Avidfisher how did you get this to be good news based on Spottail’s post? I certainly hope you are correct, but after spending a few minutes reading up on what Spottail posted, this could negatively impact many OTC Pink companies and ultimately their retail shareholders. I’m not an expert by any stretch, but the implications appear retail might not be able to trade their OTC pink shares (many company’s, not just INVT). Would like to hear others thoughts on this.
What’s the link to the tweet? Do you see Inventergy and Silicon Turbine collaborating? I have no idea if they will but an investor who owns 24% of Inventergy stock, is now running the Inventergy founders other startup, to me that that is a very big deal. Time will tell.
It certainly is intriguing. Having the largest(?) Inventergy shareholder now working as CEO with Mr. Beyers at his other startup is in my opinion extremely bullish. Given Mr. Kanning’s insider status now at STSI, he likely wouldn’t be investing such a large amount in Inventergy if he wasn’t confident in their future. Just my opinion.
Inventergy and STSI share the same addresses in filings and on their websites, so the connection
is there. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mr. Kanning was now directly involved with Inventergy. Again just my opinion but I intend to continue to hold as I think INVT will see much better prices in the coming year. Good luck.
Avidfisher, Mr. Kevin Kanning LinkedIn now lists CEO of Silicon Turbine Systems and no longer COO/VP of Adomani. In December 2020 Mr. Kanning filed a form 13D (no longer a form 13G filer) that he owns 23.51% of Inventergy and then per his LinkedIn took over as CEO in January 2021. Based on filings Mr. Beyers is cofounder of Silicon Turbine Systems, CFO and I believe on their board of directors. In my opinion this is extremely bullish that Inventergy largest(?) investor has been adding to his INVT position and now holds nearly 24%, is now working directly with Inventergy’s CEO in another company. I consider this extremely bullish. Thoughts?

Please explain why INVT isn’t trading at $1+ based on speculation alone...
Hahah. Ok yeah. I’d be very happy with .20 too.
Not eating anyone shorts though, Bart Simpson. Hahah
We deserve this. Let’s go INVT. I believe.
It really does. I generally don’t use hard technicals on pennies but this one specs out. From technically standpoint it’s ready. Plus it looks like someone has been accumulating. Such a low OS and float, if the Reddit guys came in this would hit .49-.55 really quick. If we ever hit .25-.30 I’d probably bail out. Not selling at that price would be like a free fall without a chute. Haha
I don’t think a reverse split is possible. I’m not a securities attorney but my understanding is under the exchange act they can not push a reverse split until the company is brought current with the SEC. Additionally the company still doesn’t appear to be in good standing in both Delaware and California. California SOS status is still FTB FORFEITED. I verified prior to responding to your post. So as a result of their standing and until they cure their respective corporate deficiencies with DE & CA, Inventergy is extremely limited in what business they can legally transact. Pursuing a reverse split doesn’t appear to be permissible. I read, but again not a securities attorney, officers and directors could be found liable and guilty if caught operating the business in the current status, beyond the most basic of functions. Lastly the big Investor who has accumulated nearly 25%, while I obviously can’t speak for him, I sure would not vote for (if required) a reverse split. Plus he’s an officer at a successful public Company. He’s not an average retail penny flipper. I wouldn’t surprise me if retail shareholders owned over 51%. My gut feeling is the company is in a kind a self imposed stasis with the hope the big suit is settled, and then they can get the company right with the respective state and federal agencies. Again not accusing anyone of anything, just going of the publicly available information. As always just one investors opinion.
Hopefully the crew bidding up ADOM finds INVT because IMO this think is primed and ready to explode.
There were some really old posts that alluded that someone from within the company was posting here. I have no idea if that’s true and personally don’t care if they are. But if they are then just give us an update. Hahaha
Haha. I’ve speculated you are a bass fisherman East of the Mississippi.
I think I’m gonna bounce and take my loss. Maybe wait until volume picks up. IDK. These latest revelations are potentially to damning and as an investor I just don’t need the aggregation of watching my investment be pissed away. IMO.
I’ve been researching and evidently “individuals operating a suspended corporation risk criminal penalties.”
So does their status with California and Delaware affect their lawsuits? And is their corporate status with CA & DE, “severely” limit their corporate activity, how can they even perform basic responsibilities with the lawsuits? Ugh. What happened to that person why was going to contact the securities attorney? Someone suggested a long time ago that insiders might be posting here, not even sure of that, but I’ve speculated who AvidFisher might be.

Gotta wonder what the personal liability is for corporate officers and board members of a publically traded company who allow the company to fall into forfeited and or delinquent status? This seems a bit different then just delinquent status with SEC filing...I really don’t know but maybe someone hopes shareholders aren’t sophisticated enough to figure out what their rights are... Game, set, match

That’s eon communications. Hahahahahaha
Inventergy hit public markets with eon communications and did a reverse merger with them. They no longer exist.
I don’t know if there’s a gag order. No idea. I’ve never heard that. I only know what their official status is in California and Delaware, that they owe nearly a half million in taxes, and that they are overdue in the SEC filings. Possibly why they are incommunicado.
Inventergy status with California SOS is now FTB Forfeited. Inventergy has issues with Delaware SOS as well and as of 3/1/2020 their tax due to Delaware was $459269.90. Their current status in Delaware is “Void, AR’s or Tax Delinquent” and their last annual report was filed in 2017. It’s possible the California FTB forfeited status stems from their Delaware issues. Speculation, but based on the publically available information, it appears Inventergy has been abandoned and adrift. FYI, this information is available to the public and just have to contact the state SOS’s for the information. Where did you find their headquarters is now in Georgia? Everything I‘ve read has them still located in Cupertino California. Please don’t rely on my information to make your investment decisions, Internet forums and postings should not be a substitute for ones own due diligence.
No idea. Wouldn’t read to much into it. Have you or anyone you know had contact with the company?
They buying because of this.
That and the are penny stock gamblers.
Apple, Intel Patent Scheme Suit Against Fortress Axed Again
By Dave Simpson

A California federal judge Wednesday tossed Apple and Intel's suit claiming Fortress Investment Group is orchestrating an anti-competitive patent aggregation scheme for a second time but will allow the tech giants.

My average is very low. Hopefully we get a real pump in 2021 so I can put this rubbish pile behind me.
I guess it’s back to the junk bin we go. Job well done.
I guess it’s back to the junk bin we go. Job well done.
Seems yesterday’s 13D sparked the buying. If there was any real substance behind the move there would have been continuation of price. Likely some buyers on “wall watch” but unfortunately for us it wasn’t the wall we needed.
Avid thats an interesting observation. ADOM was trading at a nickel and as recently as a month ago traded as high as .96. In my opinion it makes me think a big move is coming for INVT. It would take much to get INVT over .40
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.law360.com/amp/articles/1333154
In my opinion this will pump to .50+. Factor in Mr. Kanning now owns just <24%. Other shareholders and insiders own quite a bit too. This will pop big soon.
You are correct. 8-K from 8-29-2017:
“ the Company has decided not to seek stockholder approval of a reverse stock split of the Company’s capital stock at its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders, which the Company currently expects to hold in December 2017.”
Where is the end of the road, bankruptcy? If so just get it over with. It seems once they failed to get the votes needed for the last reverse split they decided to just let this slip into the abyss.
Anyone out there have any idea what the game plan is? Listing changes I suppose.
How you know someone buying big?
Thanks Orion but what does it mean?
I’ll gladly take 1 Apple share for every 100 shares of INVT.
Anyone out there from Inventergy? Hello?
I appreciate the follow up. Now you’ve peeked my curiosity. I’ll look through some older filings. Please forward it if you do happen to come across it.
In my opinion I don’t see much of an impact on their business plan and operations from the prior administration. If that were the case then why massive decline and negative outcome with the Apple case, all of which occurred during the new administration. Just a 30k foot observation, but maybe the business plan or the execution was flawed. Just a rhetorical opinion.
It’s been 4 years since the prior administration left office, how much more time is needed to turn things around. Inventergy completed their reverse merger with eOn Communications in December 2013. This was well into BA’s second term, so are Inventergy’s business model woes really the result unfavorable legislation?
Curious, how do you know what the CEO’s sentiment was towards the prior admin as it relates to and affected Inventergy’s business model.
That seems like a reasonable assessment. I’ve essentially written my INVT investment off and have little confidence in the company, so at this juncture holding really is a non-issue. Anything positive would be an unexpected bonus.
Thanks jaykaye. What is your interpretation of this?
Seems like the stock trading at .02 is discounting any possibility of successful recovery from the law suit.
Would like to here others thoughts on this.
Thanks. Keep us updated. All information, good or bad, is appreciated.
There’s truth to both statements. Someone has been slowly accumulating shares. Dollar value is not tremendous but volume has been consistent and Level2 is clear on the accum. Are there any investors that are local to Inventergy. Just curious if anyone has had contact with the company. It appears hundreds of thousands in back corporate taxes are owed to Delaware SOS.
Who was it that said lizards are afoot?
Look at that accumulation line, hearts and minds operation counter-(shareholder)-insurgency?
Show us the COIN and shareholders are happy.
Shareholders are included in the recovery. I know a shareholder who has consulted with a very expensive and aggressive attorney and this has been confirmed. Not saying anymore.
The question I got is invt still operational and if so who’s running it, who’s paying the bills, who’s responsible? All these shareholders gotta be a headache and liability for who ever to running things.
True that. Lizards is a great way to put it.
Track these dudes IP addresses and I bet they’d end up in one or two spots. No need to even speculate who they are because they “lizards”.
Odd how I ask a few question bout the company and the posts go cold. ??
Makes you wonder who’s really posting here.
Anyone wanna share what’s really going on or is honesty not part of your character?
