directed to President George Bush.
Simpson filed a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Schedulce 13D ( http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3299823) on February 3, showing his purchase of and sole voting power for 1,158,209 shares of the corporation.
Yet, here's the rub:
The day after Simpson purportedly stuck every last corporate certificate for Global Links in his sock drawer, the company traded 37,044,500 shares. The next day it traded 22,471,600 share. Thursday it traded 199,616.
Simpson is said to have gone back to his sock drawer, and despite the fact that a sock or two, as is always the case, were missing, all 1,158,209 Global Links certificates were still there.
Observers are asking where those other millions and millions of certificates are therefore coming from.
Hmmmmm.
The San Antonio Express-News raised the question this week as to how Congress could seriously consider placing Social Security into what it inferred is a "mess."
IgNutz' kinda tells you what is up there in the Great North???
100 mm beans..wow even if it's Canadian beans at that!
VaBlue76...was that Mickey Rooney on your picture?
ZenInvestor:
I am sory if you saw this already, but I would have to admit that this scenario is pretty much what is going on. Take care and the clock is a ticking...but for who?...I am not worried.

Ok: A must read from me:
I haven't read thru all the posts cause I just got home , but this is how I see it and i'm sticking to this story.
Today , we caught the SEC by the balls, not the other way around. We lit up a neon light by allowing the TA to know and announce that we will be releasing a PR about the O/S. If IBM wasn't calling the shots , it might be construed as a stupid move, but with him, IMO it was intentional and planned. He dared the SEC to call us to the table and they took the bait. Now, with all the filings ready, share structure set, drilling results in hand, and valuation , although still low, able to be calculated,we can lay it on the table and ask the SEC, "now what"? We've now left them with nothing else to pick at. The die is cast and they're stuck cause we know we have the goods.
Based on what grounds the SEC stated for the halt, they're appearing to make this a vendetta against UC." Withholding information? This is a pinkie and we're not entitled to squat. reg 144 is BS in this case. If this is the only thing they could find to justify the halt, we're in better shape then I even thought. No mention of bad numbers, fraudulant statements, pump and dump antics.
Maheu wanted to sit down with them at the table before we took off and this was the only way to do it. Sort of a "grandstand play "having the TA announce a PR with the share structure don't you think?? Our legal team has been preparing for this encounter for some time now and now the time is here. " Maheu never lost a case with a regulaory agency in his life." Pretty bold claim to fame.He said it in the PR. "We'll deal with them so as to avoid any future problems." Well , now he is, and the SEC has a tiger by the tail now.
IMO, not only will be start trading on the 16th, the filings will be complete and a blowout PR will be issued on ,or around the 16th.
Wec didn't get halted during the most blatent manipulative trading ever scene, but now we are , for the most minimal , bogus of reasons, 144 concerns.
Sit back , relax, and watch this play out. It had to happen and it couldn't have come at a better time. We're reporting and on the cusp of the most incredible story in stock market history.
David is about to knock Goliath for a loop thats never been scene before and I'm enjoying every minute of it.
Anyone driven to sell based on today's actions , IMO deserves to miss out on this once in a lifetime ride. Why, because they didn't dig deep enough to know what we have here. Great things don't come easy. CMKX is the classic example. It takes homework , patience , and plenty of guts.
I for one am loving every minute of this drama .And to boot,I'm gonna have a sh44load of money as well. It's never gonna happen again so try to enjoy this ride.

Everyone email the SEC about how you feel about naked shorting in c/o of CMKX and all the other co.s that have been taken advantage of. TIA!
cmkmdiamonds@sec.gov.
Thx, "whatsup111"!
Just bought GMED, great news!! see below
from the last paragraph of pr!
"While it is too soon to predict what impact the identification of these and other genes may have in terms of revenues and earnings, a 1999 article in The Wall Street Journal cited Daniel Cohen as estimating the value of a single disease-linked gene at $40-80 million," Moskowitz added.
Pr put out at 12:40 est.
Woodrots: Maybe when CMKX filed it's last SEC filing is why Roger back peddled. Maybe Urban was upset that things were taking too long and confided in Maheu and Maheu confided in Stocklein for strategies. Stocklein then suggested we file the "ammended form 15" and that is when Roger said, "wait a minute let me step back on this one, cause it is not protocol". Roger then has to protect his good name as well as his corporation. Roger may have known that this halt would take place once the "15" was filed. I believe a poster here did mention what CMKX did by not filing for 2 years then by filing the 15 was not legal. I believe it was a poster to JanetCanada. If this is so then I owe him for an apology because I did doubted his knowledge. I think it was RBinTulsa. Not sure. Take care, Narvo
Mach> remember Urban's pr where he actually gave warning to the mm's not to SHORT this symbol or they will pay dearly??? Remember that pr? I saw it a year ago from somewhere and have not seen it since. Anyone have that puppy? Thx, Narvo
RawNoc: this is for you okay? I'd rather be in my shoes then yours! LOL! You'll see why. ANd then You'll see why? LOL!
Zen: those charges that SEC has brought onto CMKX are quite piddly in my mind. Yeah right they are going to dissolve a corp. just because of that?? C'mon this halt was not that big a reason to halt. Things to look at are that it is only a 10 day halt and that the SEC could of brought down bigger charges and announced them if it they had bigger issues with CMKX. This is just a SEC/DTc to stall a little longer to get their ducks in a row. Now we wait to see what Roger, Maheu and Stocklein can and will do for CMKX. This is now forced interesting until the 17th when we may once again may start trading again. JMHO, Narvo
NMCX< maybe the area where new money will go into. I have noticed on RB that the NMCX brd. is quite active. Even with the stagnant price it has been active. gltya
Man talk about the gov't putting their foot down right at the right time. I bet SEC did just before cmkx filing. Too bad cmkx did put out a pr before the filing revealing information about the filing. Will we ever know what really happened? It sure would be nice if we did someday. Meanwhile the dice keep rolloing until March 16 or "SOONER".....Sooner now has a new definition in the book, it now reads, "sooner", means it could be sooner or later then March 16th. Take care, Narvo
Oh yeah almost forgot...ina rossanne-anna-danna voice,
" it just goes to show ya....it's always somethiinnngggng"!!!
cmkx. Glad they halted it at a .0002 then a .0001. Wouldn't like too look at that all this time. God Bless us all and may good prevail over evil. Narvo
CMKX: Where's all those MM's and brokerages going to make their coin now that they lost all that revenue with CMKX's being halted. That' alot of bank they will need to make up ....SOMEWHERE.....I wonder where????
What will they play next?
mm's lose money selling naked shares and brokerages losing their commissions.
GEMM may rocket if the divies are actually and truthfully distributed. Of course JMHO, but I wonder what the mm's opinion is???
Thank you Mach for your DD on EZTO. Greatly appreciated and I actually bought a couple of days ago and sold over half of my position this a.m. for CNES and MWIS. Now to see if it were worth it. Thx again enjoyed that post. Narvo
Hustler, RB will fail once CMKX gets it's info. out to the public. NITE behind it! Ha! Always happens when great stuff happens to a symbol. Thank God IHUB always works. Take care, Narvo

our land size alone dwarfs shore (tramp)
sure dm:
our land size alone dwarfs shore, and we have 2 superkimberlites, that we know of so far, and untold clusters..
shore has no oreo's at all.. and we have metals out the ying yang..
ad that all into the mix.. you cannot compare shore to us.. impossible.
and what if we have a major not allready signed, but getting a major to sign?
remember the august meetings, when some unannounced mining companies showed up?
ahh, what a mystery.
fipke went to 66.00 a share, when BHP billiton signed on, and fipke had nothing like us.. his was miniscule compared to us.. 15 kimberlites to our hundreds..
might as well compare fipke to shore gold.. and i'll take 66.00.. easy..
thats why we could see a hundred, give me a major, and we are off to the high times.

Thank you Rbitulsa for your take on the disputed claims. I really appreciate your time. Now where is Urban stratrgy on this? Will he get 25% or 50% of Carolyn? I don't have all the facts to it, just the rumours. Thx, Narvo
Bo: If GLKCE was to dilute then their brains would somewhere else besides their skulls. This is the op. of a lifetime for them with the o/s so low and the volume so high the mm's will need to cover somehow (like by raising the pps) to get the shares they need to cover. That is why I kept some of this.
I blieve they are in the process of buying and selling some land for a large profit, so inturn this can keep them going and hopefully make the mm's cover before their money runs out. JMHO, Narvo and I hope PTSC does a nice run.
BO, Yes SHO is worthless even to solid stocks. How sad our gov't lets this happen and then SEC states they don't do the book keeping and don't get to see this first hand. What a way to let this crime go on without any policing of sorts...until it is too late. Take care and I had a little GLKCE on the side just incase this thing is for real. Narvo

PTSC article: Feb 23, 2005 (The San Diego Union-Tribune - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News
via COMTEX) -- Patriot Scientific Corp.'s stock rose 78 percent yesterday, after
the company announced that chip-maker AMD had purchased restricted shares in the
San Diego company and had licensed some of its microprocessor technology. Shares
of Patriot Scientific, which is traded on the over-the-counter bulletin board,
closed at 25 cents, up from 14 cents. The terms of the deal are confidential,
said Lowell Giffhorn, Patriot Scientific's chief financial officer.
By paying Patriot Scientific licensing fees and investing in the small Rancho
Bernardo company, Sunnyvale-based AMD has removed itself as a potential target
of a lawsuit by Patriot Scientific, which has been suing companies to enforce
its patents for microprocessor technology. In December 2003, the company filed
patent infringement lawsuits against five Japanese computer makers, including
Sony, Fujitsu and Toshiba America, accusing them of using a Patriot Scientific's
microprocessor patent without authorization.
In turn, Intel Corp., the largest chip-maker in the world, filed suit against
Patriot Scientific in an effort to get a federal judge to declare that it was
not infringing on Patriot Scientific's microprocessor patent. In February 2004,
Patriot Scientific filed suit against a co-inventor of some of the technology to
clarify the ownership of the patents. The suits are pending.
The main patent in question is for a variable-speed microprocessor system clock
that Patriot Scientific says is used on computer processors of 125 megahertz and
faster.
Patriot Scientific's main product, microprocessors, has failed to generate any
significant revenue for the company. For the quarter ended Nov. 30, Patriot
Scientific reported revenue of $18,748 and a net loss of $1 million. In its
second-quarter earnings report, Patriot Scientific said it anticipates its
future revenue will be derived primarily from the sale of licenses, royalties
and the proceeds from litigation or settlements of patent infringement cases.
