you do know that green means up?
i said something along the lines of between 30 and 50 million would be appropriate. the dollar per outstanding share was just an explanation
a dollar for every outstanding share.
could end up with a 20-30 million valuation, so more like 10-15 cents
it is going to be 3 months after the last patient gets the treatment. they are going to measure 6 minute walking distance which has been their standard measure, and is a commonly used measure of cardiac function in patients with heart failure. it does not matter when they started the trial, all that matters is when the last patient enrolled gets the treatment. after that they will have press releases at 3, 6, and 12 months comparing the myocell to whatever is the current standard of care.
lonza wouldnt want it if it weren't going somewhere.
then why are you still here?
how many times can one ship shink? what happened to all the other rats?
...this isn't a good thing for BHRT.
bottle of electro Fuse= sugar free gatorade
it doesnt.
i would guess they will try 20:1 at around .25 cents to get it around 5 bucks.
not a terrible call. scientifically the results of the trials are promising. more importantly, the rabbi was alive as of the last conference call which is just this side of miraculous. financially, the company is supported by the israeli government, has not taken on any toxic financing, and has teamed up with Mayo and MGH which are two of the premier research institutions in the world. I too have been bitten by reverse splits, but I am not too worried about this one. imho
stay behind your desk. clearly you don't get out much.
That is really up to you. 20:1 is likely. At this point I think that is why the price is sitting where it is. They seem to have a decent stream of funding, so dilution is not a problem yet. Could be in the future though, as it often becomes with pinks. I do think that the valuation will increase after the split as it will get more attention. The results of the trials have been solid so far. If the success continues they should get approved in a year or so, and my guess is end up with a market cap around 100 million (as was mentioned in a recent article comparing it to a similar company).
I would just figure out how much cash you want to toss in, split that up over a few months and buy at regular intervals. Unless you feel like trying to time the market which really does not usually work out. The new CEO's compensation is tied to the stock price and deals being made, so I would look for some moves to happen in the next 6-9 months. He wouldn't have taken the job with the requirements if he and the company did not have the intention to move forward in the near future.
You can't fix stupid.
check the date on that
aw. i was impressed for a second.
how long did that take you to compile?
are you off your meds?
could be:
1. silent pump? (not sure thats actually a thing)
2. they settled with Lonza
3. They completed some step along the FDA pathway
They were Hansen's Soda before they were Monster. That stuff is pretty damn good.
Thanks all. I know they are cranking away at the adipose cell studies which is awesome. I was just wondering about their other products (Myoheart) since they completed the preliminary trials a long time ago. Just wondering if they had mentioned any plans for those studies.
Anyone know the status of the Myoheart trials? I know they were completed a while ago, but does the company just lack the funding needed to move forward with the next phases?
They do have a few of those there. Either way, excellent posts earlier. 4 completely plausible reasons, and one very large question which I would love to know the answer too...what did they show Tiger??
feel free to share your friend's name and educational background. you know...cause we wouldn't want any unvalidated information on this board.
Yea. the FDA is pretty much a joke. Whether it is because they are underfunded or just another bloated bureaucracy, it adds to cost, slows progress, and really doesn't do much to protect consumers until after the negative outcomes have occurred.
And plenty of "safety tests" are manipulated depending on who is conducting them.
The first patient being treated means that the clock for that one patient starts now. The end date for the trial won't be known until the 5th patient is treated.
We have beat this topic to death. His dad runs a hedge fund. Think of him as a shell company and his salary as an instant return for his father's investment.
Sadly I agree. At least we are getting to the point where the company either produces or disappears. Its been a long, often frustrating wait. Either it sells, or it doesn't.
I agree. A $470 billion dollar market cap is a bit off...
You realize you are off by three decimal places?
would one of our financial geniuses please explain at what point we will stop getting smacked by conversions and what it will take to move past it beyond a market cap of 100 million or so?
it has been discussed plenty.
looks like some people got bored over on yahoo.
welcome to the internet. if something smells like bs, it probably is.
pretty blatantly.
Couple of questions:
1. Do you work there? Or do you often hang out in drug stores?
2. Do you know what moribund means?
you are correct. and once you get a foot in that door...
