Let’s go P2O!!!
YES THEY ARE VERY VERY WORRIED Seems odd to worry about a non-operation shell getting funded, yes
The competition does not want P2O funded
Let’s go P2O!!!
680 million is recent and has P2O’s interest
Heddle is not going to fund it by himself
The first sales will provide cash flow
Competition recently secured 680 million in funding.
They fear P2O with this much money
Go P2O!!!!!

After record fuel production this happened
This past winter was the coldest weather seen in Niagara Falls in years. This caused damage to the water-cooling systems. The water-cooling systems were being heated during the coldest days, however the heating systems were unable to keep up with the high winds and sub-zero temperatures. The damaged water-cooling components have been repaired.

Heddle has 14 million invested and 7 million in stocks.
At this point it appears that is all he is willing to invest. I think if any of us had that much invested in a company we would have to reassess out approach. Their approach now is to sell the processors which will provide immediate cash flow. It’s a good strategy but I hate to say, poorly implemented at this point. Longs hope they will find a solution to this and start finding buyers. They are out there!! 680 million invested recently in the competition. Let’s Go P2O!!

Clean Fuel Production
One of the most significant differences between our process and any other waste into fuel process we've seen on the market to date is the quality of our fuel.
Defining Quality
At Plastic2Oil, 'quality' means 'ultra-clean, ultra-low sulphur' fuel products which do not require further refining.
Fuel Analysis Equipment
To support us in producing our high quality fuel products, Plastic2Oil has a fully equipped fuel testing laboratory, which includes:
Molecular Analysis Equipment GC/MS
Gas Chromatograph with Mass Spectrophotometer; GC/FID - Gas Chromatograph with Flame Ionization Detector; ICP-OES - Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy; Distillation Unit
Fuel Specifications Analysis
ISL Sulphur Analyzer; ISL Silicone Analyzer; ISL Cloud Point Tester; ISL Pour Point Tester; ISL Flash Point Tester; Centrifuge; Lab Furnace; Temperature Controlled Environmental Chamber with Recorder
The Importance of Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel
Ultra-low sulphur diesel is a type of diesel fuel that contains 15 parts per million (ppm) or lower sulphur content. This diesel fuel is often referred to as “clean diesel” because the sulphur content has been reduced by more than 95%. In 2010, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mandated that 100% of highway diesel imported into or refined in the U.S. must meet this low sulphur standard. The reduction of sulphur in diesel enables and preserves the operation of advanced emissions control systems on light- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
The use of advanced emissions controls leads to an environmental benefit where oxides of nitrogen and other pollutant particulates are drastically diminished. Currently, ultra-low sulphur diesel is primarily produced by petroleum. P2O's ultra-low sulphur diesel offers a unique alternative that is high quality, ultra-clean fuel derived from a plastic waste feedstock.
Fuel Comparison
The fuel quality from our P2O process is notably superior to the typical boiler fuel purchased by large industrial users, as shown below.

P2O® Process Emissions
To ensure that the impact of the P2O process on the environment was minimal, Plastic2Oil committed significant resources to air emissions stack testing with CRA, a global environmental consulting company.
Airborne Emission Test Results
Since the Company’s inception, the Plastic2Oil process has undergone several stack emissions tests under the supervision of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), performed by Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA).
The P2O process emissions are well within the accepted parameters for air emissions for the State of New York.
Historically, the Plastic2Oil process has been issued its required permitting in a timely fashion in New York State, traditionally one of the stricter states in the US to seek permitting.
In December 2011, CRA completed the stack tests analyzing the emissions from the P2O process.
The profile of the emissions generated by the process during the second test is shown below.
Plastic2OIl Process Emissions Results
The CRA results from the stack tests completed in both September 2010 and December 2011 reaffirm other findings that the operation of the P2O processor is a clean, "green" process.
The stack test from December 2011 was performed on the existing commercial processor with a pre-melt system and produced results showing emissions decreased with increased plastic feed rates; further validating that the P2O process is highly green, clean and scalable.
The emissions documented by CRA from the P2O stack test were lower than what would be produced by the same test on a natural gas furnace of similar size.
The process puts a high percentage of oxygen back into the air, with minimal harmful emissions, well within the regulatory criteria established by the NYSDEC.
The company underwent a stack test in December of 2012 in conjunction with seeking permitting to run heat transfer fluids (HTF), which act as plastic densifiers and heat exchange agents, with plastic feedstock.
The results of the December 2012 stack test further validated the process and confirmed that the P2O process emits approximately the same emissions of a natural gas furnace of the same size.

Plastic Feedstock
The Company’s feedstock sources primarily include post-commercial and industrial waste plastic. The P2O processor accepts unwashed, unsorted waste plastic, composites and commingled materials, which are difficult to dispose of and are typically found in industrial waste streams.

LOL ... and they haven’t given up
"Lol... Not good business to give up millions and millions "
Very astute. You've finally solved the riddle.
Lol... Not good business to give up millions and millions
They have a new strategy and seeing that 260 million and 680 million invested has woke them up. Or is that 960 million also just a worthless investment......
Go P2O!!!!!!!!!
Heddle's $14M is another's $1400
Neither will get their money back
Mr Heddle is tied in with stocks-and-funding
14 million owed to him

P2O, how long will it take to get a processor up and running once purchased?
It would be helpful to know this.
The business is still running.
Only time has the answer....
That is terribly false.
There is hope as long as the lights are on. Can Heddle take P2O to success? We hope so but we know he is very busy running 5 shipyards. Maybe someone else will step up as CEO and put full time effort into it.
Evidence abounds that they produced almost 700,000 gallons of fuel from plastics.
No one here knows the financials that exchanged hands but I’m pretty sure Mr Heddle would not agree as he is owed 14 million and his 7,000,000 stocks have lost value.
Sorry, but that is demonstrably false.
It's over, there is no hope, nor is there any company stupid enough to rationalize this company's process, because this company gave up the ghost at least 7 years ago.
Not only that, but evidence abounds that there really was never any hope. (See SEC complaint & officer ban for fraudulent misleading press releases coupled with fraudulent financial statements.)
All the players walked away with their pockets full of investor's loot, and said adios! More money in gummy bear production.
There are 5 levels.

WIPO GREEN
Converting Plastic Waste into Fuel
April 20, 2020
To mark World Intellectual Property Day 2020 Innovate for a Green Future, WIPO GREEN is showcasing a number of the climate-friendly technologies featured on the WIPO GREEN online database.
Fujitsu Limited (Fujitsu), a Japanese information and communication technology (ICT) company and a WIPO GREEN partner, is addressing this challenge by developing a waste plastic conversion technology that can be used by big factories and small offices. Its method for liquefaction of waste plastic allows for production of reusable oil from waste materials that are often not recycled or recyclable. Such materials include products made from different types of plastics which are difficult to separate, such as laptops, or plastics mixed with metal elements, such as computer cables, keyboards and mice, as well as non-recyclable packaging materials. The technology can efficiently remove resin and recover rare metals from waste that would otherwise be incinerated.

P2O® Process Emissions... yes it works!
"Patent Pending Process"
Is that on the "If it actually worked this is how it would work" page?
What do these daily crapfloods accomplish?
... and what do these accomplish????
Biden’s infrastructure plan, which aims to reduce emissions by making the U.S. a leader in renewable energy technology, is a lucrative opportunity for clean energy firms. The proposal would extend tax credits for wind and solar projects and establish new tax incentives for energy storage and electric transmission. Biden’s plan would spend $100 billion to upgrade the nation’s power grid in order to efficiently transfer wind and solar power. It would also invest $174 billion in electric vehicles and $46 billion in clean energy manufacturing.

There’s room for P2O to find a place
P2O go after it!!!
P2O does have the Canadian Patent. USA patent still being pursued.
That was a successful attempt with the patent office in Canada. They are still hopeful for the USA patent.
Patent Pending Process
The modular design of the P2O process is built on a structure of racked reactors, feeders and towers which allows for cost-effective process efficiencies.
Designed for Local Installation
Plastic2Oil's P2O processor has evolved significantly since inception. In its current configuration, the processor requires approximately 4,500 sq. ft. to operate which makes it ideal for local site installations. General operations involve monitoring the control room screens and cameras to track each processor's operating parameters, as well as loading plastic onto the in-feed system.
The Processor
The processor accepts unwashed, unsorted waste plastics, composites and commingled materials.
Although many sources of feedstock are available, we are focusing initially on post-commercial and industrial sources, since these are readily available in large supply, and present a cost-effective solution for companies.
The hopper can be loaded with up to 4,000 lbs. of plastic feedstock per machine per hour using a forklift. The plastic is loaded into the pre-melt reactor by a continuous conveyor between the hopper and the reactor. The plastic is then heated using the off-gases produced by the process.
After the plastic has been liquified in the pre-melt reactor it passes through a solids-liquids separator before going into the main reactor.
The Main Reactor
In the main reactor, the liquified plastic hydrocarbons are cracked into various shorter hydrocarbon chains and exit in a gaseous state.
Plastic2Oil's proprietary catalyst and unique process engineering enables us to capture an average of 86% of the hydrocarbon content of plastic.
The Petcoke residue produced at this stage (approx. 2-4%) remains in the processor chamber and is automatically removed while the processor is in operation.
Plastic2Oil Processor Layout
Fuel Output
From the main reactor, the gases that are fuel oil and diesel are condensed and separated, then proceed into temporary fuel tanks. All of the gaseous "light fractions" or off-gases (approx. 10-12% of process output), such as methane, ethane, butane and propane, exit the system and are used to fuel the furnaces.
The fuel output is transferred to additional tanks for storage automatically by the system. Our automation system controls the conveyor feed rate, manages system temperatures and the off-gas compression systems, as well as periodically pumping out the newly created fuel to storage tanks. The P2O process is 'closed-loop'.
Quality Control
Significant technological advantages have been integrated to downstream operations to guarantee fuel quality, along with installing an inline fuel additive injection system on both heavy and light fuel condensing systems. We have also engineered a hot-tap residue removal process.
Quality control includes two columns for control and specificity of fuel fractions, a cyclone (particulate removal in vapor), fuel filters (particulate removal in liquid), and a centrifuge (additional redundant particulate trap), as well as column enhancements to guarantee particulate free fuel.
Fuel additives are injected inline while fuel is being produced to increase their effectiveness. The residue removal system works while the processor is running; the reactor does not have to be cooled down or stopped to remove residue.
Modular Design
The Company created a modular design and standardized the system to racked reactors, feeders and towers. This reduced the system footprint to a few unique modules, making fabrication and installation for deployment simpler.
Over the years, upgrades have included the installation of low NOx burners and the addition of a pre-melt system to increase through-put volumes. The Company has worked with third party fabricators to produce standardized reactors and towers.
A cyclone is used in the second machine to help remove particulate matter in the vapor stream.
Many of the P2O process variations are unique to Plastic2Oil and the Company has filed for international patent protection.
The Company will continue to seek patent protection on subsequent innovations as they are developed and require protecting.
