Why are institutional investors investing so much money here...I guess they did their dd.
Ahemmm....its already on Nasdaq. Institutional investors have already invested in pmcb.
Who are these institutional investors? How many are there? Did they sign NDAs? What do they know?
Well they took down the 4.11 wall...now there is a 4.12 wall...I hope the open breaks through $5 and the sellers become chasers. It will be fun to watch!
Agree...this company needs funding to move forward. Seems like they want to do this on their own. It just makes me laugh when I read that the CEO is issuing shares to line his own pockets and take lavish vacations.
What's all the fussing about...the company is securing money to complete the remaining items as requested by the fda in order to have their phase 2b clinical trial...that's where this jumps to $50 share when the IND is approved. You really have to do your dd on this technology to see how it will open the door to a better treatment for cancer and diabetes. If you believe in this technology then buy low, hold and see how the phase 2b goes and possibly reap huge rewards. This is groundbreaking technology that will initially treat an unmet need in pancreatic cancer.
Here...learn about the company.

Pharmacyte facebook has a nice pic of billboard in Times Square welcoming PMCB to Nasdaq!
It's still kickin in after market....just hit $11.
C'mon close over $10....
Tomorrow should be great...more eyes will fall on this overnight. Could we hit $20 tomorrow?
Man these shares are flying off the shelf...
Did someone say volume like in a hostile takeover? Dont sell your shares...this technology is groundbreaking...to be used for cancer and diabetes...
Where is the pump?...I dont see any pump? Besides any pump would not cause this volume...get real folks!
Lol...its not a scam...just scare tactics.
Lol...its not a scam...just scare tactics.
When IND is approved for this groundbreaking technology pps will move to over $100...
And what is this all about?...its about a new technology that can target cancer at the site of the tumor and use only 1/3 the normal chemo to shrink a tumor...its more efficient and causes less toxicity to the body...there is no autoimmune response and results are known in about 3 months...that's it....the name of this targeted therapy is called cell in a box and PMCB owns it.
8.3 mil shares traded in pre market with a hour before market opens?
Someone is buying in the after market....
"After a necessary reverse stock split, we were able to attract numerous institutional investors who were interested in our unique technology and our extremely low float"
Who are these institutional investors?
Who cares...the patients lived longer...that's what counts...no?
Oh and trials in Germany are not considered legit? Probably less corrupt than FDA...now which big pharma is putting pressure on FDA to hassle PMCB?
Yep...Sigma Aldrich is selling cell in box so they should include all the facts about cell in box...nice try!
PROVEN APPLICATIONS
With over 40 peer reviewed publications the Cell-in-a-Box technology has shown great promise in the areas of cancer, diabetes and drug delivery research1-7. For example, in cases of localized cancerous tumors it is desirable to deliver localized treatment. To affect a localized treatment for pancreatic cancer, Cell-in-a-Box encapsulated cells were placed, using selective catheterization, into blood vessels leading to the tumor1. These cells locally converted a chemotherapeutic prodrug to its tumor toxic form. This treatment improved the 1-year survival rate from 11% to 36%. This localized treatment research is ongoing and may result in significant improvements in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
In diabetes research there have been attempts to implant islet of Langerhans cells into diabetic hosts, an approach that leads to problems suppressing the resulting graft vs. host reaction. Cell-in-a-Box encapsulated cells are protected from graft vs. host reactions and a number of experiments have been undertaken to prove the efficacy of the technology. Encapsulated islets of Langerhans cells were shown to react to changes in glucose levels in the environment and excrete insulin to the environment2. In subsequent experiments, implanted islet cells from pigs were show to control blood glucose levels in the rats for over 6 months3.

If any wants to know...cell in box already went through successful phase 1 and phase 2 trials. Do your dd.
Nice move up....news next week?
Still no one has shown any evidence of pmcb being a scam...please produce some evidence!
Nope....lots more winning in near future...its a win to get on Nasdaq...now let's win with an approved IND from FDA for an unmet need in pancreatic cancer...that's a big win.
32k shares traded already premarket...
Yeah Fred but mgmt screwed themselves over too!...I am just thinking down the road and I really believe in the science of cell in box. Anything can happen at any time from here on in...merger...buyout... partnerships....all it takes is for a big pharma to become interested. Now that PMCB is on Nasdaq the chances are increased that a big will take notice of cell in box and its many potential uses...time will tell.
Waddaya think....$25 when IND approval is announced for that unmet need...maybe more...low float.
Yessir....when fda approves IND this will explode!
ARCX looking to buy 47k shares...
Wow...lots of new MMs. Do your dd boys...PMCB looking to get IND approval for a new technology to treat an unmet need for pancreatic cancer...2 previous clinical were successful...this technology uses 1/3 the normal chemo dosage...this mean less toxicity to the body...
Now we can say we own a Nasdaq stock! Hey Yuen...you gonna reverse merger Primegen with PMCB and take over as CEO?
Good move waggs getting pmcb on Nasdaq... they said it couldn't be done. Now we have more opportunities for funding... partnerships ...institutional investors.
Lol...so how many said this will never be listed on Nasdaq? Let's now take a vote on FDA approving IND?
So Nasdaq listing tomorrow...now we will see where pps goes...main thing is where pps will be when FDA approves IND and what potential partnerships may come about...if this is traded down then it will be a great time to buy. Lots of possibilities upcoming...be ready!
