"no financials, sketchy deals, lots of fluff pr'"
What planet is this the reality again?
"those pending felony charges didn't just appear out of thin air, did they?"
Maybe you are a late arriver here. Any allegations against Vincent predate the company that is the subject of this board. Pending charges are a red herring. FYI.
"heard the excuse about it not wanting to be called a vending machine anymore. the storyline keeps changing. LOL"
Companies need to change with the times and evolve. It's what keeps them relevant. The company seemingly took a stance last year when they announced suing the competitor that was offering 24 hour access. I imagine they did that to take a social stance on how their technology is to be used.
As for FINRA taking its time... blah blah blah, Snooze. No evidence, just accusations on a message board.
"what's puzzled me about Vincent's career"
What puzzles me is that we aren't talking about the company. Any victim's of Vincent or Medbox care to speak out now? Upset shareholders, clients, etc.?
"looking silly counselor"
Counselor?, this aint law and order pal. LOL
"the management hiding behind threats "
So it wasn't you that said you had knowledge that FINRA was investigating the company or was that just an opinion? The same type of opinion I advanced in my post?
"What will be interesting is if Finra checks to see who made those trades all the way up to that $215/pps."
That would be interesting seeing that everything can be tracked so effortlessly and fraud can be detected so easily. Hmmmm, makes you wonder what's taking them so damn long. Maybe they looked into it during the insane spike to $215 where Medbox was on almost every news channel? Or maybe they don't even know Medbox exists (yah right... LOL)
Vending machines were in reference to the company Medbox sued as Medbox is not a vending machine. It sits behind the counter like hospitals use Pyxis or have you not been reading the PRs you seem to love so much. The company supports a ban on vending machines for marijuana. They made that pretty clear.
"the ironic thing is that article tells me the EXACT OPPOSITE!!"
Of course, because someone invested little Timmy's college fund on a short position. Oh no! lol
"where's the audit? Everything else is just bs,"
Oh, I agree wholeheartedly. Just enjoying this entertaining board with a cup of coffee and a toast. Vincent told me this would be hysterical...
"the last 5 prs in a week?"
Too much action for you? Need them to slow down? Lol
" (I'm betting on it actually:)"
Well thank you for finally clarifying that you have a financial interest on a short position. I wonder how FINRA feels about anonymous posters bashing a company for financial gain?? Hmm? Hope the closet is clean. ;)
"it doesn't take inside information to see they put out endless prs and the stock trades in a tight range no matter what the volume."
Last 5 PRs announced free seminars in SD, an acquisition, and national news appearances. Couple that with the fact the company issued advisory warnings against buying its stock during the $215 pps era, tends to deflate your argument to almost nonsensical.
"How much are SHAREHOLDERS paying for his little "personal assistant"?"
Personal assistant means personal to Vincent. I don't receive compensation for my assistance with this board, nor do I receive anything from Medbox or its subsidiaries. I'm just having fun with this entertaining board! ;)
"can you really not see it's a boxjob in pump mode"
Any inside information to support that or are you simply a savant?
"show me the Form 10 and the audited financials - that is what I am waiting for. That will give a start to believing this little dog and pony show."
Unlike Vincent, I don't respond to anonymous demands. Call the company and clarify that you are a concerned shareholder in the company and I'm pretty sure the company will take the request seriously and address your concerns accordingly. Until then...
No back pedaling. I'm Vincent's personal assistant. I plan to follow this board on my free time and post as needed. He has no time for the entertainment this board has to offer. I do though ;)
"Then why was his name removed as the CEO and president of this company after few days of being listed as them?"
I would imagine a few different reasons. 1) Bruce's appointment 2) checks and balances
You do realize that as a control person Vincent would have to be listed in Form 10s or other public filings, right? Thus, the argument that he his hiding in the darkness because of a less than spotless past is simply not accurate.
Clearly! Lol
Want to tell me what is wrong with a poster aiding in the public's awareness of fact over fiction? FINRA has a special department for anonymous aliases trying to disparage a company and its stock for financial gain. Hmmm, sounds like something you would want to look into.
Any shareholders or Clients of Medbox have an issue with the way the company handles its business? No... I didn't think so.
Pretty bold statement. Why is Vincent not scared? He has put himself out in the spotlight. Does he know something you don't? Definitely! He knows he did everything by the book and he has no fear regarding anything he has done to establish the existing company. He is a fighter and a winner. A concept lost on some that don't understand building something from the ground up with no help. As far as indictments... Fortunately we all live in a world where allegations don't imply guilt. Maybe a case can be made if Vincent was ever sentenced to a day in jail. Until then, there is just white noise coming from an anonymous voice.
Vincent has nothing to fear. He has faced all his demons and prevailed. As he himself stated, there were multiple departments overseeing that bankruptcy and they all concluded he was a satisfactory candidate for relief. As I said before he is an entrepreneur and I understand how most of you would be able to fathom how hard he has truly struggled to get to this point. Truly a one in a million success story.
"This guy is a fraud, and IMO, committed BK7 fraud, still 3 more years to get his judgement day on that."
Good thing the Bankruptcy trustee and the internal auditing department at the Bankruptcy Trustee's office disagree with your opinion. Fortunately, those are the only opinions that matter.
"The problem is the continual pumping of this Company through the use of continuous PR's, some in response to posts on Ihub. Really scam looking."
Reporting Acquisitions, Press Appearances, and Free Seminars is not fluff.
- Fire your secret keeping Transfer Agent, update the actual Share Structure in a PR until that can be completed.
That TA was inherited from prior management. If you are unfamiliar with the process of changing TA's, it is not as easy as you might suspect.
- File the Form 10, and at least name the PCAOB accountable Auditing Firm until that is complete.
The company, I assume, is working on just that.
And no, this is Vincent's assistant. I am going to monitor this board from here on.
If you weren't guilty, you wouldn't have plead out."
Vincent would say you are wrong and I would agree. You obviously have zero understanding of the "justice" system.
All other comments are your opinion. The pps sale comments are beyond laughable and without merit. As far as posting here, anyone can as it still is a free country.
Actually, what is really telling about Vincent's "Rap Sheet" is probation sentences for his many crimes against humanity, and alleged bovine transportation arrests(lol). 4 felony charges in 2009 and the prosecution settles for probation on a plea deal? Always probation on anything Vincent has ever been charged with and always plea deals. Sounds like a lot of smoke but not much fire when it comes down to it when charges are filed then not pursued. When someone is featured for having a marijuana related invention in news interviews in 2008, in the height of the Bush Administration, there is a spotlight on them bigger than anyone can imagine. Sounds like "Vinny the Boxjobber" was a target. Then you figure, he had the DEA, FBI, IRS, and every other regulatory agency looking into him from 2008-2010, and he came out of it just fine. Sounds like it will be a great book indeed. Looking forward to reading it. :)
Then there are the "box-jobber" comments that don't make a bit of sense since the company executives and Vincent himself denounced their own share price when it hit $215 and specifically told investors to make informed decisions about MDBX stock and not get caught in the hype. A fact that coveniently gets lost in the haze...
Re: The founder’s many “Aliases”
"The Court finds that the declaration of movant's counsel lacks foundation and provides no admissible evidence".

Here is the formal dismissal:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/co8anodq62mqoq8/Order%20Dimsissing%20Adversary%20Case.pdf
As a cherry on top of it all, after the case was dismissed, the alleged "victim" voluntarily signed a notarized statement that Vincent performed their contract signed in 2009 without any issues at all. He volunteered that in lieu of Vincent's filing of a defamation case against him.
So if this is truly a fair and impartial board, let’s sticky this post right next to the one about the alleged aliases. Nevermind the fact that all this happened prior to Medbox's existence.
Vincent is not a criminal, he has never been sentenced to a day in jail, and never, ever, will be. He is an entrepreneur and calculated risk taker, but never on the wrong side of the law.
Agreed. I just wanted to clarify that Siegel's comment about acquisitions was not factual. He was simply put on the defensive and reacted as a result. Siegel commenting that he was funded on a twitter account only speaks to his enthusiasm for his own project. His company and Medbox are separate entities, as reported in the press release. Also as reported in the press release there is no link between the two entities until that form 10 is filed with the SEC. That's all I wanted to clarify. My only goal is keeping the company compliant and this issue needed to be clarified. Thank you.
Siegel has not received any information outside of what can be extrapolated from Press Releases the company issues. As stated in Press releases, prior to the MedVend annoucement, the company has targeted 4 acquisitions (including MedVend). Steven was simply mistaken. Seeing as he is a non-affiliate and not privy to ANY company information, it simply doesn't matter and has now been clarified for the record.
Wrong on all the last few posts.
A) The restriction time is not reduced for shares already issued after filing a Form 10.
B) Management has no felonies.
C) you later.... Or never. Deactivating my account on IHub. I have better things to do with my time than argue.
"med---you are aware you have kept all these issues on the front burner because of YOUR constant posting----right ?"
I disagree. Posting facts about the company that are already public knowledge and clearing up misconceptions is a role I don't mind. In any event I am going to limit my posts here.
"What does this mean?"
It means if Medbox sold restricted securities after filing that form, they would only be doing so to accredited investors. One million in assets or $300,000 annual income stated. I don't know too many people personally that fall in that category.
I imagine management did that to protect all shareholders.
"6 months from the date of the 1st sale of discount shares."
Incorrect. The hold time for restricted shares sold by a non-reporting company is 12 months. Any restricted shares sold by a non-reporting company at the time of the sale would need to qualify for an exemption for the purchaser to sell the shares after one year into the marketplace. So, if Medbox has that exemption, any restricted share sales originating from the company would have a minimum hold time of one year.
"Bedrick said they remove the drugs every night and put it in a safe."
Operators discretion. They don't have to since the machine itself is military grade and just as safe as.... a safe.
"If so he must have dumped a ton of shares because about a year and half ago he owed"
Haven't sold one share as stated in press releases. When you have stock in a public company, that is valued at what it is, and that stock trades, you have assets. Never said I was a liquid multi-millionaire, but being even a paper multi-millionaire is fine by me. I work hard and I deserve whatever the universe gives me in material value. At the end of the day it's all relative though and I don't hold myself on a pedestal and think I'm better than others. I am not. I simply took a life of lemons and made a whole bunch of lemonade.
"expect us to believe that management of a company cannot get its own share structure from the TA"
False, incorrect, or otherwise incoherent.
"Kind Clinics is a non profit entity that is formally incorporated as a non-profit and owned 100% individually by the CEO of scam company MDBX"
False.
As promised, I inquired as to the normal business practices for Action Stock Transfer, the transfer agent current management inherited from prior management, and the answer is that it is their policy not to release share counts for any of the companies they represent.
There isn't a lot I can say about that particular issue except that I will talk to management about what can be done. If a letter to the TA asking them to treat Medbox differently and release share counts than that is what might be done. If anything is disclosed here it would need to be made public in a PR within 24 hours but regardless, you would absolutely see it in a PR first before I would disclose information here.
It is all under advisement though and I appreciate the comments. Given the fact that Medbox is busy on a lot of different levels, switching TA's might not be possible in case the current TA decides not to deviate from their company's policies.
No, actually I was more surprised that absolute strangers would wage a hate campaign against me without even knowing me personally. Offers of in-person meetings were rebuffed and instead hate was posted online. It was nice to see so many supportive private emails from IHUBers that gave me postive reinforcement. That restored my faith.
The things that were posted were not all accurate. 80% were trumped up and distorted. It's not worth getting into but it will be in my book at the end of the year.
"medbox is full of crap when he states that those numbers can be gotten from the 10 filings"
Full of crap or simply new to all this? That's why I sourced management with experience. Again you guys bring up a good point. I will look into whether the existing transfer agent can give current data if not, then management needs to make a decision on that. I will not be able to announce anything here but if a move is made I will see to it that a PR is drafted to that effect.
