Lucky you! Lol.
I like the way you think DS! Lol
Interesting article on composting food waste.

Looks like sh*ts about to get real!
Regrettably that button doesn’t seem to work for me. Itchy still getting through. Lol.
Thanks T. Very interesting where recycling is at in the USA. It will catch on especially when mandated. Lakeshore will need more than the eight they already have. ECOS.
Agreed. Getting all the ducks in a row!
Thanks for sharing your DD T.
Morning all. Morning T.
I would defo appreciate the link.
Good find.
The amount of fuel they will produce is relatively small compared to a us total of 66 billion gallons. Armed with the Digesters LRS has a formula which works.
Lol. T, you are on point. I like where your head is at.
Course you know where those waste plant stems are going to end up? That’s right in a digester! $66 billion USA market and growing. Going to need quality soil, Plantonium juice and a cheap means to dispose of plant waste in keeping with regulations.
Appreciate your research and your view point T.
Terraplenish, ECOS BIO-ART-grow market on our doorstep:
Illinois became the 11th state in the U.S. to legalize recreational marijuana on Tuesday after Governor J.B. Pritzker signed the regulatory bill legislators passed at the end of May. Legal recreational marijuana sales will begin in Illinois on January 1, 2020.

Also: With this launch, we aim to help LRS reduce land-filling and use our own resources to produce a high-grade organic fertilizer.
Yes. I noticed that it is not dated either. That suggest 8 machines at 15 tons each or the capacity has been increased per unit. Perhaps there are more nuggets we have missed.
Looks like LRS can process 120 tons a day! When did that happen? Not from one machine surely?

I get a sense that this year feels different. Whatever happens G. Luck to us all.
Oh yes there is! They own a digester and plan to take 9 more. What’s good for Lakeshore is good for ECOS.

Thoughts on this anyone?

Ok, thanks JHeard. My image shows two earth movers coloured yellow.
Ok, could someone put me out of my misery and tell me what’s in Commercial Drive? Please?
Agreed DS. Great place to site an ECOS Bio-Farm!!! No doubt once Handley and his crew get to work, it will run like a finely tuned Swiss watch too!

Let’s hope they plan on making things right for their jaded share holders (bag-holders) at the end of the day, sooner rather than later!
Cheers t. Thought I would do some Googling on Bio-art and that turned up. What it all means-not too sure.
How many companies are in a position to shell out $680,000 for a machine that can only produce 3 tons a day of ordinary compost selling @ $50 a ton??
Is this before or after their tweaks?
Producing a biomass to produce electricity has to be worth more than $50 a ton surely?
By and large it’s plastics that China are rejecting as much is contaminated with food stuff and is not clean enough to recycle. Education of the public plays a big part here.
Much that is in landfills over many years is actually quite valuable, never mind being a hub in the local community to begin to re-educate the public especially commercial users that have developed the habit of taking waste to the landfill because it’s what they have always done. To me this could be a very good move especially if this acquisition proves good. It could be a great way for Lakeshore to scale their operation nationally as landfills are becoming more and more expensive to operate. I think the digester is an important part of the plan for expansion but as an adopter of technology perhaps there is much we don’t yet know.

My thoughts exactly.
It’s an interesting move to situate their setup on landfill sites including digesters and recycling operations. What’s in the landfills could also proof profitable not to mention the land itself.
